Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN

Everything else was great, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast, even a late check-in with friendly service.

Everything was great except the hotel airport shuttle never showed up! Be prepared to wait and take an Uber instead!

The room was not vacuumed or dusted at all.

It would be great if its adults only at a certain time even if only an hour. Ie no one under 18 after 9 pm and keep the area open till 10.30 or 11

Pool area was nice with two pools. Hot tub had powerful jets. Room was clean. Pillows are junk, bring your own. Hotel was not air conditioned-only in our room. Breakfast was good. Great location to restaurants and the mall. Lots of parking.

Everything was great! Easy walk to the mall, awesome breakfast.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly. The shuttle drivers were very nice especially Chandler he's a gem! I would definitely stay there again

Booked a suite, got a regular room instead at checkin. Sheets on one of the beds had pills and not smooth, requested new sheets and they never came. Hotel was over crowded and pool area had empty beer cans on tables in the morning. Shower was caked with mold and mildew. Floor of room so dirty it made the bottoms of our feet black.

The convenience of walking straight across to the mall

The carpet close to the washroom is wet. And there’s a black stain beside the bed.ended up covering it so that my daughter will not gonna touch it. What id like with country inn is the location is just walking distance to the mall

It was overall great experience

Lobby was overcrowded and chaotic, and the front desk staff was overwhelmed. I had to go back after check-in to ask about breakfast, because I wasn't told. Hardly any signage/directions to the lobby for anyone who arrives using Google Maps and parks in the main parking lot. Nice rooms though!

Clean beautiful suite. Large fridge in the room. Excellent location to highway and mall.

Staff was great, the hotel was pleasant. Great experience for a budget friendly getaway.

The guy at check-in was not great very quiet an not helpful but other than that great experience with a five minute walk in a skywalk to the Mall of America. Also TGI Fridays is right next door an will deliver if you like

Room was simple but clean and comfy beds . Love the continents breakfast, the pool room and especially appreciated the earlier shuttle to the airport so my family didn’t have to wake up early and deal with the chaos of an airport drop off

It’s a convenient place to stay being next to the Mall Of America with kids. Just park, cross the street and take the skywalk over the bigger street and you’re there. One of the pools was cloudy. The room thermostat fan didn’t have an option to stay on, so it would kick on and off all night to cool the room.

Excellent location to the Metro transportation. Close enough to go back and forth to the Mall of America to eat and/or get some exercise. We stayed for 3 days and staff was helpful, our stay was totally relaxing and plenty to visit with close by entertainment or transportation.

I would have given 5 stars but the air conditioning was not working in our room and the room temperature was 76° when we walked in and it was 97° outside. We immediately called the front desk and they said they would send someone right up. 2 hours later no one had shown despite calling 2 more times. My husband continued to turn it off and on and it finally came one. We had to leave the room until 10pm to wait for it to cool down enough to sleep. Had the air been working, we would likely have given a 5 star. The free breakfast was good and they kept it filled! The hotel was pretty clean though the pool area could’ve been cleaner. It was late in the evening and lots of people so I can see why it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been but still no staff in the area cleaning up the trash. We asked for a crib when we booked the room and had called about 30 minutes after checking in and it took an additional 2 phone calls to get one. I will call out that the man who checked us in was super professional and nice but I cannot remember his name! Whoever he was deserves a kudos!
