Hyatt House Mall Of America Msp Airport

The breakfast was good. The location also was good. The staff were not friendly at all. The hotel policy about cleaning the room is not proper, if someone stays 7 days or more they clean the room and change the bed sheets, every day the guests have to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. That’s not the way of hosting the guest.

Updated and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of space and equipment in the fitness area. Only thing I didn’t like was the $18 (with tax) parking fee per night. This isn’t downtown. Plenty of spots available. It’s an unnecessary fee.

I always stay here when I come into Minnesota love the area and the convenience. Definitely a five star

The receptionist is welcoming and helpful and give us information and answers our questions.the room was spacious and clean and lots of amenities.and we love the shuttle going to the mall and airport transfer it was smooth and easy.we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast since our flight was so early.but the front desk worker offer us to have cofee.and our shuttle bus driver is helpful and nice.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful! The only thing that needs attention is the pillows on the bed need to be replaced as they are small and flat.

Clean rooms, quiet, breakfast had an excellent variety and different each day.

Despite the seriousness of the circumstances, no one has gotten back to me. I have left several voicemails for both the AGM and Assistant Manager and have received no response. Hyatt states that its purpose is, “We care for people so they can be their best.” Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled has felt like the complete opposite of that. During one of the most frightening and difficult times for my family, I was simply asking for someone to communicate with me and show some understanding. The lack of response, communication, and basic compassion has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better from a company that places caring for people at the center of its values.

Both receptionists at check in and out were not too happy, they have long faces and not one single smile 😣 Parking is not free.

Glasses were dirty and lots of white stains...towel has a red stain marked and I dont know if it is blood or i dont know what it is! Informed the staff receptionist! Unapproachable...I am a hyatt fun and fans! But sorry I find the place dirty!!

Location near the airport and mall were what we needed for our trip. Able to walk from the mall to the hotel, no problem. Breakfast was okay, not great compared to similar hotels. It was cleaner than other hotels we stayed at on this trip. In theory the shuttle service is helpful. But every hotel in this block offers shuttle to/from airport and MOA. The one time we scheduled the shuttle was to go to the airport and it was 10 minutes late. We made our flight but caused plenty of unnecessary stress when it is something we scheduled and planned on.

Very clean and modern, shower was the best I’ve had at a hotel! Do not like the parking concept. , When you purchase a room, you should be able to park at the hotel for free as many nights that you were in the hotel not pre-pay for parking. That’s ridiculous.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!

Most everything; clean, quiet, efficient. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 11 days but only once was the place cleaned. We understood it was not an everyday service but expected a little more service than that. Also, not a fan of paying for parking though that seems to be a Minneapolis thing at other hotels.

The whole experience was fantastic!

While it says in the name, it is NOT attached to the Mall of America. Very nice room. Very nice bathroom. Very nice staff. Parking was not disclosed in booking & is $15+ per day. Breakfast was a disappointment. Eggs were bland. Milk for cereal tasted expired. Wasn't kept filled during breakfast hours. Garbages were all full or even overflowing, so people were leaving their garbage on the tables.
