Crowne Plaza Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America by IHG

Lobby, room, dining room, pool all good. What was not was the parking garage. Part of it under construction. Made it very difficult to get from there to the hotel lobby and back.

The parking was terrible, we will never stay again and won’t recommend to our friends

I didn’t sleep more than an hour, trying to breathe through my t shirt. Disgusting experience. The worst part was the GM Brian was not very hospitable when I told him of our concerns. He told us we should have complained sooner but we checked in at 12:40am because the shuttle took so long and when I called at 2:30 am to let them know, Marie was nice but could only offer a king room for four people. To cap it off, when we showered, there were only 3 towels. Not to mention numerous broken items in the room and a name tag on the floor that said “move to room 326” which means they couldn’t have done a very thorough job or vacuuming before our stay either. Not surprised.

The room was serviced with towels daily, which is a bonus. The airconditioner is very noisy. There is no undercover area outside to smoke in, it was raining a few times and no cover, there should be a small safe in the room for valuables. parking in the high rise parking was an absolute annoying, not enough signage to get back to the hotel easily, the first night we walked around the block with suitcases, all in all , it was a much nicer place to stay than the Comfort inn next to the Mall of America.

Everyone was very helpful. Parking was confusing because of the remodel. We did find a couple empty beer bottles behind the drapes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a disaster because of renovations going on to the ramp they use.

I had no problem with my room

Was ok, only bothered me to much noises the people from the next door until 2:00 am.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. It was not in service with no mention of it at check in. Got all ready to go to find out once down there that it was not in service. The lady at the front desk during check in was also oblivious to me standing there waiting to check in.

I’m hoping I just stayed here at the wrong time. The parking garage was being worked on, so I had to park on the lower levels are walk up four flights of stairs. Two of the elevators were not working and the other two had major issues. The rooms were very muggy and the a/c was leaking on the carpet. Overall, I would give this property a low score but am willing to give it another shot on my next trip.

We stayed the night before we flew out of MSP. Very quiet, very secure, staff super friendly and helpful! The shuttle driver was so great too, helping my elderly mom in and out of the shuttle and just being super sweet.

Clean and nice

The room was comfortable and clean and the price was good I took a cold shower in the morning. Parking lot is under construction which made it hard to access and confusing to get back to the hotel from there.

Cleanliness can use improvement

Beautiful aesthetic. Did not access bar or breakfast, but bar options looked good. Parking garage was under construction which made parking difficult, and signs were inaccurate causing more confusion.
