The staff was the keys weren’t working rooms were okay but it was not a good stay

The room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke mind you when we got to the room the door was open so that says it all

My husband and I needed a hotel near by the airport and the price was right, but the lobby was sketchy and looked like it was under construction. The room was clean and looked very modern, but no place to hang up towels and the sink was very small but new. It was worth the low price for one night.

Security was very poor. Had to walk around to the front to enter from the parking lot. Lots of 🚬 butts and trash bags at multiple entrances. Told staff of the issue and nothing was done. There was no utensils to use. Shower curtain and Rod was torn from the wall. There was a couple of outlets inoperable.

It served its function. The big thing was the beds were clean. The hotel is a little run down, but not the worst. The fridge was nice and big, and the bathroom looked like it was just redone. I would suggest changing out the snack display in the vending machine. There was orange pop that was green. The parking was good and the staff was great. The pool was closed.

No amenities just an empty pool with no water in it. The TV had a line through it down the middle so watching TV was very distracting. I woke up with graffiti on my window as I was on the first floor and the remote had tape holding the batteries in. I had to call the front desk and asked to get the remote to work for the TV as well.

This property advertises a studio complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stovetop. But unlike other Suburban Studios, this one didn’t have ANY plates, glasses, utensils, pots or pans so you couldn’t cook. I asked for those things and all they offered was styrofoam plates (that can’t go in a microwave) and a few plastic utensils. There were no dish towels, paper towels or detergent, either. The room had very little light, a non working deadbolt on the door, and duct tape all over the air conditioner. The side entrance was left unlocked for many hours, and then when it was locked the room key didn’t work to open it. Staff refused to rectify anything and said the manager wouldn’t be there until Monday (this was on Friday of a 3-night stay). The bed also was bizarrely tilted so you had to avoid one half of it. They clearly don’t care about providing sufficient amenities and a normal studio experience so I would go elsewhere.

I don’t expect much at this price point, but this was ridiculous.

No room cleaning while u staying, parking is okay staff not helpful

I won’t be returning. It’s an affordable place.

The room was clean but had no ice bucket because the ice machines were broken. The washer dryer was inoperable. It was really noisy. Our neighbors were up all night getting quite around 6am.

I like everything about the room

Ac was ok? Location to some stuff was alright Totally a catfish motel. Not even hotel quality. Left no mess and they didn't return my deposit.

Lean big room.

Room stinks. Floor dirty, not mopped. Shower curtain dirty and ripped, water would leak every time you shower. Shower head weak. Bed sheets and towels dirty and stained.

The rooms were decently clean. The pillows and covers were pretty soft. The hallways though, on every floor were dirty and not maintained at all. I did not feel safe walking through the hallways either. No sign of staff.

The walls are too thin, so you can hear people arguing. We got there at 3, but our room wasn’t ready. When we checked in, the room had a hidden fee for a security deposit that wasn’t mentioned during the booking. The WiFi didn’t work on the television. Not only that, but the pool was closed off. I have to say, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

They keep cheating me out of my deposit😤

Rooms were big and specious, clean. My biggest complaint is the cigarette smoke smell. Its supposed to be a non-smoking but it smelled very strong of smoke. Lots of people on the parking lot smoking weed.
