the breakfast here was actually one of the best i have had in a buffet style! also the location was wonderful. the parking situation was extremly unclear and felt a little unsafe for a solo female traveller. the rooms were very outdated and while it seemed to be properly cleaned, the age of the room and bathroom made it hard to feel clean. also as a female solo traveller i was given a room with a fire escape access to an alley which again felt very unsafe.

The hotel was very out dated. We struggled with managing our room temperature. We were either freezing or hot.

Terrific value stay. Plenty of towels, bath supplies, etc. Breakfast was plentiful and good for what this style is (buffet w egg potatoes, waffle irons, cereal, fruit), and the chef was very committed to quality and guest experience. Also had a very well stocked "convenience kitchen" kind of shop, with a great variety of snacks as well as personal items. Parking is reasonable for a downtown location.

They advertised laundry on site, but didn't have it. The front desk said we couldn't park motorcycles in the ramp, but you could. The lock to the pool was broken, so the front desk had to let you in each time.

Stay at the Hampton was fantastic. The room we booked was as advertised, VERY clean, no foul smell, nice beds. Wi-Fi worked well, as did the heat/cool in the room. The pool was warm and clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was standard hotel fare. Location is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance and very close to the river. Would absolutely stay here again.

Room wasn’t in the best shape. Mine and my coworker car got broken into on the same night. Hotel said the was nothing they could do call the city.it was a rough stay. The sheets on the bed came off while I was sleeping not fitted to the bed.

Maid service is not regular.

Keep the pool open later, rooms are ok, a bit cramped. Directions to and from the parking garage is convoluted. Good location and price.

location was ideal for attending concert at the Riverside Theatre. Many restaurants and bars also within walking distance of the hotel. Easy access to the riverwalk. Parking garage conveniently attached to hotel
