Great location, very good size rooms, excellent range for Breakfast, quick check in allowed late check out, friendly staff

Overall it was a okay stay, the room is bit small, I booked and came with a family of 5 , but room as only good for 4. No sofa bed. I was bit disappointed

It was close to the mall with easy access . The staff were very friendly and helpful. My bill showed 252 dollars on was however charged 295dollars. Secondly I bought some items totaling 12dolars however I was charged 25 dollars not sure why .l

The location is right across from MOA! They have a shuttle but with teenaged boys I couldn't get there in time. We walked several days to MOA and rode shuttle back. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were great. Breakfast had a great variety and different options each day we were there. There wasn't anything to complain about! Everything was great. Honestly I will book with Fairfield/Marriot more often in the future because of this stay!

Property had comfortable beds and great free breakfasts included. The physical location of this Fairfield was close to the Great American Mall which we enjoyed visiting. Their own convenient airport shuttle. All staff were friendly. What we didn’t like about the property was it is located on the flight path of jets taking off from Minneapolis/Saint Paul Airport every several minutes which made for uncomfortable and steady noise pollution. The room service could have been more frequent and convenient (we stayed 6 days) especially providing daily trash pick up instead of every other day.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. The kids loved the pool and the room and hotel overall is cozy and comfortable. It’s perfect for families. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed in many, many different hotels the past 5 years and this was by far the absolute cleanest hotel. Every detail impeccable.

For the price and convenience, this is a great stay! All the staff was wonderful and helpful.

Loved the location! The Mall was walkable, but we utilized the shuttle. The only thing I didn't like was the shuttle schedule. It only ran to the mall once every hour at the top of the hour. Would preferred it run every 30mins. However, we were understanding to the fact that the mall shuttle also was the airport shuttle for the hotel.

That is was so close to the Mall of America My sheets were not clean there was blood on one bed and an unknown item in the other, along with loose strands of hair.

Will never ever stay there again I order a sweet and did not get one got a less then desire room, then breakfast was cold and nasty, then they do not say anything about parking until after you checked out and then get billed $10 dollars per day for parking what a joke.

May be just this room but there are no plugins for electronics readily available by the bed.
