Nice clean property and rooms

The biggest reason I chose this hotel was the 24-hour airport shuttle. So many other airport hotels only run their shuttles during certain hours, so having transportation available no matter what time our flight was made things so much less stressful. My only complaint is that the outside of the hotel could use some attention. There were quite a few weeds and things looked a little dirty, so it didn’t make the best first impression. Thankfully, once we walked inside, it was a completely different story. The interior was clean and well cared for. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, especially for an early flight.

My flight was delayed by several hours because of weather thankfully I was able to book a hotel online via the airplane Wi-Fi. I chose this hotel because of the recent ratings and was very pleased that I did. I would definitely book it for future visits. The staff was friendly. They provide shuttle service throughout the night. It’s not far from the airport. The amenities are perfect for a business traveler, as well as someone on a vacation.

This hotel was perfect for my overnight needs. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was amazing. It was also walking distance to the Mall of America. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The shuttle was not always available had to wait 35 minutes most times, there need to be multiple drivers especially during the daytime. Breakfast should be included in the night stay, especially since the employees eat off the bar while the guests are paying $11 plus tax and tip each morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something. One of the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond for my daughter when she spilled her drink. She was so kind and lovely about it! The pool area was clean and is a good option for children because the deep end is only 5 feet deep. I noted that there were clumps of long hair in the pool, likely from people not having their hair tied back when using the pool. This isn’t a requirement, but most people should know to tie their hair back you would think. It was gross honestly to be swimming with bunches on hair floating around. Our kids liked the breakfast buffet (not included). The coffee was pretty good too. Because the hotel is close to the airport you can hear planes regularly, but this would be the case at any of the nearby hotels as well. We would stay here again!

We had a bug in our bed. Had to move rooms. I had to stay up all night wash all my clothes. I jad to leave a day early and still got charged for the room.

It would be helpful if the front desk had a cheat sheet of amenities, especially more info on the breakfast buffet. Overall, great stay and would book here again if able to get the same competitive rate.

Quieter location (minus airplanes) -modern and newer hotel which we like. Breakfast cost $11 person for typical hotel breakfast-it was ok, not great. Location, price, and newer hotel worked for us.
