Great location, modern and well maintained in common areas and rooms.

Overall I was happy with the property and the staff.

From the moment we arrived, we encountered amazing customer service. Every person staffed was top notch at all levels of staff. Grateful for a great stay!

Very nice Hilton but Im waiting to hear if my items have been shipped with no response two days ago when I sent a shipping label and asked to respond.

Excellent hotel. Every single one of the staff members was more than just polite, they were helpful and genuinely friendly, despite being totally packed due to a concert.

My family and I had the most enjoyable stay at the Double Tree - Hilton in Milwaukee. The staff was very friendly land helpful. The rooms were very clean. What stood out the most was the fact that all staff members we met were helpful, and truly looked like they were enjoyijng their jobs. Excellent job. I would highlly recommend this hotel, and will certainly stay there again.

Wonderful staff—they were so, so accommodating! The hotel was close to our concert venue, so we could walk there. Valet parking was nice—will definitely stay there again!

Only thing I did not like is that it advertises breakfast but it is not included in the price. $21 for basic buffet eggs and sausage is not worth it

Hot cookies and water in demand!

The room was the perfect size for two folks in town for a concert - this hotel is within walking distance, about 2 blocks and less than half a mile from Miller High Life Theater. Room was clean, although the bathroom was on the smaller side. The room did come with amenities - a closet to hang items in, and a fridge and microwave in the tv stand console, along with a desk, desk chair, and an arm chair. Air conditioner worked very well. The cookies and free waters were a nice plus as well, and overall was a value for the cost, given how close the venue was. The parking was an additional cost, but again worth it to me to not need to deal with the hassle of parking and being able to walk to the venue and back!

Good place to stay. Place was clean and delightful to stay. Had breakfast the next day and the server was very friendly and a delight to talk to plus food was well priced and very good

All good except the shower was warpped

Average experience, nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms were okay, staff were polite, didn't have (nor was I eligible for) breakfast. All in all, a regular experience that I would expect to receive at any hotel I stay in. I have Hilton Honors gold status, but that didn't mean or change anything from an experience standpoint. I gave my ID to the front desk staff, they assigned me a room, told me the rules, and I went to my assigned room. Standard stuff.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, food was super! Loved the Double Tree!!
