Location A little dated in need of an update

Parked in gargage.... room was spacious and beds comfty. No pool.....

Location Outdated. Bathroom sinks were made of wood that was dinged. Hallway rugs were outdated. Pricey for the quality of the room.

The employees were very helpful and nice. Gave us great tips on local restaurants and ways to get to the Brewers games.

It was a nice stay. Clean room staff was helping.

Room was clean but underwhelming. Breakfast was not included, restaurants, Starbucks, and gift shops all close by 10 so no food or drink options. Close walk to places, and papa John’s will deliver there.

Superb

Location right next to Baird Center where I was attending an event. Cabinet wood work in the bathroom was worn. Around the sprinkler in the room needed paint touched up.

Location was perfect, close to river walk and all attractions. Great size room and excellent facilities. Nice bar in hotel and bistro for breakfast set you up for the day

The location was centralized with respect to our plans Requested to check-in an hour early, needed to go through Booking.com to request that, asked 24 hours in advance but was given a message that it may take up to 48 hours to receive an answer, which would do me no good. Never got a response. Had to go to plan B and check-in much later in the evening since we couldn’t check-in early. I called the hotel directly at 1:30 PM that day to make sure they did not give away our room since we’d be checking in around 11:00 PM. I was assured that would not be a problem as long as I got there before midnight. I asked that they please note our late arrival regardless and was told she would. Guess what happened when we checked in at 11:00 PM? They gave away our king room and gave us a room with 2 double beds (not queens), which was not what I booked and not something my husband and I could sleep comfortably in. The front desk tried to make up for it with a drink and breakfast voucher, but this was super annoying. I’m not sure who to be upset with, Booking.com or the hotel. Very poor experience. Everyone was eager to blame the 3rd party booking app and Booking.com was eager to blame the hotel. Both need to take accountability for their poor processes, procedures and lack of communication!

Good

This hotel is horrific. The rooms reek of smoke and even if you move rooms it will still reek. The smoke detector had a shower cap over it, presumably from a former guest smoking in the room, which is a huge safety issue. I did not sleep at this hotel because I am sensitive to smoke smells and felt like I could not breathe all night. This place, like every Hyatt Regency ever, is utterly terrible. No refund or anything, just offered to move us around to different smoke-filled rooms with nothing but sleepless unpleasant nights to look forward to. I will never be back here, or to any Hyatt Regency, ever again.

They didn’t give us the room we paid for and there were piles of bagged trash and dirty linens outside of door when we checked in and still there when we checked out the next morning. The check in staff extended zero effort in meeting any requests. Give me the room I contracted for and don’t tell me that you’ll give me an inferior room for no additional charge.
