TownePlace Suites Minneapolis near Mall of America

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff! The bathrooms are too small, though. The downsides….having to pay for parking, and their breakfast is terrible. Super small food selection, soaking wet eggs, and not much else. The sausage offered one day was horrible. The space to get your food is ridiculously small. With so many other hotel options, I’m surprised that it’s like this. I expected more for the price paid.

Booked the room last minute due to technical difficulties at a neighboring hotel. Clean facility, friendly staff and easy access to the mall.

TheMarketPlace sandwiches are very much overpriced.

Very nice and clean hotel. Only downfall was the beds they wasn’t very comfortable, pretty hard.

When you’re traveling and booking out your comfort zone you worry about are the pictures truly what it looks like. Well I can say this hotel is actually what the pictures look like plus some. It was in a great location. Yes you hear the planes but it wasn’t that loud in the room, you kind got use to it. If we ever go back to Minnesota we will definitely be booking here.

Close to mall and light rail

We really enjoyed the hotel and it met the high standards of Marriott hotels. Our only disappointment was the mediocre breakfast. We’ve come to expect better for Marriott hotels. Otherwise the staff and service was wonderful.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and timely. Any request for extra towels and we had them within 10 min. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was the perfect amount of space for both parties. The kitchen was a great addition as well as the full size tables and chairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facility was conveniently located right next to the airport, the Mall of America and the Metro Transit station which came in clutch for the Twins game. Could not have asked for a better stay!
