Main door broken, same wrapper in the elevator the whole 6 days of our stay, shady hotel all around. Beds also VERY uncomfortable sheets were so scratchy we had to buy our own for the stay. Will not be coming back

Staff was nice, cleanliness was fair, honestly, decent choice for my one night stay. The bed was too firm, so it was uncomfortable.

No iron in the room, also had stains on the towels when we got there.

Clean room friendly staff that made you fell welcomed

Room smelled like cigarettes, front door was broken and side door was taped up, room had dirty towel behind the couch with brown stuff on it and no cleaning people there to take care of it, bathroom had cigarette burns all over the vanity, bathroom had a plug in that was burned. Pretty sure this isnt a regular hotel by the other people coming and going. Dated, stinky, and not clean. I wouldn't go back and don't recommend. Check fire codes!

No housekeeping check during stay. The room was ready when I arrived. Anything I needed I had to go to the Front Desk.

Close proximity to the event I was going to easy access to the highway The main door must’ve been broken and the side door we had to use had duct tape over the lock, so there was no security needing a card to enter at night. Anybody could’ve walked in. It was not clean, there were stains all over the walls in the bathroom Some of the baseboard tile was coming off the wall. And there was no coffee available in the room and I didn’t see any out by the reception desk

I love the fact that it was clean the staff was great it felt like home

Exceptional

Other all the stay was good. The bathroom was a little undesirable. The toilet set just about came off. The shower was clogged. The beds were nice but the rest. The hotel could use some work.

Disappointing

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, upon check in was told that there was no queen rooms available. We ended up with one king bed and a sofa sleeper. Normally there is bedding and extra pillows in a closet, but this room didn’t even have one. After pulling out the sofa sleeper to see if the bedding was already on the mattress, we discovered nothing but a sheet and ended up both sleeping in the bed.

Toilet ran steady and room phone did not work. Repairman said I would need to go down to 1st floor to use the phone to call the desk.

Nothing The personal had a lack of capacity to solve problems even when booking was trying to help us. Many other guest where claiming on the reception desk.

Wasn't terrible but, could've been better. Newly remodeled Parking on a Saturday night is not easy. Lots of hoodrats
