Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Airport

Thank you. Only there one night so cannot give a more detailed review.

They charged us for parking on top of the room rate. The Room was almost $300 and I'm a Hilton Honors Member. The woman at the front desk was rude and very unfriendly. She asked for an ID and Credit Card even though the room was pre-paid. We were there less than 7 hours and we were awaken by a plane coming into the airport around 5:30am. I will never come back!

According to the advertisements, the Hyatt appeared to be quite trendy but upon arrival, it was just a regular airport hotel that was sufficient and definitely not a 5-star hotel.

The location was very convenient to pick up our son at the airport It was only 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. We had to pay an extra fee for parking and there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning.

I was told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked and although I paid up front for my room at booking there was no room held for me. I was forced at 11pm at night to find another hotel with availability which ended up being over 20 mins away which was another uber ride and by the time it was sorted and I made it to the other hotel it was 1am. I have never experienced this before; the staff approach was brutal with the response being " you will have to find another hotel, we overbook all the time because people don't show or cancel". I did not have cancellation and it was paid in full upon arrival so they clearly double ended on the sale of my room which is pathetic. I was also told becuase I used expedia as third party booking they give those rooms away first.

Excellent hotel. But for the price there should be complimentary breakfast

Checkin is slow and needs repeating when staying an extra day. Nice Enron’s, spacious. But temperature regulation in common areas and our room was poor.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Make sure you ask when you check in about meal vouchers. No one told me this, and I ended up paying for 3 meals out of pocket.

ok. room a bit small and no free coffee in the lobby

We only stayed here one night because it was close to the airport and our room was as advertised. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast or use the shuttle but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Heather made our check-in experience absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this hotel.
