The staff was so kind! Always offering help or extra towels. Great stay.

We were there for parents weekend for both law school and undergraduate students. Last year we stayed at a much less expensive property but this year decided to "upgrade". The parking was 4 times the cost and we had to exchange tickets for each time we entered and exited as they did not set up our room key to use for that purpose. The duvet was stained and old. The towels were like sandpaper. The air conditioning unit was so loud it was startling when it shut on and off, made it very difficult to sleep. We asked about using the fitness center and were given confusing information about whether our key card would let us use the facility or if we had to get a different card from the Hilton. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

We loved the location & the views from the 11th floor. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, activities & all the fun things to do downtown.

When we first arrived, we noticed our bathroom was not clean. There was soap scum and someone elses hair in the shower and the toilet was clearly not cleaned (I will spare details). The staff was quick to have the room cleaned for us ASAP once addressed.

We were very happy with how nice and clean this hotel was. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others!

Excellent room, it was a suite! Connected to Hilton. Starbucks and great restaurant options. Safe. Connected to Baird Center conference venue and downtown shops.

I liked how the Marc and the Hilton are all connected in a great location. Also like the bar and dining options are so close.
