Very old rooms. Staff was good and breakfast was just ok.

Great place to stay. Such a great location, breakfast had lots of options and the pool/ hot tub area was good. Would stay again.

Everything was great

The one thing I would change is a taller toilet, bad knees limit ease of rising from seated position.

Rooms were clean, towels were nice and smelled clean. Pool area with jacuzzi was spacious. Front desk was polite and helpful. Variety of food for breakfast. Friday’s restaurant attached made it convenient and ihop right next door. Very nice overall.

Staff was excellent. Location is super. Like very much the parking included.

Room needs updates and repairs. Low lit and broken usb port, holes in curtains, stains on lamp, ripped upholstery on chair. Came in and felt the need to lysol the surfaces. Staff cleans only Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pros : limited free breakfast and proximity to Mall of America.

The beds were super uncomfortable. Breakfast was worth it at least but the beds made the stay tough. I liked that we were close to MOA and Ihop was attached. Never had the chance to use the pool. If I find out they purchase new mattresses, I may stay again.

Amber was who we checked in with. My wife and I were staying at the hotel for our 21 anniversary. I asked Amber if she had any anniversary specials. She said let me see what we can do. Later that night we got back to the room and there were anniversary balloons with a bag of waters, popcorn and M & Ms. That meant a lot to us. Thank you Amber.

We received a complimentary upgrade when we arrived. The room was excellent, clean, and well-located in a quiet part of the hotel. Eren (that is the correct spelling) at reception was absolutely excellent...a real gem. The shuttle driver was what can only be described as cranky. He actually drove right past me the first time I called for him, even though I had specified where I was waiting (at the hotel shuttle pick-up location!). When he dropped us back to the airport when we were leaving, he said he couldn't take us to departures, because it gets too congested with traffic, so we had to make our way to the departures section ourselves, which was quite a distance. The man needs to cheer up!

great location for our stay of visiting great mall of America. shopping, eating and attractions were right there at our fingertips. clean rooms and available breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. the shuttle didn't show for transporting us back to the airport. staff guy did great job in providing alternative transportation, but the uber bill come out my bank account! no big deal though. understand

The convenient location and the homey atmosphere when you enter the hotel. When they said the housekeeping is M, W, F. We expect it to be clean on a Monday but Our room wasnt clean when we arrive after a long day.

Breakfast was always on point with the selections. The staff were always helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The first glance at the room was underwhelming but the cleaning staff came on and did an additional cleaning for us and it was better afterwards.

Location was excellent for access to the airport and the shuttle bus was perfect for us. Room was very quiet. Overall, the building and fixtures and fittings are looking very tired. Whilst the cleanliness of our room was fine, everything else needs to be freshened up/replaced.
