Courtyard Milwaukee Airport

Claimed to have a full breakfast but couldn’t even get a coffee.

I've stayed here twice now. It's a clean hotel that's easy to get to. I'll stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, designed well and very clean. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal for our trip.

Proximity to airport Room did not appear clean and the walls/ceilings are extremely thin. Could hear the room above me for hours after I tried to go to sleep. Air conditioner rattled all night. Terrible night’s sleep before travel. Stayed here specifically to leave my vehicle and had to pay an extra $50. Not worth it

Perfect location for getting the ferry at 6 am

It was okay, but not good enough to stay at again. Bathroom was not throughly clean, there was hair in a few places in the bathroom. Along with rust in areas in the tub. The room had a smell to it. We had breakfast included which was okay. My only draw back to that is Any Starbucks drink should be included with the breakfast. Oh and there was a dead bird on the patio the whole time we were there. So much for cleanliness because if the hotel is cleaned daily they would have spotted the dead bird in plain sight. The pool didn’t seem clean to me either.

Room was clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was filthy and bunch of hair on the floor theres a used qtip underneath office desk. The tv wasnt working. We had to plug it.

I like the location; how close it was to the airport. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, I really liked the pool and bistro. The bistro was a little pricey.

Checking in took forever and didn't have any double beds so had to get an extra room.

No breakfast. Misleading Booking Reception staff appear indifferent

A little disappointed that there was no free breakfast, but that wasn't a big problem.

Our room was beautiful and the beds were excellent. No restaurant serving lunch. Only Bistro food service for breakfast and dinner. We had to go out in the pouring rain to visit a restaurant nearby for lunch. Not good!

We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly

Dirty. Rats in the parking lot. Hair on the bed when we entered the room, trash on the floor, hair in the bathroom, bed not fully made. When we checked in we were told the room we reserved wasn't available and we had to stay in a single bed room instead and then move for the next nights of our trip. Overall terrible experience.

Everything was very pleasant and peaceful

Located in a quiet safe neighborhood convenient to downtown and restaurants. Twice when we went to the lobby no staff was at the desk

However the front desk kept saying I did not have a reservation. I pulled out the confirmation and she then found it. A little annoying after a long day

Toilets ran all night and continued to get stopped up. Had to change rooms. Tv didn’t work. The food was basic. Out of everything a few times. Shuttle service a mess.Fire alarms kept going off. A few staff were helpful. Overall, very disappointed.
