Staff was very helpful and kind. Arrived a little early for check in and was allowed to store luggage there while we went to get something to eat

LOVED THE ACCESS TO THE MALL OF AMERICA RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! AIRPORT SHUTTLE DRIVER'S WERE VERY ACCOMODATING.

The hotel was great and well maintained and organized and very close to the mall of America and breakfast was great and a lot of variety to eat

We were traveling with 5 people, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. When I booked the room, the online description said a single room could accommodate 5 people. Not true. Our 17 yo son had to sleep on the floor. It was late when we arrived and there were no more rooms available. All the other hotels in the area were either full or did not have rooms that could house all 5 of us.

All good enjoy even though I seen an extra charge on my room stay not sure what that was about

It was the most miserable stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. There were 7 of us and we paid for 2 queen double bed rooms and got 1 queen double bed room and one room with one queen bed. The hotel refused to reimburse us so i will never stay at another Marriott owned property again and I travel a lot. 2 to 3 times a month. The hotel is old and run down and doesn’t look like it’s had any upgrades since I was there 19 years ago. The bathtub didn’t drain, the floor was dirty and the sheets smelled musty. There were only 3 towels in the rooms when clearly we had 7 people total. Pretty much a disgusting place and I will never be back and I’ll tell all my friends and family not to stay here.

Staff was very good…poll area had been ‘contaminated’ and they were very helpful. Room was very clean and enjoyable.

I had got a double queen bed room and they gave me a single king and told me there was nothing they can do so i had to sleep in the floor very terrible place

Overall it was a okay stay, the room is bit small, I booked and came with a family of 5 , but room as only good for 4. No sofa bed. I was bit disappointed

We totally enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. The kids loved the pool and the room and hotel overall is cozy and comfortable. It’s perfect for families. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed in many, many different hotels the past 5 years and this was by far the absolute cleanest hotel. Every detail impeccable.
