Breakfast was one of the best i have seen in my travels - excellent plus

They had a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit as well as breads, eggs, sausage, tiny muffins, cereals. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Using the airport shuttle helped us to drop off our rental a day early so we didn’t have to rush in the morning.

Was undergoing construction when I was there but it was great. The room was amazing and the staff was great as well.

The hotel was under renovation. But it's still nice only thing i didn't like/ know is that you had to pay for parking that threw me off but besides that it was good

Airport shuttle was nice! Facilities seemed under repair and under construction throughout the building. Strange sounds from the AC at night

It is central to airport and shopping. The room was in need of repair. But to be fair they said they were renovating so maybe they will get to the plaster falling off on the bathroom and the stained tub. Had to pay for parking which is silly it should be figured in. The staff was friendly but not enough of them.for a Hyatt it was disappointing.

I don't usually write reviews I'm not gonna lie, But I had to write about the front desk host Akira & the older white gentlemen who drives the shuttle in the morning, My experience with them was AMAZING. They were so kind, answered any questions I had, showed care & patience to all members no matter their status which I admire a LOT as the night crew of other men made me very uncomfortable dismissing me & was very rude with their tone whilst giving me half answers but were kind & helpful with others who weren't of my racial background. There was one in particular who was giving an older gentle men a hard time because he didn't speak English this was on September 26th at around 4am so I hope that gets handled. But to Akira & The older white man I hope you guys have a BLESSED life.

The property was very clean excellent breakfast. The pool was great. Would’ve been nice to have a hot tub. The only thing I would’ve liked better was the fact that I wanted to check in early and they charged me to do so even though the room was ready and it was only an hour early.

Even though stayed here for two nights, was made to pay for parking! Never heard of such a thing
