Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport

all rooms were under construction, ate in a conference room?? breakfast ok...wanted to eat in our rooms due to limited seating but elevator was broke. the whole place was under renovation .Hot tub closed.all downstairs tore apart.our room had no telephone, coffee pot,microwave, clock, sprinkler system,smoke alarm and to top it off, elevator was broke so had 5 flights of stairs.Should have giving us a discount!!!

When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was under renovations, which we were not aware of nor prepared for. This left some things unusable/inaccessible, as well as a little annoying due to noise/obstructions of tools/equipment, as they did work throughout the weekend. The one thing kids were looking forward to, the arcade, was no longer accessible due to renovations; which was also something that they never made aware. The room was clean, updated, and overall fine. It seemed like the AC was not efficient enough to reach the bedroom and there was not a microwave like I initially thought. Overall, the stay was okay, we didn't have any complications, just mild inconveniences. Had we known of the minor inconveniences however, we would've opted to stay at another facility instead.

Even under remodeling and construction my stay was very pleasant will definitely be booking again

The room was very comfortable and large. It may or may not have been the management's issue, but payment from Booking.com wasn't going through within an hour, and the people at Booking.com were far more helpful over the phone than the hotel night manager who was face to face with me. Also, I expected a microwave with a suite.

The location is nice. It's near a lot of restaurants and stores. It's clean, it has a swimming pool, spacious room, 2 TVs and courtesy breakfast in the morning. Only that was missing in my opinion and it's not a big deal but the room doesn't have a microwave in the room. It's downstairs in the cafeteria. Most rooms I've been usually have a microwave in the actual room. Besides that everything else was awesome. No microwave in the room.

Bad

There wasn't a microwave in the room, or a telephone to call the front desk. I had asked for an ADA equipped room There was only one grab bar at the rear of the bath. If I was holding the grab bar, I could not be under the shower spray. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Parking was stretched thin, with construction equipment taking up some spaces.

Everything was clean and a great price

Very spacious and clean room! The hotel was going through some rennovations, but still an enjoyable stay!

Everything was very nice and clean staff was very friendly and very polite and helpful.. I will definitely be back again …..

The breakfast isn't good, and the pool is out of service; they really should let people know, because you arrive expecting it to be available, only to find out it's not.

I get that construction is unavoidable but at least inform people before they book. The rest of the issues were just ridiculous.

Elevator was down for maintenance the first day, my very pregnant wife had to go up 4 flights of stairs multiple times. Staff kept saying 30min and it will be fixed but it took over 6 hours. Breakfast was not good. Pool was closed. Windows were so thin you could hear someone pass gas out in the parking lot. Definitely will not be back!

The room was a great space for us and our 2 kids but the air conditioner in the main bedroom was so incredibly loud it sounded like a jet engine every time it turned on and it scared our kids so they couldn’t sleep. We asked if someone could fix it or if we could get another room but they could only offer us something smaller and even hotter! We all slept in the living room area of the suite on the couch bed and on the floor. There was no microwave in the room to heat up milk for the baby. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer, the pool was fun. Breakfast was less than satisfactory.

The sound insulation of the room is terrible. We can hear the noise from the street all night. That's worst experience I ever had.
