Stayed for 3 nights. The room was not made one single day. Had to go hunt for towels. I don’t think they have enough staff. The rooms were comfortable but the hot water was look warm at best. The staff was good and attentive. The convenience of the parking was great.

Staff were nice and helpful. Lots of food and snack options for late night returns to the hotel and close parking in a secured parking ramp. The bathrooms had hair from the previous stay in the shower, on the toilet and around the sink and did not seem very clean.

Loved the fact that we could walk to and from the concert at Fiserv arena. The 3rd Street Market right next door was cool. The parking was a bit confusing. But staff were extremely helpful explaining it.

Attended a concert at the Riverside. This was an excellent location and grabbed dinner in the 3rd Street Market (attached) before the concert!

I was travelling by motorcycle and had to pay $22 for use of a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Hotel evidently has no free parking. Next time I won't assume a hotel has parking. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, soft and sagging, not good for anyone besides a kid maybe.

Walking distance to summer fest bars and restaurants. Parking was available pay at front desk secure lot quiet beds were comfortable easy check in n out

The fold out couch was broken. When we told the front desk they just said they were sorry. We also checked in with 6 guests 3 which were children. There were only 3 towels in the room. The kids still need there own clean dry towel.
