The continental breakfast was delicious. The rooms need to be renovated. The couch hide-a-bed was awful. Our 15 year old son has difficulties sleeping because he could only feel the springs. I went to make the bedding and the linens were dirty. There was no way I was going to let him sleep in that. I understand that the rooms only get cleaned every other day. However, when we requested to have our room cleaned, they didn't come. Lastly, be aware that they charge you daily for parking. This wasn't brought to our attention until I received the final bill. In the past, we weren't charged for parking and that's why we picked to stay there, again.

They have only one bank of elevators at the front of the building. Long, long walk to your rooms in the back. They have no bottled water available for sale at the front desk. Breakfast was good.

I like the hotel's proximity to the mall & airport. However, it took us about an hour to check in because of malfunctioning computer system; likewise the clothes dryer was not working. The hotel is an ideal place for family travelers.

Close to attractions

It was very convenient, the staff was awesome, and the rooms were very updated and comfortable!

Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little run down and dated but sill excellent. Will stay again

Close to Mall of America. The carpet in the hallways are well worn. The courtyard could be nice but I noticed some of the cushions on the outdoor couches have black mold. You have to walk through it the Radisson to get to the Mall of America. The hotel is pet friendly.

Room was over priced, microwave oven was not working. Main issue was the bedsheets, was not throughly cleaned. Some of the bath towels were torn. Pros: They had a decent morning bfast buffet. Walkable distance to Mall of America and ihop and mexican restaurant

Our original room was not ready at check in but Prentice and Hillary were extremely helpful in getting everything resolved. Our 2nd day the A/C stopped working but maintenance was able to get it fixed within the hour. Our third day the electric in our room went out but that was also resolved within an hour or so. Breakfast was lackluster

Wonderful experience! I would suggest adding dishwasher soap into the rooms.

The staff were amazing. Awesome breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. I believe the person who checked us in was Hillary she was the general manager she was amazing, super nice and helpful.

It’s in the middle of a renovation. We did have a brand new redone two bedroom suite was amazing. A little dirty still had construction dust but nothing too bad. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed one of our days due to maintenance but besides, that would recommend this hotel again and would stay there again in the future just because I can see the updates coming.

Our stay was great. The 2 ladies at the front desk were awesome. We loved the suite with the cook top so we could cook some meals. The only complaint about the room was it was a bit dated. The couch was old and had a big rip in it. The one other complaint is that when checking out, we were told there was a $15 per day parking fee, which was not listed on the website ( if it was, we didn'tsee it), or told when we checked in. We've never had to pay for parking at any hotel that we've stayed at before. We will definitely be booking with this hotel chain again.

Front desk had no knowledge of or suggestion for area tours.
-
My only complaint is that room service/housekeeping never came to our room during the three nights we stayed. Fresh towels and a quick room refresh would have made the stay even better. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location.

The pool is awesome! Worth the stay

First pricey hotel we've gotten. It was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was super clean and nice. The pillows were amazing. Pool in building breakfast on warmed plates. Honestly its so much better than the cheap hotels
-
Poor beds, lots of chlorine in pool
-
The beds were very uncomfortable. I could not sleep on the pull out sofa and slept on the floor. Breakfast was good.

On a road trip staying in different hotels every night and this was our last night. Great location if your going to the Mall of America but by far the least successful stay of the trip. Really of any trip I've taken! Upon arrival the front desk was empty and stayed that way for quite a while as a line formed. The clerk finally showed up and was clearly overwhelmed. I had booked two rooms and she insisted I had only booked one but acted like she was doing me a favor "upgrading" me from a king bed to two queens. Later I went down to buy soda from the pantry. The front desk was again out of control. We were uncomfortably crowded but got through the night and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The front desk seemed much calmer in the morning. Upon reaching home I found I had been double charged for the sodas I bought AND I was charged for two rooms!
