Very unhelpful staff.

I will write about the positives. Good water pressure in shower and nice pool area with working hot tub. Attentive staff. Maybe not the best option for a multi day trip or if you plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.

It’s a solid place to stay if you’re going to or from the airport. We have used it a few times.We like to stay there because the rooms and beds are a little larger. They’re also quite nice. I think it’s a good B minus hotel and does a trick and relatively pleased with it.

We stayed 6 days 2 different rooms very impressed with the rooms we had & food.

Our room was clean. I give it 4 stars how well this place is.

The staff here was AMAZING. After such a horror story at another hotel it was so refreshing to stay here. We had a problem with a remote and within minutes we had maintenance there and ready to help! I would absolutely return and recommend this place

The place smells horrible like curry. The beds felt humid the a/c was broken and all night it screatched. They had people smoking weed in one of the rooms we passed by both in the morning and night the door was cracked open. The breakfast left little to say. The pool area was dirty! The worst part of the whole stay was that they praised to be a dog friendly location yet when I showed my badge for my service dog. They down graded my room. Awful Awful place. I will never come here again!

Location was 10 mins from everything! They also have everything you could want in the area you stay. Hot tub was great nice and hot. Staff was friendly No drinks in the hot tub. They were very strict and we did not have glass

The location of this hotel is great, and the overall stay was okay, but the service really missed the mark. I arrived on Wednesday, and every single day. Whether it was the front desk, the cleaning crew or other building staff: someone was asking me if I was checking out. It didn’t matter if I was just walking on my floor or heading out the door with my purse or bookbag. It felt incredibly repetitive and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when I asked the front desk to extend my stay by one night, they claimed they were completely booked. However, I went online to Hotels.com right after and found open room availability at the hotel. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the staff communication definitely needs improvement.

The breakfast was definitely powdered eggs. Also a $75 deposit was required that I didn’t read about anywhere else. Hot tub and pool were nice. My biggest complaint would be the smell of the cleaner they used in the common area areas, extremely overpowering smell Otherwise great!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two workers and a very nice clean smell. The parking lot was nice and lit at night. My room was clean and bed was comfy. There's several ways to enter the hotel with a room key which was nice.

We were going to Summerfest and to see a concert so we only spent one night but it was fine. The door frame to our room was damaged so it didn't close unless you slammed it. The room a/c was a little noisy. And the breakfast was OK . They had some ham and pre-made fried eggs that weren't very good but the waffles were good! I wouldn't stay here again if I was going to Summerfest because I'd want to be a little closer or within walking distance to the venue. We took a Lyft and coming back there was a ton of traffic!

Breakfast was not very good. Hot tub was full of murky water and not any warmer than the pool.

Staff was very nice. Definitely needs a touch up of paint overall. Both the halls and the rooms. But the bed, bathroom, and the areas were clean.

Close to the airport and the bed was comfortable. Neighborhood seemed safe enough and parking was free. The water pressure for the shower was bad and the water got cold which I don't think I have ever had happen at a hotel. It is obviously an older building with a face-lift outside but It could use it inside too. The bathroom door was damaged on the bottom. The staff were nice but seemed inconvenienced by us at check in. The hot tub and pool were fine but again had black around the corners could use some love for sure. .

Did not use amenities. Stay was good

Clean and comfy place to stay. The entire place smells like there’s is fresh air freshener in the air constantly. It’s a bit strong but it’s better than smelling like feet throughout the place.

They didn't look for a shirt I left there when I called 4 times.

Pleasant and friendly staff

Quiet and restful nights. No cake muffins or cake donuts or rice.
