Clean property. Very well kept up. Pride if ownership at this place. Very close to airport but not to downtown.
-
More breakfast options please

A surprisingly good, inexpensive hotel by the airport. Conveniently located and very helpful staff. Not a vacation resort but a comfortable bed near the airport. Helpful staff made the overnight staff.

Was a nice stay for cost and gentleman at checkin friendly and fast

Pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness overall. It’s a lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.

Staff were amazing. Small bar on the property. Great for a night cap.

It was close to the Amtrak station. The staff (particularly the man with glasses at the front desk and the shuttle driver) were not very pleasant or friendly. I've stayed at many hotels in my 20+ years of traveling, and this is the FIRST HOTEL to have staff come off as standoffish. It felt as if my mother and I were a bother to them whenever we asked about when the shuttle would be available for pickup (coming and leaving). Staff seemed to be bothered when asked to watch our luggage (especially upon arrival on our first day because although we arrived around 4 pm, our room was NOT ready) while we go get something to eat since housekeepers were still cleaning on the second floor. Instead of being a grouch, management needs to hire more staff and offer customer service training to ALL employees.

The Mexican restaurant next to the hotel was EXCELLENT. The walls seemed pretty sound proof as we did not hear much hallway noise or airport noise. The staff were rude. No one even greeted us when we checked in. The staff were speaking another language to each other as we checked in and they seemed pre-occupied. There was human hair all over the top of the comforter and pet hair on the sheets. The floor under the sink looked like it had not ever been swept. Several attempts had to be made each time we unlocked the door. While we were gone during the day, all of our keys became deactivated. No information about the possibility of keys becoming deactivated was provided during check-in. No information about breakfast was provided at check-in. Once we figured out that it was a continental breakfast (which was not listed on the website), we had to make other arrangements for our dietary needs. Breakfast was all packed up at 8:45 on our second morning.

It was affordable and the location worked for what I needed The rooms weren’t clean for our 3pm check in, once we did get in we found the bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned, the carpet was stained and sticky in spots, the tissue box was empty. It said breakfast included but when we left at 9am there was nothing out, it was a Sunday so maybe it’s different but we weren’t told anything.
-
Noisy air con, breakfast lacked options, room was missing some appliances.
-
Breakfast is very basic. Expected more elaborated.

Great place to stay!

This was an excellent airport hotel. It was super clean, appeared to be freshly remodeled, the staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help out. For example, when I needed to head back to the airport to catch a flight, I'd signed up for a shuttle at 7:30am, but showed up to the desk closer to 7:10am. I just got around and ready earlier than I thought I would, and the front counter agent jumped right up and went and got the shuttle driver right then. I insisted I could wait, but they wouldn't have it. I was ready and so were they. Just a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
