The Marc Hotel

Nice spacious room

Clean and comfortable room at a great rate. The shared building aspect with the Hilton made finding parking and check in a bit clumsy.

Advertised as Milwaukee's newest hotel, when they should be saying newest remodeled hotel, with a new name. As someone traveling out of state, we were excited. But disappointed. Additionally, the HVAC system was locked out. Why? That's ridiculous.

It was good

Everything was very clean

The Marc hotel has a great location. It is located on the other half of the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I did not like was the $40 a night parking.

Clean rooms and excellent amenities

Beautiful hotel and easy to move around through the lobby. Staff was helpful and responsive.

My only complaint is the parking. You have to pay 40 dollars, and there is no validation to make it free nor a discount.

Everything was great!

I would recommend this room for someone traveling on business, to drop off their students in college, for a mid-value stay directly near conference center and very close to fiserv. Walkable, technically, to lake and third ward, but I personally would not view this hotel as a vacation stay. What I really liked: size of the room, beds, convenience, friendliness of the staff, easy wifi usage, generally no issues. What I was ho-hum about: The front desk was usually not staffed and pointed you to the Hilton front desk, certain cleanliness upkeep (for example, I saw the same small pieces of trash, like a hang tag, on the floor hallway for each of the 3 nights I stayed there indicating no vacuuming) and confusion on what amenities were availble to me at The Marc versus what was shared with the Hilton. For example, It wasn't until my last day that I realized I could use the Hilton fitness center after asking. I did, however, appreciate the pricing (approx $680 for 3 nights including a weekend night). Overall a yes with some caveats.

Close to everything

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean but a little worn. Only complaint is it was kind of hard to find

Nice little place with spacious rooms and comfy beds. It was hard to find the check in counter as it is in the same building as the Hilton hotel and just has its own section. A little weird, but no problem. Staff was super nice and helpful with tips and suggestions of things to do and places to go.

Excelente atención

Check in staff and all the housekeeping staff were super friendly. The mattresses are somewhat "older"...as are the bathroom features. No complaints however

The Marc itself does not have a pull up entrance from the street. You need to park in the lot around the back, next to the Hilton and then take your ticket into them to scan. Its a bit of a maze because the Hilton is also connected, but there are signs to walk for check in.

The hotel was updated, however features within the room itself were dated.
