JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America

Staff wonderful. Loved the room. Will be back.

Love that you are really close to the food court.

We had a wonderful experience, they made my husband's birthday very special. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be back!!!

Exceptional

High end experience

Clean and very nice

Superb

I liked how it was connected to the mall of America.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to coming back again!

Next time

So good, clean room, great staff, mall right there, great

Very nice JW property attached to Mall of America. Staff was very friendly and helpful which is the standard for JW properties. And, of course, you’re in Minnesota where everyone is friendly. Despite what you might be thinking about a hotel attached to the Mall of America, the JW upheld their standards and it was very quiet. Our family group of adults and kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant, where we had breakfast every morning, and cocktails one evening. It was fun and so convenient to come and go to the Mall without using cars. Several restaurants are within walking distance and many are also at the Mall. A beautiful wildlife refuge we visited was 5 minutes away by car as were several parks and beautiful lakes. We would stay here again without question. Highly recommend.

Very convenient nice room

Very nice place to stay. It was very convenient to get to the Mall of America.

Room service charges are too much 😒

Excellent hotel.staff very helpful and friendly. Mall entrance in hotel very convenient. Room very nice and comfortable

Great place to stay, very clean and great staff. Concierge level lounge could use some new ideas and more items and offerings of cocktails/wine though. Staff up there was so-so

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. To be clear it’s not Expedia’s fault as they tried to help…but I booked a non-refundable room, which I get…happy to pay it…but I accidentally booked the wrong date and called literally 2 minutes later and the hotel declined to accomodate moving the date. I get the letter if the law but this was a disgusting money grab the violates the spirit of non-refundable discounts. Save you money and find better alternatives

Beautiful hotel and so convenient being connected to the mall.

I loved that it was connected to the mall.
