All I can say is OUTSTANDING

For the money you pay, this is a great spot for when you just need somewhere to lie your head at night.

This hotel is extremely rundown and could use a makeover. My room had no overhead lights that worked. It was quiet. The staff were friendly. It is conveniently located.

So convenient to Mitchell Field. And the shuttle service is even more convenient.

The normal free wifi was terrible if you need to do work then you should pay for the better wifi at $4.75 otherwise it is value for money

Clean room, comfortable bed. Ease of check in. Helpful staff.

I had to beg for towels every day to take a shower and they inspected every dirty towel in front of me before they would give me another one……. I had NEVER had that happen to me before!!!!!

The people there are really nice. I wish they had a full breakfast instead of a bag.

Staff is nice Continental breakfast is just a sugar loaded muffin and sugar loaded juice in a paper lunchbag. Don't advertise Continental breakfast if you're too cheap for continental breakfast.

The best thing this hotel had to offer was a place to park our vehicle. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The elevator was broken and “getting fixed.” Was told it would be “fixed soon”. Next morning still broken. We informed front desk we needed the free shuttle to the airport. He put a sign on the front desk that said “will be back soon” then said he would take us right now. I get the feeling that there is very limited staff and they are expected to do everything. I asked the question what is the number to call for pickup from airport and he said call when we got back then produced a card(that I asked for) with a number crossed off but had a front desk number. We then arrived back from our trip and called the number that was on card. After many rings someone finally picked up and I said we would like to get picked up from airport. He asked if we already had our bags and we were waiting I said” yes “. He said ok I will be right there. After a half hour of waiting we decided to take an uber to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the shuttle was still sitting there at property. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for transportation to and from airport. If you like a really stiff mattress this is your hotel.

Omar who worked the front desk was extremely kind and went above/beyond to make sure I felt accommodated. I will definitely be returning!

Near to airport

We have stayed at this location 4 times. Unfortunately this time we both came home with multiple bed bug bites. So disappointed as we had been happy with all previous stays.
