Properly was clean and I felt safe

First room wasn't even cleaned and got moved to another room. Second room was fortunately clean. Water dripping from the ceiling in a hallway. Key randomly stopped working. Elevator has a random loose piece of metal we tripped over.

Our room was quite a walking distance from the lobby even though there were several rooms that appeared vacant. The bed was and the room was clean although very dated.

Shuttle driver was kind and quick to pick me up. Girl at the front desk was rather rude, did not provide me with any information and seemed confused when I asked questions. I had heavy baggage and was tired as it was quite late and the room was very far from the check in desk. Room was clean however it was very damp. Had a damp smell, bedding was damp, floor was damp. Breakfast was nice..many items to choose from including fruit and all the toppings for oatmeal so I could eat healthy.

The room was clean spacious, and the breakfast was good with multiple choices.

Airport shuttle was not available when need after inquires were made to see if one was available

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good also.

The walls did not stop the music and noises from the adjacent room. Another layer of drywall and the proper soundproof thresholds at the shared doors (adjoining room) is a necessary construction feature in this day and age. I could not get a good night's rest.

The rooms were mildly clean but the pool was nice. The breakfast’s buffet was pretty good!

The front desk attendant was rude. Gave me no info at check in. Missed breakfast because I wasn’t told the end time.

The smokers need to be further away from the front door and bigger buckets for their cigarette butts, the rooms of my brother and my room didn’t have shower towels, and we were told we’re shortstaffed, but they couldn’t come up with any clean towels

I was there for 5 days 4 nights and not once did we get housekeeping. Never got clean towels, garbage out, nothing. Asked for pillows and blankets, got 2 top sheets 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillow. Worst hotel we've ever stayed at.

Pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good Keys kept demagnatizing every time we left room. Staff was rude. 1 elevator at end of long hall not near front of building. Elevator was horrible. Lobby never clean. Had to go get towels, guess they thought we wanted to use same ones for 4 days. Run down place that they charged way to much for.

Great location! Understaffed. Needs more people to clean rooms

Really appreciated the shuttle and that the hotel is right next to the Green line MCTS bus that goes straight to Downtown/Riverwalk/Public Market, etc. Lots of options available at their free breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Free room upgrade, clean room, friendly staff, indoor pool was great

staff was fine; the room was clean; but the facility is tired. It appears that they are in the process of remedying this issue

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The mattresses were not very comfortable and really need to be changed for a much-needed improvement.
