Great customer service.

The hotel is going through a renovation, but it was still clean and the staff was absolutely great and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. I didn't know that we had to pay for parking and that was the only thing that caught me off guard but other than that it was fine and it was affordable. I recommend this hotel highly. And I will stay there again it will probably be my first choice when going back to Minnesota or anywhere we travel to I'll look this place up first! ❤️

Clean room, the staff were very helpful.

A rough start checking in but that was Hotels.com's fault for not sending my last name to the property 😕. The property is very nice and walking distance to Mall of America. There are homeless people staying close to the property so be careful at night.

We were given a handicap room which we did not request. I would think they would keep that room for someone who needed it. It was uncomfortable for us.

The room was clean and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay again with my family.

They are currently going under some construction, so there’s a lot of people and sometimes some construction noise during the day. However, we were able to get one of the newly renovated rooms and they were beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to the mall and close to just about any amenity. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to the airport and our driver was very kind and very helpful. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Great visit! Newly remodeled room!

The property itself was great and in a great location. Our room smelled so strong of cologne. It was absolutely miserable- like someone dumped a bottle- or someone sprayed it heavily trying to cover up another smell. We had to try to sleep with windows open- since the windows were open, we couldn’t keep it cool. We didn’t request a room change because we thought we would power through. We didn’t sleep well and I left with an awful headache. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout but there was no offer for a partial refund.

Close to the Mall of America and the staff are very friendly and professional.

All in all very good. They are right in the middle of a major remodel so there’s some construction dust, but it’s going to be excellent when completed. Best bathroom lighting of any place we have stayed! Great breakfast, nice staff!!

The location is great! Walking distance to Mall of America. Stayed for 4 nights and not a single housekeeping service was done, we requested it but no one came to atleast take out the garbage. Breakfast was decent, but it was the same food for 4 days,, a little variance would be better.
