The hotel met our basic needs but I’m unlikely to stay here again. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional so this review is not a reflection of them. While there is access to the Hilton restaurant and entrance, the experience is not the same. The room did not meet my expectations of clean with hair in the bathroom and a sticky spot in the carpet. The beds are uncomfortable and air conditioner is loud.

Stayed at the hotel for Summerfest. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Hotel shares space with a Hilton. Two adorable dogs roam the lobby. Was a sweet surprise

The room was in great shape. It was clean, roomy and the AC kept the room at a perfect temperature. Hotel is connected to both the parking garage and the Hilton Milwaukee allowing for simple use of their facilities and restaurants as well. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location with a friendly easy quick check in. We like to stay and try out different places but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. When you see the “Hilton” parking garage, that’s where you park. If you’re traveling light/ don’t have large suitcases I would just go into the garage and park. Then head to front desk. It’s clearly marked.

Was a perfect stay for SummerFest. Even let us check in early for no extra charge!

Only complaint is that they ignored my do not disturb request

cosmetically clean but there were areas that could improve, Wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom, mold hazard, tub drain slow, sink drain very slow, the knob on the bath tub lose. No amenities such as complimentary breakfast, ice, bottled water(except for the first night stay). Way overpriced for the 2 star hotel.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was great and it was so nice to have all the bars, restaurants and coffee shop of the Hilton right there

The only issue we came across was there was food in the fridge from prior guests. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
