Charged us plenty for parking our car there but when our flight was delayed by 30 minutes we could no longer get picked up by there shuttle service. Just go park at the airport and save the hassle

Clean room, great safe quiet location, very helpful staff. Offers a free shuttle to the airport across the street, and the bus picks up/drops off right at the edge of the parking lot, to make for an easy trip to downtown. Front desk allowed us to stay parked for the day for free after checking out, which helped us out a ton. Not fancy by any means but you get much more than you pay for!

I would advise to never stay here. I had a room booked for my arrival into Milwaukee as my plane was not expected to arrive til 10pm that night. Was advised that I can call the hotel for their shuttle service. I did, and after the third attempt, I finally got in touch with the front desk. Sounded like I woke him up. He then told me that the shuttle will be there, at baggage claim number 4, in 10 to 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes, and no show. Tried to call again, but was impossible to get through. Ended up walking there with all my luggage just to see the shuttle nicely parked and nobody at the front desk. Then walked a block down to the best western to reserve another room. They were more than accommodating. Messaged the hotel for a refund, but never got a response. Guess I'll have to bite the bullet on this one. Very unsatisfied.

What do you expect from a Super 8? I’ve stayed in others that were a lot worst. This one wasn’t too bad. You immediately understand how cheap the owners are. No AC when entering building. I understand trying to save some money but geesh. I was worried the ac in my room wasn’t working. But it worked just fine. My room itself was clean and stocked with towels. Hallway and stairwells wasn’t really clean. Just random trash throughout. The place did its purpose for me. Great price. I was able to take a hot shower. My room got nice and cool. There was a vending machine and ice machine on first floor. I did see a room that said continental breakfast. But it was closed off and sheets hung up to cover the doors. They didn’t offer breakfast here. But again the price reflects it. Overall I was very satisfied. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz!!

There was no Breakfast as advertised. Homeless people sleeping in hallways . Just terrible

Was an okay place to stay just to sleep!

You have to ask for bfast which is juice, muffin and yogurt. I think they should advertise that as it's not much.

Good nights stay, comfortable, fair price. Parking wasn't an issue.

Coffee in the lobby was fresh and hot! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Basic but clean, and maintained. Friendly staff. Modest but filling breakfast. Fine for the price.

Would be nice to have coffee available in room and not just in lobby. Room was comfortable but small. Good price though.

Stains on bedding, dirty, broken lamps, etc

If you need a place to sleep this is perfect. If you're looking for amenities, this hotel only has a bag breakfast ( yogurt, muffin and apple juice) and wifi. The hotels management is amazing and very helpful. It is a great 2 star hotel, maybe 1.5.

The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and I felt safe. We originally had rented a room that had a king size bed and a couch. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. However, at that time they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for the other adult to sleep on the couch. They were nice and switched us to a room with two queen size beds. If I need a place to stay in Milwaukee again I would definitely consider it again.
