Good breakfast. Many amenities in room. Perfect location. Room a bit small.

Family of 3. When we arrived, we got our keys to our room. When we got into our room, we got 2 queen beds, which I originally booked for a king bed, since we had a toddler. I went to the front desk and questioned them why I got 2 queen beds, they said they have overbooked and the price for king bed is less than 2 queen beds, which I checked, it is true. So I said ok and went back to our room, no complaints there. We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. Breakfast was freshly made, bacon tasted like plastic though, it was so thin. Sausage, eggs, waffle, French toast was good. My husband loved the waffles. The swimming pool was nice, towels was filled to the top, easily grab them. Gym was clean. Parking lot was clean. In the morning, around 8-9am, we saw housekeepers cleaning rooms already, and vacuuming the halls, so that was nice. Our room had all the kitchen stuff we needed, like utensils, bowls, plates, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cutting boards, dish soap, dish scrubber, etc. Bathroom was clean too, had towels for all of us and a bathroom closet with laundry basket. That was nice to hang our wet swimming suits. Mall of America was next to this hotel, so you could easily walk there. It was a nice place. I would book again in the future.

I liked everything about this property.Room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. So far the best hotel we had. In the future planning to book this hotel for our Stay again.

Location, quick and easy to find from the interstate, some hotels along this area are like running through a maze. Nothing

The room was a decent size and clean. The price for the location wasn’t horrible. Loved the kitchen options. Didn’t like that the bed was a little uncomfortable and that we could hear/feel all the banging and noise from other people staying. The breakfast area set up was kind of chaotic there wasn’t really a good flow for how everyone could get their food.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in while staying in Bloomington mn this will be my go to hotel from the staff to the housekeeping to everything excellent hotel if you have the money do book this one you’ll won’t reget it

Friendliness, the breakfast, and cleanliness

Airplane noise is pretty aggressive. So if that will matter to you don't stay here. Beds comfortable. Breakfast good

We were upgraded to a one bedroom and it worked great for our one week stay. Breakfast was very good and parking was easy. The value for the dollar was excellent.
