Clean, good amenities, helpful staff.

Located in a industry area so not much nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is great for family travel.

I like the parking, the hotel always smells nice, the lobby is welcoming. The only negative is that the room I stayed in was getting worn looking- stains on the carpets, worn furniture, and loud AC unit.

The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just in the hot tub for about 10 minutes. It needs some venting please. Otherwise a lovely hotel and Staff and rooms were great.

The A/C did not get cool. It wasnt unbearable, but when 95 degrees outside I wanted a cool room.

0 sleep. When informed the next morning we received a feeble, "sorry"

If there were microwaves in the room that would be awesome

I reserved 2 rooms we weren't near one another. The pool was also on this floor. I wasn't impressed. The two men that work there were rude I feel we deserve to have $$ taken off our bill.

Problems with the room and I was going to let the staff know when I checked out. I waited a few minutes at an empty counter then someone came out. Told her I'm checking out and the reply was "yeah" as I gave her the keys. Obviously I was wasting her time being there so I just left. I've stayed here many times for many weeks and I think I'll look somewhere else.

Great location with free parking, very clean rooms, and excellent service at the front desk.

Great location, very clean rooms and facilities. Great restaurant attached. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids.
