Breakfast was good. Rooms could use a little deep cleaning but overall good. Staff is very friendly

Feels so new! The remodeling is great improvement. Wish the breakfast was open later than 9, but having it complimentary was not something you see at near by locations.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room was not dark at night; a lot of light from the parking lot came in around the ill-fitted curtains and there were 4 blue and 2 red lights in the room. The mirror above the sink is very far from your face, making it difficult to put on makeup. No lid over the toilet seat yet there was a lid on the bathroom trash can. The provided, mounted shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were nothing like I've ever seen and very difficult to use, especially for someone with weak and/or arthritic hands. We had a very early flight, and although there is a 24/7 airport shuttle, the coffee/tea bar was not accessible for pre-sunrise travelers. I called the hotel prior to arrival and had a difficult time understanding the gentleman who answered the phone. Due to his accent, I asked him several times to repeat a phrase for me, at which point he became annoyed with me. I doubt he thought to himself, "Perhaps I should speak clearer English."

I went down to eat breakfast and my wife stayed in the room. While I was downstairs a worker entered our room. My wife yelled at him. Not sure if he was going to steal something or was going in to clean. Talked to them at the front desk but not sure they understood how bad this is .

Really nice, clean property, everything feels new. Perfect airport proximity. But my room did not get dark enough at night. The blackout curtains didn’t black out the perimeter of the window, letting a fair amount of light in. Then the blinking light over the bed in the smoke detector, along with something on the wall near the door blinking little white lights all night was annoying. Breakfast was average, no eggs, no real dairy for coffee creamer. Lots of options for granola, oatmeal and cereal.

Everything almost new.

Good, clean, quiet(granted we stayed on a Sunday night) hotel. It is a no frills hotel. It was renovated about 2 years ago and still looks pretty new. It does have an airport shuttle which is helpful. Really good option if you need a one night stay close to the airport.

Breakfast is only until 9:00 AM, recomended extended hours

Staff person at the desk was not friendly at all.

Nothing staff was terrible! Had a reservation changed it within 24 hours booking.com said all was good we arrived at about midnight into Milwaukee and get to the hotel and they say they don't see a reservation, and then booking.com went back and forth with the hotel finally got a room card got to bed about 1:30 or 2:00 a.m. and got up at 7:00 a.m. to get coffee got back to the room got a call from the front desk to come up so I said okay and he said your reservation was for a week before that and it was a no-show and said if we wanted to stay we had to pay or get out! The rudest I've ever dealt with before.

Very good renovation

Our TV didn't work properly (hardly any sound) Ahmad came to our room with 2 other remotes, but couldn't fix the problem. The fact that he 2 remotes in his hand leads me to believe that this was not the first time with such a problem. I do expect some kind of compensation/credit for this inconvenience. Other than that it was ok.

Updated rooms are nice. Tub is slippery.

This was the nicest airport shuttle I have ever been on. The front desk you man was so helpful getting me a breakfast before it was normally served. This will be my go to stay before flights!

Everything was clean, quick check in, very comfortable

Property was very nice but the breakfast was minimal

I didn’t like the bathroom structure and the hot water was not working in the morning.
