All this despite talking to a Hotel Staff Member, and being told we should receive a full refund. This is NOT how you run a business.

We stayed one night and enjoyed the location and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. There is a nice bar and restaurant for breakfast near the lobby and a huge open space in front of the hotel for kids or even pets to run around. The lobby was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. I stayed in a suite and was impressed with the size, modern furniture and cleanliness. The restaurant served made to order breakfast so good, we ate there every day. Other things I loved were the service by the team, the free shuttle and the distance to the metro, great location! We loved it! Thank you!

Very easy to get to the airport, and the hotel shuttle is excellent. I have stayed at this property 3x now. My daughter plays for the Minnesota Vixen’s and this property is close To their home field at Hamline University. I will choose this property for all home games.

Clean, convenient to MSP, free shuttle, and offers great room rates. Always my first choice if I have to stay overnight at the airport.

Beautiful modern somewhat newer property in a lovely area. Perfect for catching public transportation on their railway close to everything doesn’t feel like an airport hotel, but you are very close to the airport a modern little grocery store across the grassy area, and an excellent coffee spot as well. Easy parking, easy in and out of the hotel not a big effort to get in and out of there. It was a wonderful overall experience and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint would be grabbing a cup of coffee is not easy especially in the morning for breakfast. You get shuffled into a long line of people ordering breakfast at the same time. The coffee set up is so so.

Room was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great and convenient to Mall of America and airport.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was overall not bad.

Check in was good. Front desk person was very nice. Room we heard lots of banging sounded like construction til about 8:30pm. Had water backup into our bathtub. Someone came and fixed it quickly. Ordered food at the restaurant they gave us dirty plates. Staff were all very nice. The lobby smelled very good.

Loved rhe nice little light up area. Looked safe and clean. I did not like the fact that you charge for parking. I found that to be ridiculous seeing how I am staying there. I have no choice but yo pay, where else we're we going to park. I thought I read complementary breakfast and no breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a great restaurant, bar and coffee area! Ideal location.

The room was nice and comforable. No microwave in the room and front didn’t informed me when I checked in that it was in all the even floors. Would have like to know that up front. Also, couldn’t know how to stream on the tv.
