Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis

The bed was hard and we didn’t have hot water for our showers. Very unimpressed.

The location of the hotel to both the airport and Mall of America was perfect for my purposes. Gym facilities were also very good.

*Shuttle service is excellent.*

Everything I expect from a hotel at this price point. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. This is becoming my go-to hotel in this area. Only complaint is that parking should be included in the room rate.

Great place to stay! Near the Mall of America and a small car ride to the outlets. Metro was out of service during our stay, but would be very handy during football season. Love the staff, and the hotel in general. Food is also very good and decently priced.

Great hotel, but the beds and pillows need a major upgrade. One night and I had bad back and neck pain. They also answer the phone over helping guests in the lobby first which I thought was quite unprofessional.

The room/bathroom was clean, the restaurant has delicious food, the shuttle for the airport left every 30 minutes. Truly was awesome!

The room was clean and there was nice scent in the air throughout the hotel! The Hyatt Regency is far better than the Hyatt just down the road. Although the Hyatt Regency had a girl at the front desk that didn’t have a good grasp of the English language so it was difficult getting answers to my questions.

Our room was really clean! It had plenty of space, too. The staff here are so friendly, and we really enjoyed the bar—we had a late-night drink and a dessert!

We booked with a cancellable reservation because we are elderly, we had to leave a day early. When I asked about a refund for the last night, I was told at the front desk that I would have to contact Expedia regarding that. Which I did, when Expedia contacted the hotel they lied and said I had called them and I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund, this is a bald-faced lie. I chose a Hyatt because I expected something exceptional, it was not. You couldn't even get clean towels. The front desk staff were not friendly at all. I was told I would get a call today from the accounting department regarding a refund, which was another lie.

The restaurant food is not good and the wait times are crazy We had breakfast and dinner and nothing was good

Overall a good place to stay. 1st issue is that they never brought back full time cleaning of the rooms. Not even an every other day clean. 2nd the way they handle parking. Using a third party and charging an out of touch fee is very cheesy for the brand. Having to use an app to park, ruins my overall experience with the brand.

Staff was absolutely lovely. The only problem was that we waited hours to get into the room. Apparently other regular rooms were ready but we had booked a suite. We had been traveling since 5 am. Hanging out for hours in the lobby wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t horrible. The room wasn’t ready until close to 5pm. But the room itself and the experience overall was fine. The guys working in the restaurant were especially pleasant and welcoming. Very nice people. It’s conveniently located to airport and parking is easy.

The cost cutting is not helpful like you need a toothbrush you need to go the the front desk and ask In the past these are available in room so you don’t need to go up and down for everything

Basically had a great stay but the property charges $18 per day for parking which they never used too so downgrading slightly

The Hotel is very nice and clean. My only complaint was no daily housekeeping unless requested and I requested housekeeping at the front desk and my room was never cleaned. Also, the front desk staff was very rude.
