Needed to change accommodations scheduled and staff was unhelpful and unwilling to assist.
-
Nice property and a good value for the price paid.

Ordered some food that I had to pick up myself from the restaurant downstairs and there was an eight dollar service fee that no one can tell me why it was added. Finally got an answer from the manager that was not a realistic answer and took way too much time to get it removed very frustrating. It was not room service brought up to the room. I had to go get my own food. why would you charge me a service fee?

Excellent stay, well-kept rooms, and great location near a quiet part of downtown.

Perfect

The hotel was excellent. The only complaint I have is I was on a cane because of surgery and had to walk across a sky bridge to get to the property from the garage which cost 50 bucks to park.

Wonderful bathroom and shower, but it needs another hook. It seems to be an industry standard to offer only one hook in the bathroom, but it's annoying to have nowhere to hand the used towel you wish to keep or other things. Wonderful bar and restaurant, as well. Great service in all areas. Fitness room looks great, too. We'll definitely return.

The stay was a good stay! They had some issues with other people but honestly was horrible. The fire alarm on ceiling was falling off tho. But other than that nothing bad to say.

Second time I’ve stayed here this year. Was good both times. Bed and pillows were better than a lot of hotels. Area is nice and quick/easy to walk to places, especially in the third ward. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a dirty towel hanging in our room when we checked in and brought to the front desk. They sent new towels but it did put a negative light on the start of the stay. The hotel is fine but getting dated.

The room was not cleaned unless we called and asked however everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff was super helpful and so friendly! Now that I know to call for cleaning would stay again.

However, the onsite food options are minimal. I got in around 1am, and there was no room service or other food options besides minimal vending machine options. Even during the day the food options are not stellar, and mainly are breakfast options. The on-site little store that was near the lobby had a lot of empty shelf space, very limited food and drink options, and there were boxes stacked against the walls almost like it was being used for a storage room. Not the best look for 4 star hotel. The internet was slow, and went out completely and was out for at least a day (until I checked out), which was very inconvenient. It shut down their computers and ability to see reservations. This may not have been Hyatt's fault, as I heard it might have been a fiber optic line break and more of a regional outage. The room I had was on the small side. The bathroom was very small - the toilet is close enough to the door that it hits your knees if you are sitting on the toilet. Makes it difficult if two people are in there trying to get ready, brush teeth, etc. Really only room for one person, barely.

It was okay I think I would say that I was very tired and had to go to bed
-
nice hotel with a Starbucks, friendly staff, nice bar The room was too warm even with the AC turned all the way down
-
The staff was lovely, with warm greetings and helpful accommodating some requests. The property was lovely, and conveniently located downtown, within easy walking distance to many venues. I would stay again.
-
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. While the service was excellent, the hotel itself felt a bit dated. Both the lobby and our room showed noticeable wear and could benefit from some updates and maintenance.

My husband and I were on the 18th floor with the city view. The room was clean, the hotel was close to a lot of places. The only problems we had was, the shower pressure was horrible. The shower needs a new shower head , and when running water in the bathroom sink the water drained really slow as if the sink needed some draino or something.

Very clean and great staff!

Lovely room, fantastic view! Will definitely be back! The soaps and lotions smelled so good!
