Rodeway Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, upon check in was told that there was no queen rooms available. We ended up with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. Normally there is bedding and extra pillows in a closet, but this room didn’t even have one. After pulling out the sofa sleeper to see if the bedding was already on the mattress, we discovered nothing but a sheet and ended up both sleeping in the bed.

Toilet ran steady and room phone did not work. Repairman said I would need to go down to 1st floor to use the phone to call the desk.

Nothing The personal had a lack of capacity to solve problems even when booking was trying to help us. Many other guest where claiming on the reception desk.

Wasn't terrible but, could've been better. Newly remodeled Parking on a Saturday night is not easy. Lots of hoodrats

The room was clean but stark. There was no maid service after our first night; no new towels, beds not made. Not a bad place but not quite what I expected. Would likely not choose it again.

The room was clean and the foyer was clean. The main door into the building did not work and the door you had to go through had this blue tape on the door handle/lock for some reason. The floor in the elevator was in rough shape also.

I will never stay at this property again went to get in the bed crumbs and hair all over the fitted sheet you could see housekeeper didn’t change fitted sheet at all I paid a lot of money for this room to sleep in a strangers sheets I don’t think so had to wait 20 minutes for staff to check in person before me if I would have to stay at this property again I would just drive back to my home town this room wasn’t worth 10 dollars a night much more being charged 150 for the night Rodeway inn and suites should be ashamed of themselves renting out rooms to the next guest with dirty sheets beyond angry

Stayed here multiple weeks and had one week where the room was nice, while all other weeks the rooms needed some TLC. They even coded and wrote down someone else's room number one time. The last time I stayed there, my truck had a window smashed and thousands of dollars worth of my companies equipment was stolen (none of it was in plain site)

Terrible staff. Took 25 minutes to check me in. Room smelled bad. AC didn't work properly. Buttons were broken.

For what we paid, it was a good deal for an overnight stay

the location was very close to the Airport. The staff had a very unpleasant attitude with the check in process. She had too much attitude towards me for no reason

terrible staff , couldn’t get any toilet paper until house cleaning the next morning so we couldnt even use the bathroom that whole night , also toliet got clogged and they kept giving us the run around until finally fixed it so we went hours without a toilet bed made the skin on my arms break out and after i checked out i made sure i took everything because we had to buy new pillows the pillows they have are so worn out it makes your neck and shoulders cramp very badly and then staff called me to inform me about my check out time then proceeded to say “ your stuff will be in the garbage “ very unprofessional , the room itself was nice but you can tell they havent fixed it up in a while because it was somw wear ans tear , overall wouldnt suggest it unless you need something very cheap
