Hampton Inn Suites Minneapolis St Paul Arpt-Mall of America

Good stay. Selection for breakfast could have been better.

Staff were friendly and the suite had lots of space. (Smelled like old cigarettes so maybe not a non smoking room?) Pool area was clean. Breakfast had ran out of a few items one day. Please advertise the additional parking fee I would have chosen a different property had I known.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our travels and this was our favorite. Also our most expensive, but yes still favorite.

Very clean but the carpet is worn out. I find it can be hazard in the hallways as it is stretched out. Breakfast was just OK. Will I stay there again,? Absolutely!

What the heck,pay 15 dollars to park at a hotel. Never in my lifetime and never ever again. Would never stay here again.

Everything was great! So thankful to have had a room and a shuttle on a night when we needed it.

The property could use some upgrades, at check in we were not told the correct information about the shuttle service to Mall of America. Also it wasn’t not noted if you are parking there is it’s $15 per night which I understand if you will be parking to take a flight but were staying overnight and where taking our vehicle when we checked out to the mall with us. Also the shuttle driver told us to request a ride on the app and it will tell you arrival time…we that is wrong, the shuttle comes at 25 after the hour only and this just alerts them that someone needs the ride. Breakfast had a large assortment however it was not stocked so many things were out of stock. This property is ok but we won’t be staying again in the future for the price.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The hallway was really warm, the carpet worn, and the air musty. They charged daily for parking, which was a first at a Hampton. The parking was limited and after a long day out, I spent 15 minutes driving around to find a parking spot. The amount of available parking was limited. The staff was professional, but curt. The breakfast was OK, especially the waffles. The location is excellent and close to the Mall of America. My stay was a positive experience, but this Hampton was a bit disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect of this brand.

Room was definitely older, bathroom was not great. After paid for the room told me I needed to pay $15 more to park there. Would have been better to stay at a nicer place and park for the same price. Area where parking is, is not nice and everything is very cramped in parking lot and hotel.
