Honestly I'd rent a room from them again

please do not stay here unless you really need a place to stay. linens, towels, pillows were all stained, had pubes on them. Floors were full of dog/cat hair and unkept.

2. Bathroom door was missing door knob. 3. TV did not work. 4. Coffee pot was missing and was told I would be getting one and never received it.

Bugs everywhere in the room. Smell like pee. Sheets was not clean. Bed head rest was nasty and dusty. Slide glass door was broken.

Room had no towels- we had to ask 3 times to get some. The room did not have microwave or iron as detailed online. The office chair looked like it came out of a dumpster. Building was very poorly maintained, with no locks on patio doors, bathrooms being original 1970s and security doors were not secure. We heard travelers asked for refunds and they left after seeing their rooms and hearing other people complain about their rooms. One couple slept in their vehicle instead. The hotel charged my card partial before I arrived and the balance immediately upon check in- before I saw our room. (Usually it’s just a hold, with balance paid at check out) It appeared that people lived at the hotel. There is an armed security guard in the evenings-nice guy, who does have to be there. We heard him break up a disturbance down the hall from us. Also it’s across the street from an ER, so ambulance noise all night long.

Would not recommend. I didn't stay because the room was terrible. It didn't even have a door handle on the bathroom door. Just stuffed with toilet paper. It smell horrible and the TV didn't work. I had to drive another hour to find a place to say. NOT HAPPY

It’s time to close this location, tear it down and rebuild

First, we went to check in and the room was not ready. It was 5:45pm. Room was not ready until 6:30. Second, when we did make it to the room a few hours later due to us having a prior engagement. There were no towels. When I called the front desk I was told to come get them myself. There was a leftover razor left on the shower from a previous guest. The tv did not work either. It seems also the place is used as a refuge for low income housing as well. Needless to say, the front staff host was very nice.

The bathroom had lots of hair on the floor The overall appearance of the building is old and rundown, hallways are dark as well as stairways TV in room had no signal, so we missed watching baseball game Very noisy around the area.

Another major issue was that the television did not work. When I reported the problem to the front desk, I was not provided with a reasonable solution. Despite a remote control being present in the room, I was told by Syd to operate the television manually. This response was unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue. I would like to acknowledge Robert at the front desk, who was polite, professional, and genuinely attempted to assist me. Unfortunately, my experience with Syd was the opposite. She repeatedly hung up on my husband while he was simply seeking answers and clarification regarding the issues with our room. This level of customer service was unacceptable and added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing stay. Furthermore, despite the property being advertised as a non-smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property upon arrival and throughout the night. Hot tub didnt hold water and was totally unusable. Staff refused any compensation for the defective room. Have been calling multiple times to reach a manager with no answer no voicemail to leave a message. The halls smell of cat piss through the whole building. This place is total trash!

No hot water in the shower. A lot of garbage around the property. Beds were oke I would not recommend this place for more than one night.

I have never been to a hotel as terrible as this one 😔. I didn't want to bring my things inside, but they probably weren't safe in my truck either. This should not be advertised on any booking site, it's more of a liability. No amenities actually available, no breakfast just 3 Day old coffee. Dirty, no filthy rooms stains on everything. Can smell smoke off different kinds any time of day or night. Would not bring kids to this place. I travel for work approximately 200 days a year this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. If it was not booked 3rd party I would have left day 1 . I'm rethinking this whole booking process it's just not worth it until you actually see the room. Pretty sure the pictures of this hotel were from a different decade.

The website says there is a shuttle transportation but there is no airport shuttle

Clean room excellent maid service very helpful

This is a poorly maintained hotel. However, it was the lowest price for my temporary accommodation. I was the only person, but would never have booked this hotel if I was with my family.
