Clean and affordable.. Not overwhelming. Perfect Downtown Location... The Staff was Great..

Our stay overall was good. I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower and the first room that they gave to us was not handicapped accessible. Then I went down there to change my room and they gave me a new room. It did take them about an hour to have us move into it and it did not have a roll in shower, but it was more accessible. The beds were a little high to get into so I couldn’t get into them myself as a paraplegic. The pillows at the hotel were terrible and they gave me a neck ache. The thing that I really liked about the hotel was the two dogs that were greeters.

Easy access to city events.

We slept in a double bed room. The double beds were full beds not queen beds but they were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a hotel. TV was probably close to a 50" and on a wall mounted swivel so everyone could see. Also it was a smart TV so, all the apps were available to watch through your accounts. Parking is in a garage which for hotel guests, I believe it's complimentary and can be validated at the front desk. I parked on the street the whole time which had plenty of parking available. 3rd St. Market Hall is a block away and has lots of food options. Starbucks attached to the hotel but another nice coffee spot is also a block away. I would stay here again.

As a guest I would think parking would be free.

Just ok, solid location. Room smelled

The entire hotel was a lot more surprisingly better than I expected. Very nice place, the rooms were clean and everything worked well. Very good value

The staff were wonderful, room was roomy bed was super comfy, we love Milwaukee!

Convenient location! Overall a lovely property!

Bed bugs, coffee creamer was rotten and chunky. When reported bed bugs to hotel staff I was sent to voicemail with no return phone call.

Very convenient location close to downtown & to-do events. Hotel & room were well kept, very clean. On site parking structure, however, there is a nightly charge - only pro is that you’re able to go in & out. Two cute golden noodles welcome you to the hotel - adding a very cute touch. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

No water filters on floors to fill water bottles.
