Super great experience!

My favorite place to stay when I come to the metro. Always satisfied. Roomy and cozy. Great location. Easy access to the interstate. Near MSP. There may be some airline noise, but I enjoy being able to watch all of the action!

It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and they were having Happy Hour 😊

Breakfast was made to order. Staff was mostly friendly. The pools were great. The gym was clean. The rooms were superb and the hotel was worth the price. My only issue was getting charged for parking although parking is listed as free.

I’ve been travelling to MSP for decades and started staying at this hotel for work, but it became my FAV twin cities hotel in this visit. The whole place has been updated!! Better inside, better breakfast, better stay! Where else can I get a second private room for our teenager without getting 2 rooms?!? King bed, small kitchenette, and wonderful staff. See you next time!

Our toilet backed up almost immediately after arriving and flooded the entire bathroom and onto the room carpet. We were switched rooms quickly but it was very inconvenient to unpack our family, and repack to move rooms around 1am.

very good excellent

Good way to loose customers who use third party booking.

The staff and shuttle driver were rude and snotty. Very dismissive. I was shocked by all their attitudes.

I totally enjoyed my stay

This hotel is very large and the two staff at the front desk were not welcoming or friendly. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:30am, which was not helpful with our early flight. Impressive interior.
-
Staff was friendly. However I thought I booked a suite with a roll in accessible shower not the tub but it wasn’t too much of a big deal. The toilet seat cover was crooked which was funny but still worked. Bed wasn’t as comfy and pretty low to the ground. The fridge took sometime to cool down my drinks. Breakfast and complimentary snack was ok. Other than that, it was a decent stay for 2 nights.

We live this hotel! From the convenience to the staff, cleanliness to amenities- this is one of our favorite stays in the area. The gym is nice, pool is great and everything is clean! Rooms are comfortable and the snacks and breakfast are top-notch!

Staff was nice

Improvements: The Front elevators were down often. The maid service was okay, we tried to keep the room tidy with 2 children ourselves. The maid made the main beds but kind of ignored the pullout bed. We hung our towels to reuse but some were taken and not replaced with clean towels. By the last day we only had 2 large bath towels for 4 people.

First time staying here. My family really enjoyed staying here. Spacious room with separate living room. Delicious breakfast. Lots of parking. The restaurant food was good. A really nice & comfortable area to eat, right at the middle of the hotel. The service excellent. I will keep reserving our staying at embassy from now on.

Very clean and the bedroom was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was good and we watched the World Cup in the open area in the evening accompanied by snacks and drinks. A great place to stay really close to the airport

The on-site restaurant Woolley's is excellent. The only thing missing is an outdoor area to lounge in when using the pool.
