This hotel was clean, the staff is friendly amd best of all the best is comfortable. The only issue is the shower doesn't close and the water take longer to get warm.

15 minute walk to the very entertaing Mall of America.

Probably the best room I've ever had in a hotel for the price. Can not beat it. Raddison who? JW Marriott what? Give me Cambria all day every day. Wish there were more around the world.
-
Overall the hotel was nice and comfortable We were there from Thursday until Sunday and the room was never cleaned. On Saturday morning we specifically asked for service and manager assured us that the room would be cleaned. Once again it was not. This was the biggest negative of the weekend

Perfect location for MOA. Lots of construction going on that messes up traffic but location is good under normal conditions.!Easy access to Airport

Hotel is convenient. Clean, breakfast is great, staff are warm and friendly
-
Room was spacious, breakfast was good and the bar is nice
-
Proximity to Mall and Food Water pressure in the hotel was extremely low

The second item (that would make us not stay there again, unless changed) were the showers in the rooms. In order to turn them on, you had to walk past a non-movable glass wall which puts you square in front of the shower head when you need to turn it on. No matter what, you will get wet all over, even if you do not want your hair wet. It is a very bad set up. You should be able to access the on/off handle for the water without getting soaked or freezing out because the first water that comes out is super cold. They really need to change the access to the on/off handle in the shower for us to stay there again.
