Great service! Loved the experience!

Room was clean,good location for what we were visiting. Breakfast was extra and was marginal compared to most included breakfasts. POOL WAS ICE COLD, COLDER THAN SWIMMING IN A LAKE HERE IN THE NORTH AND SPA TUB HAD HARDLY ANY BUBBLES. We stayed here many times when it was a Holiday Inn and it was so much better. Was expensive for what you got. Parking ramp was being worked on and a fair walk to hotel, you could also go through another property from the ramp to get to hotel.

The hallways, elevators and common space are dirty. It looks like a hotel they forgot to keep updated from the late 1990’s. When I had a problem with the TV in my room, I called (x2) and went to the front desk to have it addressed. When I returned more than 5 hrs later, nothing was fixed. It went back to the front desk and talked to Sabrina, who told me maintenance left and it’s not her problem. I asked to speak to the manager and she literally laughed at me, truly one of the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of being around. To top it all off, I requested a new room and the same problem existed in the second room… TV remotes missing and no TV connectivity. I’d stay in my vehicle, hell, I’d stay on the sidewalk before I stayed at this hotel again…

Shuttle to airport. Tv difficult.

We had to call the hotel twice for shuttle service and ended up waiting almost an hour because the person at the hotel neglected to mention that the shuttle doesn’t stop at terminal 2 unless you specifically request it. It would seem like the hotel might ask which terminal you’re at when you call. The desk clerk was unsympathetic about the shuttle debacle, and the room smelled musty when we got there. The only bright spot was that the restaurant had some good walleye, and the wait staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly.

The hot tub jets didn't work well only 2 worked. The pool was too cold for my daughter to even swim needs more heat in it. We didn't have close parking had to walk to another building to park. Need more communication from the host telling you about what is included with the hotel pkg

We stayed at this property two times during our trip with a break in between because we had to travel to a different city. But we were glad to be able to come back and stay one more night before we flew out the next day. The hotel was very clean, we really enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. The staff was super friendly, especially the housekeeping ladies. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Although I do prefer a room without carpet. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Parking was not the most convenient but it wasn’t terrible either. The restaurant and bar onsite was very nice. The pool area was older but still very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. All the staff was great.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice. Those were the only positives. The whole place had a bad smell, parking is complicated, and there was a lot of mold in the room (hvac, bathroom, and pillows).

The parking was a nightmare. Had to go from a parking garage to the hotel. Signs were confusing. Had to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and then drag them across a bed of rocks to get out of th4 parking garage and across the way to the hotel.

I traveled here by myself with my two kids, and we had an absolute blast! We especially enjoyed the pool, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was nice to stay somewhere that felt clean, safe, and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommend this place, especially for families. ❤️
