Liked the room, elevators and restaurant was awesome Bed was a little hard and the pillow options were horrible. 1 was too soft and 1 was too tall no happy medium. could also use a motion night light for getting up at night in the dark.

The property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was quiet, clean, with an adjustable thermostat, and comfortable bedding. There is a direct walk into the Mall of America. We will certainly stay again.

Like that there were no audible pounding footsteps from above or outside hallway. Floors and sheets look worn out/dingy. The stay was decent and rate should be comparable to older amenities, not like a brand new place nor a historical site.

Very nice to have it attached to the MOA. It was rainy in Minneapolis the weekend we were there so it was nice to just be able to walk inside to the mall and eat meals there or see a movie or do some shopping. We also used the parking garage that was attached and appreciated the close proximity to our car when we did have to leave to events we bought tickets for. Will definitely stay again!

The pool was closed. Parking was $24 per night.

I hated the shower head. I did not want to get my hair wet and it was hard not to.
