Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport

Nothing really stood out that I liked There was a VERY busy parking lot with a lot of people loitering. The lot was small and cramped and didn’t feel very secure.

Bed was very comfortable Check in was a joke. I was told my card was declined. After what seemed like hours and a call to my credit card company the manager, or who I assumed was the manager, figured out that the sites card reader wasn't working properly. Embarrassing to say the least and made us late for an appointment. Also, wanted to have a nightcap on one of the nights. When I looked up the facilities at the hotel it listed a bar. By no stretch of the imagination was there a bar. It had the equivalent of a vending machine with a few different beers. Snacks to go along were small packages of chips and the bar itself was a counter with three stools facing a blank wall

Truck got broke into

Construction work at 7 am. I CHECKED RIGHT OUT OF THERE. It was a mess. Elevators never work.

Too bad that I cannot give less than 1 star. Never clean the room, service really bad, breakfast is really bad we had to sit together with other guests at the filthy room because the renovation (dust from renovation). 3x elevators not working, need to walk from 4th floor. No sign because my working colleague waited for so long from 5th floor. We stayed 12 nights with miserables. We are Hilton Fiamond members, this Hotel is not Hilton standard at all. The worst experience ever

all rooms were under construction, ate in a conference room?? breakfast ok...wanted to eat in our rooms due to limited seating but elevator was broke. the whole place was under renovation .Hot tub closed.all downstairs tore apart.our room had no telephone, coffee pot,microwave, clock, sprinkler system,smoke alarm and to top it off, elevator was broke so had 5 flights of stairs.Should have giving us a discount!!!

The room was very comfortable and large. It may or may not have been the management's issue, but payment from Booking.com wasn't going through within an hour, and the people at Booking.com were far more helpful over the phone than the hotel night manager who was face to face with me. Also, I expected a microwave with a suite.

The location is nice. It's near a lot of restaurants and stores. It's clean, it has a swimming pool, spacious room, 2 TVs and courtesy breakfast in the morning. Only that was missing in my opinion and it's not a big deal but the room doesn't have a microwave in the room. It's downstairs in the cafeteria. Most rooms I've been usually have a microwave in the actual room. Besides that everything else was awesome. No microwave in the room.

The rooms were decent however my room was missing a microwave and the sink was clogged and not draining very well. Also I ordered doordash and my food came without a fork. I figured text the hotel I was staying at had a breakfast room. I could ask the hotel clerk for a fork so I could eat my dinner. The hotel clerk was very rude and told me that my doordash order should have had a fork in it. He said that he could not help me and that a missing fork was not his problem. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel attendant or clerk.

The staff is always friendly and they have a good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport is also great and very friendly, but if arriving late or early, you need to schedule with the desk in advance.
