I enjoyed the TSA connection to the airport. This was very convenient and stress reducing. The room was very nice and quiet. I got some delicious walleye fingers at the bar.

In a situation like this it is always best to be kind. This property was not and I will never stay there. This is the perfect example of how not to treat a customer.

Rooms are clean. Very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was good. Most staff were not very friendly. You would dread to ask for anything extra. Their patience ran out. One lady who served us on the morning of the 31st, young lady was pleasant. Which was a breath of fresh air. But she told us she was not our server, but helping her colleague. The man who served us dinner on the 29th was grumpy. We ordered half chicken and received chicken miso skewers. When we mentioned it. He was not happy. We ended up just eating it. The next night we ate out. But overrally its a pleasant hotel, reception people at the desk were very nice. I will definitely go back and eat out if those impatient servers are on duty.

The bedding was super comfortable. The windows held back airplane noise. Clean, bright, spacious room with floor to ceiling windows, large bathroom. Pub had good casual food and friendly staff. Check in was swift. The airport shuttle driver was quick with the bags and very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Only downside: No free breakfast.

Get a room with runway view! It was so fun to watch planes come in and out.

I love that I could drop my rental car off at the airport and walk right back to my hotel. No fuss no shuttle. it was awesome. And a great pub meal to boot.

Room was beautiful modern decor. Wonderful bathroom/ shower. Best towels we've ever had, they are huge & luxury fabric! Little noisy next to the airport before midnight. But not bad. So convenient!!! TSA through hotel, fantastic service! Highly recommend booking through Expedia, best rates!

First rate hotel!

There is a direct TSA entrance into MSP airport, right on the third floor of the hotel. This is highly unusual and very convenient for early morning flights.

The staff the morning of July 19 were the most competent and kind. My husband had a fall and we were in loving and caring hands.

Clean, modern and well kept room. Walking bridge into hotel only of not checking a bag.

For example, the room clock was not set to the correct time and it could not be reset by the room occupants. This was a lack of room preparation by the staff. There was no free drinking water, while hotels nearby provide up to two water bottles per day. There were no amenities to speak of except standard body soap, shampoo bottles and hair linse. No cups in the vanity in the bathroom to rinse mouth with. The cups provided for drinks near the refrigerator were a couple of plastic and paper cups, hardly an accommodation charging several times the price of other hotels nearby. Room service choices and taste were mediocre. Selection of taxi services should be reviewed as the driver called by the front staff claimed his meter was faulty and insisted on receiving cash only without a receipt which made me suspect a fraud. My overall experience was that the hotel doesn’t deserve the high rating as it is a mediocre place charging higher rates.

Seemed a bit overhyped from what I expected for the price
