Location Horrible customer service. Apparently, even when you're the only person in the lobby you need to order from the bar. The two behind the desk will not speak or let you know. In fact, after I walked to the bar....and paid for my drink and order. The staff....left the building for an airport pickup before fixing my drink....

Great sized room and very clean. The breakfast was way better than the one at the other hotel we've stayed at close-by. We liked that there was a small bar attached as well. This is very close to the airport (which you could see from our room) --- would definitely stay again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 stars if I could! One of our BEST hotel stays on our two-month road trip! We stayed at Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport, just minutes from MKE, and this was easily one of our favorite hotel stays of our entire two-month road trip. First, the breakfast was fantastic. It was honestly the second-best hotel breakfast we’ve had during this entire trip, and after staying in so many hotels, that says a lot! Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:30 a.m. and had a really nice variety. There were waffles, oatmeal with toppings, fruit, breads and bagels, juices, coffee, tea, and plenty of other choices. I especially loved being able to make oatmeal with berries and almonds. We had a two-queen room, and it was MUCH larger than I expected. In addition to the two beds, there was a separate sitting area with a large L-shaped sectional sofa that pulls out into another bed, a desk/work area, a large closet, refrigerator, TV, and plenty of room to spread out. This would be a great setup for a family. The room is a little dated in places, but it was clean, smelled fresh, and was comfortable. I will take clean and comfortable over brand-new décor any day! The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, which is something you really appreciate after being on the road for weeks. One thing travelers should know is that there was no microwave in our room. There is a shared microwave downstairs near the breakfast area. I used it to reheat my meal, and it was clean and worked perfectly fine. The hotel also has a swimming pool, fitness room, small bar area, and airport transportation. The location is extremely convenient if you are flying in or out of Milwaukee. Another big plus for us was the price. We felt like we got a lot of space and amenities for what we paid, and most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable here. After nearly two months of traveling and staying in hotel after hotel, this one really stood out. It needs updated features like get rid of wall paper in bathroom - the tv hook ups are from many older years - but if you want a great breakfast and be close to airport stay here!

The hotel was fine … it’s just dated. Old vanity in the bathroom and the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. Housekeeping never came during the two days there. Overall rating of “Meh.”

Very clean and nice

Breakfast was very good. Just needed some turkey sausage options. Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the Airport and Amtrak station

Great job.

The configuration was great with a sitting room aside from the beds-and the tv could be seen from both locations. The luggage carts were great for our luggage.

Overall room was clean close to my location parking was free The only flaw was my toilet didn't flush

Everything about it was amazing, could see the airport from the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful with airport shuttle at 5:00 a.m.!

Loaction Mold in my bathroom and the lack of management not helping people and get a solution

The staff is amazing and the location was super convenient.

Very clean rooms with lots of space. Breakfast was good. Pool was good temp for kids.

They can really use help with free breakfast, add bacon station for omelets use real eggs instead of powder eggs that taste terrible. More option of toast add bagels and muffins.
