InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport by IHG

Very nice hotel, but there is only one way to access the hotel directly from MSP, If you exit security at the wrong spot, you will need to take a cab the 1 block to the hotel because there is no good way to walk. Call the hotel BEFORE you exit security to find the way access the hotel on foot.

Fantastic property. Great amenities, love the airport proximity, and shuttle service spot on.

Always clean and convenient with shuttle to the airport entrance. Entrance direct into the airport for carry on customers. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. Starbucks in lobby.

The food could have been better for the price, but everything else was good!

do not stay here if you require sleep. Our tweaker neighbor was singing, shouting, and playing music all hours. I called hotel staff twice. They showed up once. It never fixed the issue. At 2:00am, said neighbor starting bouncing his workout balls on the floor so we maybe got a 20 min nap in. I've tried desperately to resolve the issue but there's not a single person at this hotel willing or able to help you. The shuttle was awful, don't bring a tip. He threw our bags on the floors before loading. Then never unloaded them. I get complaining about both is a choice, but just beware; either do it ALL yourselt or just trust in god. We paid $600 for one night. $200 on food and drink, and tipped. They haven't called me back, emailed me back, or really do anything that would classify as customer service, friendliness, or care. Truly a terribly place. We stayed here because we have a young one who is in a car seat so we thought we'd treat ourselves, enjoy the food (pretty bland, very dry, mostly tasteless) and relax. None of those things happened. They've offered no credit, refund, or points. Just silence.

We had a short one night stay because of a canceled flight. Hotel was easy to find and attached to hotel. It was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Best part is that the hotel offers a TSA check in that’s separate from the main entrance making it easy for guest to get through that process. It was perfect.

Convenience to airport. Free airport shuttle. Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Nothing

The was a small but manageable issue with the shuttle. Plenty of space but unfortunately elderly lady placed herself in difficult position leaving the shuttle departing with 6 less passengers and 8 of us still waiting up to 20 minutes more. Over all good night sleeping space.

The room was spotless, the beds are comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was wonderful. My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. I still have 5 stars because it is deserved.

Everything it’s one of my favorites to stay.

I do love the MSP Intercontinental. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and quiet, and the staff is great. I do have one huge nitpick, and that is the extremely bright blue nightlight in the bathroom that you can’t shut off. You’d think you can just close the door, which you can, but you’ll be thwarted because the door is glass. It is exceptionally bright, and blue light is awful for sleep to begin with. Other than that, a perfect experience!

Very clean and comfortble room. I had the best beef dip sandwich that I have EVER had downstairs at the bar. Nice and convenient. Worth the extra money to be located INSIDE the airport. Great for a 6 am flight!
