Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Bloomington/Mall of America

Check in clerk was amazing! Room smelled like damp laundty

Old hotel in desperate need of updates. Key card barely works on most doors.

Very nice hotel with great staff!

Everything was great!!! Staff was awesome!

Superb

I was sent to a room that was already occupied and I walked in 😵‍💫 2nd room keys/card didn’t work otherwise staff was friendly room was clean (paid parking)

All great during my stay. Hotel shuttles to the mall and also the Metrorail station which connected me to downtown locations. Would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

The breakfast, amenities, the staff was great, especially Quinn, location was great, price was fair, rooms were clean. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms the remotes didn’t work well. The toilet in 1 room didn’t work. The other flushed hard.

Excellent location to mall of America and great shuttle service Need more up to date charging ports in room plus a clock

Breakfast was great!

Exceptional

Very good

Buena atención y lugar muy limpio 100% recomendable

I chose this hotel because it was near the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. My room was very nice. The staff very helpful. I could have gotten a little bit less expensive room if I had stayed further from the airport. But then it would have taken more time to get there in the morning. I didn't have time for breakfast so can't comment on that.

Was thoroughly impressed by this hotel that I randomly selected for my trip to the area with my son. The shuttle service from/to the airport was so convenient and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a nice size for two of us travelling. We enjoyed being walking distance to the Mall of America. Ended up renting a car for the last day and ended up the car return was about a mile away on the other side of the freeway (Ace). The free breakfast had plenty of options and there was a nice large sitting area to hang out in all day. Never used the pool/hot tub but area was bright and looked very clean. There aren’t many other amenities that are walking distance but one good restaurant a half a block away and then plenty of dining options in the Mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Our stay was wonderful!! Already...

Nothing we enjoyed our long weekend thanks to the staff

It was a good mid priced hotel. I wish there had been a list of restaurants right next-door that delivered..
