Rooms are good but no breakfast included

Front desk was not very friendly. Did not make a great impression. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Shower was nice and enjoyed the breakfast.

Bed, okay; pillows, AWFUL! Curtain could not close completely so we had streetlights streaming in at night which is not optimal for a good night's sleep. They don't provide coffee in the lobby. We stayed here to "save" compared to the usual place, but at check-in were told that parking was going to cost $18/night! I have never in my long life EVER had to pay for parking. EVER! So this place, for me, doesn't have enough good to outweigh the MEH.

Not their fault, I assume. But they didn't have our reservation with Expedia. Luckily they were able to pull it up but my heart skipped a beat

We normally stay in the standard room.We stayed in the executive suite for the first time and we were so pleased as usual.

Explain clearly somewhere that your parking situation involves paying $20 a night thru a 3rd party site. Hotel was nice, getting there a little painful due to road construction all around. In room phone awkward old cordless phone and did not work in my room. Cheaper options with no parking fees nearby.

Missed my flight and I got stuck in Minneapolis for a day. Looked at this place and saw there would be a free airport shuttle to this hotel, so I decided to just get a room for a night since the price wasn't bad. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room I received, especially for the price. I'll be staying here again if I revisit Minneapolis.

Very nice hotel . Spacious lobby and rooms. Super friendly staff. Having the hotel bar/restaurant open until 1 am is very convenient. Pretty good gym. Breakfast is a little slow, even the grab and go but there is a nice coffeeshop within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
