Courtyard Milwaukee Airport

The front desk staff was less than helpful. Was placed in a room with a King bed and a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 Adults and 2 Teens. The sofa bed was the size of a single bed. Hardly enough space to fit two large teens. When I asked to move, the desk clerk was short and merely said, we are sold out. No apologies. When I got to room and tried to locate the sofa bedding there wasn’t any. I called down to desk and asked to please have sheets and pillows sent up. He told me to come down and get them because he couldn’t leave desk. Again, no apologies. The gentleman working the bar/concession area was very pleasant, but the desk clerk could try to be better at his customer facing job.

The property was close to the airport, while still being far enough away that I didn't have to hear the sounds of planes taking off or landing. The room was clean and sizable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as well. Although I didn't use either facility, there was also an indoor pool and an exercise room as well. If you are getting the breakfast-included package, it isn't easily discernible what items on the menu are available under the voucher compared to those that are not (breakfast is provided by the little restaurant in the lobby).

Toilet made a LOUD awful noise for over 60 seconds each time you flushed it. Would have asked to switch rooms if we didn’t have an early wake up.

Great location, friendly staff, plenty of parking and food options nearby.

Not as nice as I expected

Nothing like any other Marriott we ever stayed at.

We had paid for a one bedroom suite. This way my daughter could have the privacy of a separate area. The mattress on the pull out couch was filthy. We called the front desk and was moved to another room. Mattress for the let out couch was better in the second room but the linen was lacking for the couch. Staff was receptive when and answered requests but we had to call several times. We got in late and did not need the hassle. Shuttle service was available and when we asked about available sites- was told to “Google it.” He was not a native of the town- in all fairness. Saw a UA pilot checking out- so maybe we had an unfortunate stay but will not be back.

Clean

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. It was a good hotel( no microwave in the room is the only con I had.), clean commons area. There was a bonfire in the back that was lit every night. The breakfast was also good.

Clean and helpful workers. 10/10 recommend, and close to everything.

The front desks staff was incredible and super helpful. The pool was small but warm and enjoyable for a soak. The bistro was an interesting touch, it was more counter service than restaurant. Very convenient and quick. Rooms were comfy and bathroom was spotless! Would stay again!

Nice outside patio to relax and pool is small but nice to relax in and many food places in surrounding area and only 15 mins away from downtown so great for travelers and weekend get away.

We missed our breakfast our 1st day because they told us we had to pay for it, then looked up when I booked it & said free breakfast, by this time breakfast was over, but "breakfast" its self was horrible warm-up in a microwave hard unflavored, just over all "breakfast" was horrible!

Exceptional

Room was clean and it was as expected. Close enough to where we wanted to go. Representative was unreliable and did not provide us with any directions nor instructions. Handed us the room keys and that's it. I had to gouge answers out of him and we were so disturbed by him we left a day early. He was dismissive and unaccommodating whatsoever.

Great property staff not very helpful with transport to and from hotel. Was initially given a shuttle only 45 min before flight and return transportation was a mess as we arrived late are were not made aware we needed to uber until after we arrived.
