Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Ctr

Lobby smelled horrible. Dirty towels laying all over pool and hot tub area. It was clear no one vacuums, very dated. Every hallway had a different smell. Our TV was old, turned on occasionally or just had a blank screen. Ceiling tiles had water stains everywhere. Our room was actually pretty decent though. Restaurant was closed for some reason. Needed help with something, no one answered phone, front desk had a note sitting there saying "be back in 5 minutes" Was an adventure for sure.

Very dirty room. Have pics there was pet feces and dead insect and cobwebs. Was told we would have management follow up and credit our stay and refund which never happened. Won't be back although was our 2nd annual spot for family brewers trip since it is close.

The breakfast buffet and location were great, and ADA accommodations were good, especially in the bathroom. The room smelled dank and humid, which made it uncomfortable to breathe; receptacles were loose for plugging items in; and the receptacle for the tall lamp was not fully attached to the wall so I could not plug it in. Only one side of the room had light, so it was difficult to pack/unpack.

The ADA bathroom and breakfast buffet were great. The location was very convenient. The room was humid and smelled dank. My CPAP equipment smelled funny for a couple days afterward. I have asthma, so the dank air made it hard to breathe. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable.

Nice place to relax. Very convenient location. Good shuttle service. Beds could be little firmer - I felt like I would fall to the floor the moment I sat on the bed…But everything else was great.

My room was not clean, I found a hanger on the floor inside the closet that did not belong to the hotel. Tub was dirty by the soap dish, mirror dirty and by the night stand something sticky was by the lamp. You could see the trash can by the pool area was full. The breakfast run out of food and was not replaced in a timely manner. Very dissatisfied with my stay. Usually has been good my previous stay.

Maintenance came for the HVAC. The unit was blowing air, but there was no way to control the temperature the display was broken doubt it broke the day i was there. I tried to check in 30 minutes early. The person at the desk didn’t even look to see if a room was ready. They just said no “policy is 3pm” The pool closing at 8 p.m. makes sense since full of kids screaming, not relaxing. It would still be nice to have a quiet adult-only window from 8–10 p.m. Booked this hotel to enjoy hot tub. Did not think it would close at 8. Not worth the money.

The front lady Justice was great at her job. Very professional. My room wasn't all the best, I thought it was remodeled and the pool closed at 8.

i requested room away from constgruction and both times they put me right near it. Fortunately it did not start up until we were gone.

My stay was great clean room comfy bed and quiet. Front desk was welcoming and helpful.

We requested 4:15 shuttle. NEVER SHOWED UP! Service wasn’t answering calls. Desk attendant said it was on the way, but by 4:45, there were 3 of us needing to be at the regular terminal for 5:45-6am flights. We ended up going to the ez park down the street and was on our way within 5 min. Probably won’t stay there again.

It's near the airport and downtown Milwaukee so it was convenient. The layout was a bit of a maze at first but after a couple times, you get familiarized with the way. If you need a place to sleep in, this is good.

My 2nd RM was ok , aside from the tub drip The first RM was more fit for my bad knee but the jett tub was dirty and the carpet had a horrible smell
