Great location, clean and very friendly staff.

Overall great stay

The staff were very friendly from the moment we got there, until we checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, which I do enjoy. They have a bar down in the lobby and a lot of lounge space. I did feel like the hotel was a bit outdated, but overall it wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean. My only negative review was having to pay for parking. Im already paying for the room, why do I still have to pay for parking, which is per day. A bit ridiculous in my opinion, they didn't even have a security car driving around and it’s not like it was a fancy parking garage. We had to drive around a couple of times during a Saturday because we couldn’t find parking, I should be guaranteed a space since im paying for it

Great location. Awesome staff. Jerome is awesome. He asked what my granddaughter’s names were when we checked in and greeted them like they were royalty when we would come back! Parking if arriving late

Front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast is the same daily, pool is small and the gym is average.

My fault for not paying closer attention, parking is not free and is a nightmare if you get back to the hotel any time after 6pm. We stayed on a long weekend, the first night we wouldn't use the pool as there was like 30 kids in it, and I feel my pool in my backyard is bigger. Bring your own pillow. The pillows were awful. We asked for extra, they said someone would bring them at 11pm.... no one brought any extra pillows, then my husband realized it was shift change and whoever it was, was passing the buck. At check out the lasy was pretty visibly annoyed with me when I asked for a statement of stay to cross the border on the way home as they dont deal with phones to show them where we stayed. Breakfast was decent. It was a nice hotel and clean. But I wouldnt book again.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the room too. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The normal fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt bar, eggs, sausage juice. Checked in late so didn't get to use other amenities.

The hotel as a whole is clean and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which is why we chose this hotel. We will book again.
