Room was clean, staff were great, breakfast is awesome, the problem I had is that two times staying there and they had multiple elevator issues. Having two of the 5 elevators down created many issues and delays.

Everything was so great. I would stay there again BUT fyi - the bed is hard and the pool is very small. The added free breakfast and drinks, along with free snack definitely is the draw to staying here again.

Great restaurant and wonderful breakfast. Nice lobby and better. Like the two rooms and having the bath on the outside of the bedroom. And coffee in the room. Soft bed with lumps, location was at the end of the u and heard the trains and freeway all night. The person who answered the shuttle request phone told us wrong information about location for pick up that caused us great inconvenience.

Room was great but husband said it smelled a little smoky. 2 of the 5 elevators were not working so there was a backup at all the elevators. Breakfast was so good and had a nice variety. The omelet line was long so didn’t get to try that.
