Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport

I was charged $178 for one night. I realize this is very subjective, but I feel the charge should've been around $120 to $140 due to the fact the rooms showed their age. The guests while I was there seemed to be mostly to be middle to lower income guests rather than business men and women. Which leads me to question the nightly rates. Overall, a safe and clean environment, and conveniently located right next to the airport and car rental place.

We were in and out in about 6 hours but room was clean. Hotel was quiet and room was large. Very close to airport.

While in Milwaukee We have stayed

It was a really comfortable stay and the staff were terrific.

It’s an older hotel with some newer upgrades. “Lipstick on a pig” It works but don’t expect anything fancy. The beds are aged and not great, and curtains wouldn’t close all the way. The breakfast is your typical free breakfast with powder eggs.

our room smelled like mildew and our toilet had plumbing issues. we were too tired from travel to request a new room but wish we had. very convenient location for airport, but would never stay here again.

There was a nice variety of breakfast options. We did not use the shuttle. The reason for four instead of five stars for the staff was that they didn’t service our room during the three nights we were here. They did provide towels and coffee when requested. It was still a very comfortable stay for us.

The pet fee was a non refundable $100. The room will supposedly be deep cleaned and fumigated because of the pet. But the room we got was pretty dirty and did not look like it was deep cleaned before we occupied it. The fee of $100 is unlike anything I have paid in more premium hotels, but the room we were given was no lt clean to any normal standards.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The air conditioning was completely broken, turning the room into an unlivable sauna. When I immediately complained to the front desk, they flatly refused to refund me. The conditions were so unbearable that I had no other choice but to check out just 30 minutes after arriving.
