Location near the airport and mall were what we needed for our trip. Able to walk from the mall to the hotel, no problem. Breakfast was okay, not great compared to similar hotels. It was cleaner than other hotels we stayed at on this trip. In theory the shuttle service is helpful. But every hotel in this block offers shuttle to/from airport and MOA. The one time we scheduled the shuttle was to go to the airport and it was 10 minutes late. We made our flight but caused plenty of unnecessary stress when it is something we scheduled and planned on.

Most everything; clean, quiet, efficient. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 11 days but only once was the place cleaned. We understood it was not an everyday service but expected a little more service than that. Also, not a fan of paying for parking though that seems to be a Minneapolis thing at other hotels.

Clean Check in. Having to pay to park!

Superb

It was nice and clean. We tried to enjoy the pool when it was supposed to be adults only between 10-11 pm and it was full of kids splashing and being loud. Maybe the staff needs to check at 10 pm to make sure the kids leave. We then went out to the fire pit and it wouldn’t light, asked about it at the front desk and were told someone (a driver) would come help us and nobody showed up before we went to our room at midnight. The hotel was very nice, but we were really looking forward to the pool and a hot tub after a long day. There isn’t a hot tub on the property, but it would be nice if there was.

My girl friend and I love staying here. Great location for everything we like to do. Very clean quiet and staff is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and like home. Always choose here and always will

Everything about the hotel was great. What I did not like was that you had to use your phone to pay for parking instead of paying at the front desk. Other than that, the stay was great with no issues.

It was clean beds was very comfortable the breakfast was ok very close to the mall definitely would stay again

Front desk staff has attitude. Apparently breakfast ends at 9:30 on weekdays. She was very rude when all I wanted to get something to go.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. The location is excellent—close to MOA—and the property backs onto a quiet green space, making it peaceful and relaxing. Our room was very spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the great breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. The only downside was the pillows, which were extremely soft for our preference, but overall we had a lovely stay. We also appreciated the well‑maintained pool and gym facilities, and we would definitely stay here again next time!
-
The location. The staff at night was extremely rude. They did not greet me or say thank you or nothing. They even discriminated me

Gorgeous place
-
Felt very comfortable, clean, and would recommend a stay to anyone. I can not think of any negatives from my point of view. Wonderful
-
The room was big and clean. The only thing I don't like is you have to pay for parking even though you are parking IN the hotel's parking lot. Other than that, everything was good. Quiet and very clean.
-
Very clean hotel-nice customer service
-
Overall, the hotel itself was good. A parking charge of $17.44 was unexpected and seemed exorbitant, which was frustrating. The breakfast was ok but underwhelming.
-
It felt cozy and welcoming.
-
The staff is very rude, when you get there to check in they will charge you $17+ for nightly parking even though when I made reservations thru Expedia it says free parking. They don’t care and force you to pay. The staff is very inattentive and always has excuses for why they can’t do this or that. Nobody smiles there. I would never come back to this property

We had to place a chair in front of the door to prevent anyone from entering and quite frankly… will not return for that reason. Personal belongings are important, but being treated as a “nuisance” by the General Manager and his front desk staff was appalling. He interrupted me while I was explaining the issue and never followed up to see if anything was corrected.
