Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Airport

From early check in accomodations to Bar Staff and shuttle service to airport, all was excellent!

The main thing was that I was told to schedule beforehand a shuttle to MKE. I asked for a 4:30 AM ride but I was not added to the list because the person at the desk just scrawled some info down and forgot about me. I got to the airport late due to the incompetence of the staff. Never mind we are told in and at the elevator that the staff must be notified of the need for a ride. Annoying. You need to double check everything with these people.

Our visit was very nice at the property. The only disappointment is that the rooms are only made up every other day. This was a new practice since our many past visits to this property. With the a $300 price point for the room, this was the only disappointment. Otherwise, staff are always very friendly and available to assist you during your visit.

Location Our door entry key didn’t work we had to go and get repairs twice and then the tub wouldn’t drain therefore the repair man had to fix something that broke

I flew into Milwaukee on a delayed flight and arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM. I was told by the shuttle driver and then the front desk clerk that there were no rooms available. I gave her my reservation and she stated it was in her system. She then stated that the hotel allows bookings that exceed their room availabilities. She was trying to find another property that could take me in. There were none in the area. She asked me to find one on my own. I found a Holiday Inn 20 miles away. I took an Uber and arrived there 3:00AM. Don't bother to book a room here. Lizzie, the front desk clerk was wonderful and tried to be helpful. She gets 5 stars. Hotel got 0 stars for messing up my reservation.

updated and clean room, phenomenal staff, ROOM SERVICE (!!) and it’s super close to the airport. perfect for a good sleep after a late arrival - especially because checkout is noon ;)

I liked the facility and everything being very very clean and the AC worked very well. I don’t like that I was charged almost $400 for the 2 nights and that didn’t include breakfast. When I did my search, I looked up continental breakfast and this came up but then the next morning they told me that we had to purchase an extra meal plan for $20 per person per day also in addition to that we had to pay an extra $15 per night just to have our car parked in the facility and that was also not mentioned when I was booking. Plus the TV in our room was not working. It is an updated TV and has connected streaming services but would not work at all and told me to unplug the device and restart the entire TV and I did not feel comfortable doing so.

I liked there was a restaurant on site and they had gluten free options for my wife I do not like that I was never told about paying for parking but I was charged for it. When I asked they say they charge everyone for parking. Apparently without telling anyone

This my go to when I want to spend time alone l like everything The fact it's a parking fee like WHAT I'm a member even if not why are we paying for property

Close to our event You have to pay extra to park your vehicle in the lot after spending enough money already for the room. Pool was unavailable due to a birthday party and breakfast buffet was Continental for $10

I was billed over 1100 Dollars for a 4 day stay we have a problem

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Property is very nice, and the fact they have a restaurant/bar is just icing on the cake. Even with it's close proximity to the airport, the noise is minimal, and didn't disrupt our stay or disturb our sleep. I would highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn, 10/10 would stay there again!
