Very friendly staff, all staff. Good selection for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly!! They were helpful and answered any questions and were accommodating to any issue. The breakfast was spectacular! I could have had seconds if I had room and time. If I'm being blunt, I was surprised there wasn't a hot tub but that's my fault for not checking. There were cobwebs in the window like on the inside part I did take pictures there was also crumbs in the fridge and yes I took photos and it looked to be what was mold in the bathroom in the ceiling and I realized I forgot to take a photo of that but I remember what room we were in. The one night we were there there were some issues with the bathtub that I didn't know till the next morning. While I was taking stuff out the girls were going down for breakfast and they told me that there was stuff in the bath when I looked there was remnants of some dark matter. And she told me that at night they heard what sounded like someone draining the bath but no one was in there. The girls were sleeping on the beds and I was on the pull-out couch. Which it wasn't comfortable and I understand they're not really comfortable so I'm not complaining about that but it just seems like the couch maybe needs a good steam to help get rid of some of those stains. There was also stains on the wall in the kitchen that were a little yucky looking. Now I don't complain and I didn't say anything about all of this besides the tub. Because I know how things can be and I'm just happy we had somewhere to stay. I do also wish they were more clear on the parking. Because they didn't give me any paper they didn't ask what I drove or anything so it was confusing cuz I was worried about my car being towed away. I actually went down to the front desk at like 10:40 at night to make sure I was okay because I realized they never asked what car I drove or gave me a paper to help pay for this $15 parking. Which they did kindly remove because of the issue with the tub which I wasn't expecting but as a single mom I was very grateful for. I forgot to mention looking at my pictures that there was a weird substance on the curtains in the living room area.

Location! I never got the room i originally reserved, Very bad odor in room, was never told our room didn't have air conditioning, it had a large window unit in the middle of the floor of living, it was very loud, water damage to the ceiling, carpet has very bad odor, window screens damage with spider infestation in them. Family was gave a handicap room, room was far a way like maze to get to it.

Paying for parking in a public parking lot.

A great location next to the mall of America The parking lot could use some TLC

Very close to mall of America and lots of space in the suite. We were in the first floor which made it easier having pets and all. Check in was at 3 and when we got there at around 3:50 the room still wasn’t ready so they told us 20 more minutes. Went to go get gas, came back and it was another 20 minutes. Then they had the audacity to tell us right away about the parking and pet fee like cmon now… Have our room ready next time!!!

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, and so kind. The room was great and the bed so comfortable. We loved that the sky bridge to the mall was just across the parking lot from the hotel, making it easy to go walk each day. Chevy's Fresh Mex, attached to the hotel, was delicious. We loved that breakfast included hot options, with plenty of protein, not just carbs options. We will definitely consider staying again when we're back in town.

Overall shabby for a Hilton property. Had to get new room keys 3 times in a 3 night stay.

Will never stay again

This hotel is in an awesome location if you intend to go to the mall of America. there is free parking available directly in front of the hotel and the rooms are incredibly nice and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was the best complementary breakfast I’ve ever had staying in a hotel, and I’ve had lots of them. There were no issues with this property. Everything was awesome.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. The shuttle service is handy and prompt . The only issue we can complain about is the tv channel service errorwd

The staff definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was very nice and spacious! Great location for visiting the Mall, easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The beds were hard the pillow were old the sofa bed looked very old

I did'nt like the day that we got there as the room was not ready yet and was informed that it would take an hour for our room to be ready so we waited till its time for us to get in the room
