I really appreciated the early morning airport shuttle and the pool for my grandson
-
Room was outdated but clean. Sofa bathtub, and fridge, looked old. AC outdated but worked well. Complementary wash liquids were good. The wow factor about this place was the second floor lounge for us, and the pool. No breakfast complementary; it was about $18 for a buffet. Shuttle to airport was fine. Female checkin staff member was great. Male checkout staff member was short spoken.

The room that I booked offered a "deep soaking tub" which was something I was looking for. Got into the room- it smelled funny, not like a clean smell either. Unfortunately when I went into the bathroom I was disappointed by a normal sized tub, nothing like a deep soaking tub. When taking a shower the water also did not drain either. Just a disappointing stay.

I love it. The staff was very kind and helpfull
-
Nice hotel, very clean AND quiet. The parking is cumbersome due to the garage being under construction (not the hotels fault) and the link blue line was down (again not the hotels fault) but be sure to check these schedules out if they will affect you. Not a lot of food choices super close by, but the city is very walkable

Parking ramp is under maintenance and pretty inconvenient. Bed linens could use an upgrade.
-
Great connection with historical aviation. Really nice facility with excellent rooms. Excellent applied security. Helpful, efficient staff. Spacious lounge and numerous business rooms and carrels. Nice restaurant and great shuttle service to MSP.
-
Clean room, good staff, good breakfast.

To expensive for 1 night

Great one night stay if your flying out of MSP

Hotel was overpriced for what was offered. Lots of construction around the property. Elevators were slow and malfunctioning. Parking was a nightmare because of the construction and they still charged for it. Initial booking said breakfast was included but then changed at checkout that it needed to be added for an additional cost. No bugs noticed and the room was clean enough. Very close to the airport so between that and the construction not a good choice for light sleepers. Nothing horrible, but nothing awesome. Overpriced for a run of the mill hotel room.

Lobby, room, dining room, pool all good. What was not was the parking garage. Part of it under construction. Made it very difficult to get from there to the hotel lobby and back.
-
The parking was terrible, we will never stay again and won’t recommend to our friends

I didn’t sleep more than an hour, trying to breathe through my t shirt. Disgusting experience. The worst part was the GM Brian was not very hospitable when I told him of our concerns. He told us we should have complained sooner but we checked in at 12:40am because the shuttle took so long and when I called at 2:30 am to let them know, Marie was nice but could only offer a king room for four people. To cap it off, when we showered, there were only 3 towels. Not to mention numerous broken items in the room and a name tag on the floor that said “move to room 326” which means they couldn’t have done a very thorough job or vacuuming before our stay either. Not surprised.
-
Everyone was very helpful. Parking was confusing because of the remodel. We did find a couple empty beer bottles behind the drapes.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a disaster because of renovations going on to the ramp they use.
-
Convenient location
-
I had no problem with my room
-
Was ok, only bothered me to much noises the people from the next door until 2:00 am.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. It was not in service with no mention of it at check in. Got all ready to go to find out once down there that it was not in service. The lady at the front desk during check in was also oblivious to me standing there waiting to check in.
