Clean room and great bar

Our stay was perfect. The housekeeping staff greeted us every morning and asked if we needed anything. Each day the front desk and workers greeted us with a smile. My husband was thrilled with the bar for his nightcap and the breakfast was delicious. We were especially pleased because a prior room reservation with a nearby hotel was terrible resulting in our checking out early. Once we checked into the Holiday Inn it made a world of difference and the remainder of our ten day vacation was very enjoyable.

The counter staff was friendly and helpful. Yes the breakfast staff only had 1 person taking food orders which caused long delays in you getting your food. I imagined that it had only 1 cook as well.

Great place to stay!

Honestly, this place is sooooo out of date, which isn’t the worst thing but you can tell how poorly maintained it is. Our room had rips throughout the wallpaper. The room also was so loud. The fridge kept kicking on and off all night. The elevator is quite possibly the slowest one I’ve ever been in. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The lamps were all bent and actually hard to figure out how to turn them on. The worst part, the room was extremely humid. All our clothes and luggage, including the carpet, were damp. Gross.

The front desk and waitress were wonderful, very friendly. The location of the hotel was awesome too. The pool area, specifically the hot tub was dirty. We are traveling from a different time zone and ended up in the pool unintentionally before it officially opened. A staff member scolded us for being in the pool too early as cleaning is done. We promptly left and returned later to see if cleaning, which included mounds of sand in the hot tub and it was still present. So, after being scolded, cleaning still wasn't completed.

Everything was great except bathroom Black mold around the tub and drain and tub stopper didn’t work right

I guess we got to the pool a little late it could’ve been a little cleaner tiles were all over even peoples personnel key cars were laying around. I couldn’t believe the breakfast. They said it was like $16 a person so yes, we didn’t decide to eat there never heard of that before of all the places I stood.

The property was immaculate, quiet and centrally located. I liked the space and cleanliness of my room. The bed was comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

SO convenient to the airport - 5 minutes away and you couldn't hear any planes! The hotel was clean and parking was easy I couldn't log into the wifi
