Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN

Loved the location near the mall and that the pool stayed open late. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Only minor complaint was that my youngest had an accident on the pullout couch bed. We asked for housekeeping to come in and change all the bedding unfortunately they just supplied us with a bag with a blanket and a sheet, but left the soiled bed pad in the room.

The continental breakfast was very diverse and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were great! Big out to Rasheeda for her hospitality throughout our short stay.

Room was clean and we liked the convenience of the skyway to the mall. Breakfast was not anything special and the set up was crowded and messy.

The hotel was lovely. Clean, Great breakfasts and pool area was relaxing.

It needed to be cleaned, it was bugs in the hot tub, the water was cold and the jets was not hitting strong enough.

They need better tech at this hotel the free parking good Mall of America is right across the hotel but that’s the only things good about this hotel if you have gaming consoles leave them at home cause they will not work at this hotel there wired lan doesn’t work there wifi signal is weak and the breakfast doesn’t have much variety so take this hotel with a grain of salt

Perfect location if you are visiting Mall of America

Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Mall of America (less than 5 minutes' walk). Free parking. Two indoor swimming pools with a hot tub and a good breakfast.

It was an amazing stay for our group of 17 people.

Perfect location to the Mall of America. Hotel shuttle was easy and Chandler was amazing when he picked us up from the airport. Very friendly and gave great suggestions for our stay. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There were a few maintenance things around the hotel that were being addressed but it didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely recommend this location and will stay again if we are in the area.

I selected this hotel off of the high ratings. Although the hotel was good, it was not excellent. The carpet in the hallway was worn and was not vacuumed any of the 5 days that we were there. We were even in 2 different rooms in 2 different towers and neither hallway was vacuumed. There was plenty of staff puttering around the lobby and the breakfast area, but nothing was clean enough to warrant an excellent. Don't get me wrong, there were many employees that were trying their best, but they could not keep up with the amount of guests. Another frustration was there was no place for the housekeepers to stage their garbage. Sadly enough it ended up outside our suite door. I got sick of looking at a dirty plate and garbage so I moved them around the corner. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. I had to ask in both towers where the ice machine was located as it is not on every floor. It was my understanding from the hotel description that there was a skybridge from the hotel to the Mall of America. That is a half truth. We had to walk outside, cross the street and then go up stairs (elevator out of service) across a hot, non-A/C skybridge to the Mall parking deck. Luckily I overheard that there was a shuttle from the hotel to the Mall's front door. Chandler the driver is an asset for getting us to and from. By the way, the breakfast was phenomenal... fresh, hot and enjoyable.

SUPER CONVENIENT to the Mall of America. The pools looked great but were packed so we didn’t go. The patio was being used with the fire pit by many. Breakfast was sufficient for both of my children.

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was so good, and had a variety each day. The kids loved the pool, two pools and the hot tub. The rooms were perfect.

As soon as we walked into Country Inn & Suites by Radisson at Mall of America, we were greeted by the most special lady! Rasheda is her name and she will make you feel like family. I can’t say enough about how she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. From ordering the shuttles, to giving us any info we needed. She is amazing! The stay was wonderful! Clean, great breakfast, great amenities! I would highly recommend this place!

Clean property nice staff very well managed. Very close to the mall of America and easy to get to.

Hi everyone this an average hotel the only good thing about his hotel is that Mall of America is right across from this hotel the hotel itself is another thing the wifi signal is weak if you bring gaming consoles to this hotel don’t cause they don’t have wired connections the breakfast has no variety and it’s just an average hotel
