Nothing to like, smelled like cigarettes throughout the whole place even in the room., Everything, room was supposed to have 2 double beds, and 1 was a single on a fold out cott, just all around bad place

Had a bar No A/c leather like mattress very few amenities

The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. The place was fine it was our next door neighbors who must have thought they were at a place no one could hear them. EXTREMELY LOUD UNTIL ABOUT 4AM! And not good sounds either. Make you want to call the cops shit.

Well.. we didn’t get stabbed! Looks sketchy on the outside but rooms are comfortable. Decent place to lay your head for the night. Water pressure in shower was great!

Was never told about the excessive deposit required to stay and even the very nice staff member understood and apologized.

Great price, and clean, which is what matters most. Quiet area, polite staff. Our portable a/c unit wasn't the strongest, but we had a fan with us and it was fine. Smaller rooms compared to normal but fine for our family of 4. A/C unit wasn't the best.

I was dropping off a rental car early so I was thrilled that the Red Lotus said I could check in at noon, confirmed by Booking on my confirmation. Well, the property said they never agreed I could check in at noon. They also have a displayed notice in the lobby that all credit cards have an extra 6 percent added to the room charge. Yikes! I offered to pay cash but they still charged more than my booking reservation. Confusing!

Not an option. Odd setup. The management was nice, but the hotel is odd. My room was half the size of a normal room. There was a tiny table, no desk. The air conditioner was good. Cable, but other channels need a subscription if you have one. Square shower kept setting off smoke detector, so open bathroom window. The thin flat mattress did actually help my back. The one thing I did like was going straight from the car to the room. Just know, there are two doors for that room, the one you enter and another locked door inside your room. No one entered my room that I know of but they can at any time without anyone outside ever seeing them. It's odd as hell and if I could have gotten a refund, I would have taken it and gone. I heard mop buckets and talking from the other side of that strange door, and light came from under the door through the night. They seem to put most people in that area, so you will hear people outside your door. They also have a strange policy about people in other rooms not talking to each other or visiting rooms.

You want toilet paper that should come standard? You will have to get it from a bullet proof slide out drawer. The description and pictures make you think you’re getting a mid level motel, but it’s a by-the-hour trash spot that I wouldn’t even offer our unhoused population as a spot Travelocity needs to take their listing down. Especially for them upcharging for using credit over cash.
