Had an issue upon check-in and was charged extra, however they promptly refunded me. Be aware that property is on the same side as MSP airport. Planes fly directly over property for landing, didn’t hear much air traffic the two nights we visited the property, however the morning of our departure was pretty noisy.

When I booked the hotel, the price was $345 for 2 nights. When I checked in, the price became $445. I never have a problem paying, I would prefer to have a solid price all the way through the process. It just felt like a "bait and switch " type of deal to me. Then the sheets were dirty. Makeup probably from the previous occupant. Anyway for that much money, it didn't meet the standards for quality in my perspective.

Good hotel and nice lobby bar. The location is what we were looking for. Just across the street from the Mall of America and five minutes to the airport. Staff was friendly and parking was inexpensive. The only negatives for me were the lack of fan noise to block out the traffic and planes. I also hate the barn style bathroom doors. I don’t understand why any place would have those?

Amazing hotel with everything you need right there from restaurants to the lounge in the hotel and literally a one block walk to the Mall of America right off of interstate 494! The rooms and the staff were incredible!

Close to the mall of America. Parking was hit or miss but free. They are working on the parking deck.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed when they first opened and it was great with airport shuttle. This stay was disappointing because there was NO shuttle. (Uber with tip $34) Discontinued shuttle service. Always check never assume.

Fitness center is over the top for a smallish hotel. Rooms were great. everything you need. Hotel felt to be fairly new.

Room is amazing Staff at front desk could use some training. We were waiting for 30min at check-in and the staff did not tell us why we were waiting for so long. When we asked, she just goes: “Well, technology”. I feel like she could’ve communicated better
