Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel

I was super impressed with this place! The staff is very welcoming and the room was super spacious. Felt very comfortable and will for sure book here!

Room was clean, hotel lobby, bar and amenities were great. Coffee bar on the floor and not in rooms was a tad strange to me. Coffee bar wasnt stocked and had to search through cabinets myself to find cups and creamer. Really cool record player in the room with a few nice albums to play, but it was not working. We also called to ask what time check out was so we could leave some things in the room that morning while we did a few last minute outings. Check out was at 12, we got back at 11:30 and our room was cleaned and the things we left behind were taken. We recovered one package, but the other we still havent heard anything. We have left 2 messages and no response. Nice hotel but dont leave anything in your room when you go to leave on check out day. Even if you havent checked out, your room will be cleaned and whatever is left behind will be considered your loss.

We loved everything about the Saint Kate Hotel! Friendly and helpful front desk who welcomed us at check-in with a coupe of sparkling wine, open and airy lobby with art galleries, nightly piano music, perfect location, and large, comfortable guest room. They graciously accommodated our request to hold our bags upon our return to Milwaukee so we could enjoy the city before our late evening flight home.

Great room and the staff are fantastic. The only annoying things is little things like having to go to 4th floor for a microwave or little things like that but the front desk is awesome

This place exceeds our expectations. It was a wonderful overnight, from being able to check in early, the awesome room, the fun bar with an amazing band, the art that was everywhere. The staff here were top notch and made sure our visit was great. The location was great too. We would definitely stay here again

They have conference rooms on the 3rd floor. Our room was right next to one hosting a wedding. We were awoken very early to the wedding party setting up. We also had a soiled mattress. It had a large brown stain on it. We also had stained sheets and the carpet was stained. Overall the hotel was really beautiful but given the room we received I can’t recommend. They also didn’t really respond to our issues with even an apology really. Lastly the hotel feels unsafe. You don’t need key card access to get onto floors 1-3 but yet they have guest rooms on those floors. Being this is a hotel in the middle of a city. I think that’s very ill advised. My boyfriend also had a rather troubling encounter with some men who had come in late at night and were causing issues at the front desk.

Checkin was great. Free champagne! Gave us transportation guidance.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!

Hotel is beautiful. One issue was my bed did not have a fitted sheet, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

St Kate is our go to place to stay in Milwaukee!

Artwork everywhere. I’d go back.
