Property itself was fine. Checked in and went to room to find 2 queen beds instead of King which I booked. I called the front desk and they said they sold out of Kings and had to change to queens. I said I booked this a long time ago. She said, "nothing we can do about it. We had to change rooms and being you booked through Expedia we started with those reservations"! I've had other instances when booking through Expedia rather than the Property itself. Take away from this...I will not be using Expedia anymore or staying at this property.

Thermostat didn’t work. Our room stayed at 66 degrees and would not warm up. Too cold to shower.

The staff was great. Valet are wonderful. Everything was clean. Felt very safe in area and close walking distance to a lot. Only downside is AC. It doesn’t get that cold. We asked staff but they stated it’s pretty much set to 65 to operate so just a bit uncomfortable with that.

All of the staff here were really nice and friendly. Their valet staff was also super accommodating for us. We came and stayed here to go see a show at the eagles ballroom. The location was right on the bus line that takes you to and from the venue. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for a drink or bite of food. We would stay here again for the cookies alone. Thank you!
