Hampton Inn & Suites Milwaukee Downtown

I enjoyed my stay. It’s a convenient downtown location. The hotel is a bit dated. Everything is in good condition, but very old. Staff are all very nice and very helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it’s very good value for the cost. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

Air conditioning did not work in room. Halls were cool as well as lobby area but guest room got up to 80+. I was gone all day so only uncomfortable when returned for evening. Otherwise room was clean and bed very comfortable.

The TV in my room was not plugged in and the channel guide page was disabled. Also no WiFi.

Staff was great! Little shocked that staying three nights and never once did a maid come to take dirty towels or give new ones. Had to ask front desk for towels.

Our room was not clean when we arrived, and when asked to send someone to clean it they did not.

I will say the front desk was very helpful when I needed to work and trying to help me get my Internet set up on my work computer.

Location, lobby was clean, could use some room updates for the paint Staff members lying, overcharging, double charging guests.

Not the best place we have stayed in Milwaukee

It was a poor check in experience. Line almost out the door. Did not start till 1500 as they said rooms were not cleaned and released yet. Check in VERY slow. Only one clerk in spite of the volume of people in line

Questionable area for parking and our room was in okay condition minis the bathroom, toilet barely flushed.

This hotel needs new pillows - bring your own. The queen beds were a decent size, don't let them try to "upgrade" you to a "suite" with doubles, which are not much bigger that a twin. We did not use the pool/hot tub, but they did not look a good color when we peeked in. The lobby restroom was out of tp.

The location was perfect. The bathroom. The toilet was so close to the sharp corner of the countertop we had to be very careful. Toilet paper location was not useable.

Staff was awesome. Especially the young lady, sorry I didn't get her name. Only complaint is the cable and room temp.

Loved the Hampton in downtown Milwaukee. Great location and affordable. Parking garage was $20 per light for our longer stay but directly connected to hotel so loved that as well.

The locating Is Nice, Nice And Clean In Main Hotel Areas But I Booked Two Rooms And They Both Were Half Cleaned On Top Of Waiting A 1hr on one of my suites i booked before Cleanliness, Customer Services

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We did not use the pool or other facilities. We did not have the address for the city lot that is connected to the hotel. We found other parking. The lighting in the room was inadequate and there weren’t many outlets. Overall it was a good stay in downtown for the price
