Solo traveler. No problems or concerns with my stay. The staff was excellent.

Never stayed here

Great service

Took 20 mins to check in because there was only 1 person at the front desk. My daughter checked us in and she did not understand what the guy said about where are room was. He had a thick accent. No piece of paper to give us a map of how to find out room. We wondered around until we found it. Other guest tried to help us. No towels at the pool area. No big towels for showering provided. We were told that we had to come down to the front desk to get them. On the upside...there were no bed bugs.

All was good but the conditions inside and out was old.

I loved the cleanliness and courteous staff. Especially Max, Christina and Rebecca! They had exceptional customer service and helped make my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff!

Breakfast was good, but our room had a broken door handle and the sheets were stained with something red.

Room was clean and maintained. Offered 4am shuttle to airport and wakeup call. Didn't use it, but had a resturant/bar with pool table and other games.

Everything was amazing. Max was so awesome and helpful. From Sierra. Thanks for everything.

The pool was the perk

Front desk staff on duty during early morning hours of 7/17 upgraded our room near the pool. The air-conditioner however, had trouble keeping the room cool. The key card for the room we were initially assigned wasn't working so we were given a new room next door. The evening of 7/17 we returned to our room, went to sleep, due to an early 3am wake up on 7/18 to catch a flight. Around 11:15pm on 7/17, someone tried to force themselves into the room. According to my child, the door opened but entry was prevented because of the lock. Quite scary. Around 11:22pm on 7/17, there was knocking on the door and a voice repeatedly instructing us to open our room door. My husband repeatedly yelled through the door, "What are you doing?" The person claimed to be the night manager. We refused to open the door. I called the front desk that there was a person instructing us to open our door and demanding our name. I gave my name to the front desk person and confirmed our room number and name. The front desk person simply hung up with no further information provided and the person at the door departed. Around 4am at check out on 7/18, we alerted the front desk about the forced entry a few hours earlier. The front desk said they thought we were squatters in the room. No apology was given. Do not stay here. Front desk needs to implement a better process to confirm room assignments, other than forced entry! I was charged $24 for room purchases from a different room. Waiting for reimbursement.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Very clean & quiet. We will be back for sure.

Our flight got in very late and the staff went above and beyond for us -- they let us order in advance from the restaurant (which was closed by the time we got there) and held the order for us and they even gave us an extra bag of snacks for our kids! Our kids loved playing in the pool the next morning before we left, which was large and very clean.

The beds are so comfortable perfect for a 1 night stay

The fridge was emitting a horrible smell. None of the gym equipment worked. Staff were very helpful and kind. Good breakfast.

What I didn’t like was there was no cleaning staff or maintenance in the evenings. No plungers, was told to just a leave a toilet over flowing. Sheets had make up on them from previous guests. Had to switch rooms and phone in new room didn’t work. Iffy WiFi on third floor. There was a guy not in uniform not informing they worked there just asking us what room we had after switching our room when getting to the third floor. That in itself was weird and unfriendly. Pool area stayed dirty from the night before for hours. Couldn’t control other children staying at the hotel. Bar and restaurant closed earlier than scheduled. Mixed drinks were warm and overpriced. Two cherry bomb shots were $17. Had to go to complain to the desk multiple times for various things throughout our stay. Fee of $50 for room insurance that I wasn’t aware of until check in. Stayed 3 knights for $352.46 with the additional fee of $50 that gets refunded. Just did not think it was worth it.

Room was ok. Had to clean air filters for air conditioner. First night was ok. 2nd night was horrifying! Kids screaming down our hallway. Fights broke out right outside our doors. Police were called. Do not recommend!

It was nice and clean the breakfast was good but the eggs had way to much butter on them other then that the stay was great

Everything was nice and clean and beautiful but breakfast time was amazing. I think her name is Kathy in the morning . Everything was fresh and ready and delicious.
