Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown

GREAT location made everything easy to walk to. Breakfast wasn't too bad but hotel eggs are always bad. Room was a bit small but nice.

Everything about it was very good with the exception of the noise of the street and the lights that came in through the window.

Room was not clean. Pubes everywhere.

Location, staff was courteous Bed was uncomfortable

We liked the friendly staff, the location was perfect, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Need to invest in more quality mattress and pillows. I could not close the curtains completely in order to block out the light from the building across the street

Exceptional

Clean room, comfortable stay and great breakfast!

Exceptional

The only issue we had was that the Internet connection to the TV was inadequate for streaming and the TV was constantly buffering while trying to view that content. The regular TV function worked fine.

We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, especially the complimentary water, popcorn, and cookies. Those little extras made us feel welcomed and added a personal touch that you don’t always get at hotels. The service truly made this hotel stand out. It’s not often you come across a team that consistently goes the extra mile, and that made a big difference during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of downtown with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

General manager and staff were super friendly fly and helpful. Great breakfast spread with rotating specials each morning. Hotel hosted a bunch of triathletes and the staff was even kind enough to set out a super-early breakfast for us before our race.

AC fan in the room was a bit loud.

Property is not "Expedia" friendly, They were unable to assist in changing my reservation by phone. After sitting on the phone for a very long time, they advised they couldn't help. I attempted to upgrade my reservation when I arrived and they were unable to accommodate.
