Pool was closed

The elevators to the rooms were very fast. Unfortunately the pool was under renovations at the time of visit. Enjoyed the mall being connected to the hotel and the complimentary shuttle ride to and from the airport. Staff were very friendly. No complaints.

Clean room, hot shower, great location

Staff didn't explain the parking or the elevators, the round tables in the restaurant have stains of old food on the lip of the table. No shampoo or conditioner in the showers just empty bottles.

Since 1996 about once a year my wife and I have traveled to the Mall of America for an anniversary shopping trip. About seven years ago or so we made the decision to stay at the Radisson Blu. We have never looked back. It is convenient for our shopping, eating and general enjoyment of Minneapolis-St. Paul and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. As long as they are there, we will continue to come back and enjoy our time shopping, eating and spending time together.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were very clean. Access to the mall can’t be beat.

The staff was very helpful with our bags and getting them up to our room and explaining where everything was. The room was clean and plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Beds were comfy!! The restaurant had great food!!

When we went the pool wasn’t available/open which is something we looked forward too while staying there.

This hotel is wonderful! The convenience of being connected to the mall is unmatched. I booked two rooms and had them connected (there’s a fee to do this of $35 per room each night). It was a total of 6 between both rooms, so space was not an issue. The pool not being in service really sucked lol (it’s been down for almost a year). The king bedroom featured a very weird shower that my wife didn’t care for. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The staff is phenomenal and helpful all around. The entrance to the rooms features tiled flooring and was very slippery when wearing socks. The hotel is very well maintained by staff, but the red chairs in the lobby by the restaurant need to be replaced due to frequent wear. Valet is reasonable, so be sure to tip! On Sunday, if you plan on eating in the mall, do so before 7 p.m. because they pack that place up and not a minute after. Oh, if you order from the restaurant Cowboy Jacks, be sure that it is the one in the mall and not the other location. But do yourself a favor and find something better because it really wasn’t that great.

We had two rooms, when I arrived the person at the front desk arranged the rooms to be side by side on the same floor. We have stayed every year for the past 12 + years. This courtesy made this stay the best one ever. I cannot thank her enough for this.

This was my first time traveling alone, the staff were really helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do and what I should expect from my stay. The hotel was clean and room service was exemplary.

Super convenient for shopping! Nice place to stay and the staff were very welcoming.

We’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times now and it never disappoints!! The staff is awesome and the rooms are always very clean and super comfy! The pool area was closed for updates this time but everything else was perfect!

You never had to be outside and it was a great wedding destination.

Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Staff was friendly and helpful, espically shullte driver and valet team. Love the proximity to the mall.

Very nice. Great location to walk into the mall directly from your hotel. Disappointed that the pool was closed indefinitely. But I would stay there again.

Room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that it was attached to Mall of America was outstanding.
