Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America

Didn't have coffee or coffee cups at 7:15am when breakfast starts being served at 6:30am. People loitering outside of the hotel at all hours, but mainly during the evenings. Got lucky or second to last night a saw a roach scurrying around in the kitchen portion of our room. A bit disappointing for the ranking it had on Hotels.com. Won't be staying here again.

Rhoda at the front desk was absolutely fabulous! Very nice and comfortable stay.

Despite booking 3 days in advance, I had a 1:30mins check-in delay upon arrival at 3pm. I was told room wasn’t ready. This didn’t sit well with me, having had a 10hr travel to MN, The breakfast could’ve been better. To cap it all I was charged $15 per night for the 3 nights I stayed. Not a good experience for me. In short, staff were very professional but the facilities need upgrade.

Nothing at all will never stay again The room was dirty the dish washer was full of moldy dishes. The pull out bed had no sheets and a huge brown stain. Could not use the extra bed that we paid for

It was dangerous getting to our hotel. There was no near parking . The room was dingy . The television did not work . We tried taking a shower and the fire alarm in our room went off scaring us half to death. There was no amenities in the room . It smelled like smoke.

Great location for the Mall. Pool. Breakfast. The room wasn't clean from prior guests. Administration didn't handle guests'kids from being too noisy and rude throughout the whole hotel.

Check in was fast and very friendly. Staying here gets you a 10% discount at Chevys restaurant located on the property. Location is great for shopping and dining. The free breakfast had many options to choose from.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, but the property and rooms were in need of some upgrades and maintenance (bed was sagging in the middle, pool area could use a new coat of paint, etc).

When they finally released my credit card hold today, they charged me for parking. That’s okay, but they never asked me about a car or told me they were monitoring car parking by cameras. I’m not mad about it, just surprised.

We had an excellent stay @ Homewood Suites. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast area was a bit cramped on the weekend but was perfect for the weekday crowd. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean decent-sized suit with all necessary amenities. Helpful staff. Location is very convenient for access to MOA and commute to downtown.
