No guest allowed, jacuzzi was being filled by hose, pool was cloudy and smelled strong of chemicals, one ac unit for a bedroom suite.

Beds comfortable, large rooms.

The location was great! We came from Georgia. First time home in 21 years. After being charged was informed we could not have any guests. As in no family could come by and see me and my kids . We choose this location because they had a pool for the kids to enjoy however that was not an option. The front desk man would not allow anyone from our family to come in . Yet he allowed an entire baseball team to have a party at 12midnight in the lobby. They had a party on our floor til 230am one night never said a word to them, another guest had to come out his room to yell at the people The A.C in our room sounded like a lawnmower. The room did not have a microwave or a coffee maker . We had to ask for towels and an iron. The staff were rude . They had construction going on. At one point the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th foor needless to say never never again.!!

Our room was absolutely wonderful. Staff was very very helpful. The breakfast was good. The entire hotel was very clean. Wonderful mattress. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying at it again the next time I am in Milwaukee.

They were under remodeling but staff was super friendly. Everything was clean but breakfast was ok and our bed light and all charging units did not work.

Room was clean Bed was comfy and pillows great Breakfast not so good Everything was cold ,eggs ,sausage,etc. Butter was so cold couldn’t butter toast No ice machines in the whole hotel

The rooms were decent however my room was missing a microwave and the sink was clogged and not draining very well. Also I ordered doordash and my food came without a fork. I figured text the hotel I was staying at had a breakfast room. I could ask the hotel clerk for a fork so I could eat my dinner. The hotel clerk was very rude and told me that my doordash order should have had a fork in it. He said that he could not help me and that a missing fork was not his problem. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel attendant or clerk.

The staff was very kind. Our room was so clean and comfortable! Will be staying here again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only minor mechanical issue we had was fixed right away. The hotel was clean, even tho construction was going on. The pool was warm and super nice. The hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Truly 5 stars!!

The free breakfast was ok. There should have been a toaster for the bread. And the tables needed to be cleaned after guest had been there.

I booked a regular king room but it was like a suite!! Had a separate "living" room. Clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately the hot tub was not usable. Several people in it and the foam was VERY THICK. I asked the desk clerk if someone put bubble bath in it and he said, "No that's normal." Ugghh, noooo. I've been to many hotels and NEVER seen a hot tub be foamy like that. My husband, who maintains our tub at home, and has spoken with many about tub maintenance said foam like THAT means the tub water is VERY dirty and needs to be changed. Ewww!!

Broke elevator. Dumpster overflowing so parking lot was full of flies. Rooms were clean but hallway smelled like cigarettes. Pool looked nice. Wouldn’t stay there again

Rooms were clean and just remodeled.

Nothing. Dead bolt on door didn’t function. A\C didn’t work and sounded like a car alarm. Not normal bedding. Mates cover over old mattress to try to cover it up. I didn’t stay, left after 10 min in room.

Staff was great however the temperature in the entire building was extremely warn

Upon check in, we were harassed over the amount of adults, kids & pets. When going to the pool with my kids, I was harassed again about going in there with them & they were demanding to see ID & what room I was in. When clearly I had THEIR key card. As a paying guest, I should not be harassed about using the amenities they offer & I’m also paying for.

It was just renovated- new furniture, carpet and paint etc. Quiet and peaceful. Great location near St. Luke Hospital. Stayed for medical procedure.

This was a great value. The owner or front desk employee was very kind.
