Great staff, but would be nice to have some close places to find dinner- was there for the airport and on weekends don’t serve breakfast until after 7.

Everything was amazing

I don't like that I had to pay to park my car as a guest of the hotel. If I were parking and then flying I would understand a charge. I would rather have paid more for the room up front the have an additional fee. Also, my room did not have housekeeping over night. I had an issue with both the TV and the safe that were fix on the second day of my stay. Finally the check person was rude and as a Marriot member I had to ask for the amenities like water and such at check-in.

Will not stay here again due to overbooking

Clean rooms and friendly staffs. Breakfast was ok. The room that we were in had no bathroom exhaust which was a little inconvenient, but overall it was good.

Not very good lighting in the room. Nice to have a fridge but ours wasn’t working. Suggestion to have Mall of America or Minneapolis brochures so we can see what is offered out there. Plus, a map to where to park would be helpful. Signs that say no hotel parking but that is where the overflow parking is made me question if I could park there the entire night.

Room was clean and breakfast was fine overall but AC fan was noisy, bed was soft, and amenities were ok. Pool was much smaller than expected. Staff were kind and helpful. Nearness to airport and Mall of America was a big benefit. Plane noise was surprisingly not bothersome.

Awesome gym. Very clean rooms. Nice pool area. Great location. The only issue was they understaffed their breakfast area for a holiday weekend and had it set up in far too small of an area for the number of guests it serves.

Room was amazing and well kept. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating.

Perfect two room suite for us as we flew out of MN for vacation. Shuttle was easy to hook for our flight and 24/7. Car parking was just down the street

Good location. Room was nice. Waited a while to get checked in, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Needs attention Bathroom door knob needs to be replaced, wouldn’t lock from inside bathroom. Thermostat needs to be replaced! Cooling system not consistent maybe because the thermostat doesn’t work properly.

The hotel had a good breakfast with plenty of variety. We had to move the sofa in order for the bed to open all the way without hitting the tv. Booked the hotel for a walk to Disney. Would recommend walking to the Disney monorail at Downtown Disney instead of taking the tram at the Mickey & Friends lot.

We stayed there before a medical appointment and it was quiet and relaxing, just what was needed before a stressful day.

Shuttle service was fantastic. Courteous drivers made our stay a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a shuttle to and or from the airport. Check in was fast, room was comfortable and every single person we interacted with was polite, professional and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. They represented the company very well.

Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel).
