Hyatt House Mall Of America Msp Airport

I like very good place to staying

Clean environment, very wonderful staff, great breakfast I ever had i my vacation experience, and kitchen very clean. I love ❤️ Hyatt House

Your receptionist rackida was amazing great employee love great staff

Great newer property with nice large rooms, sofa and kitchen. Nice shower, bed and pillows. Climate control was great. Wpuld be nice to have good coffee all the time in the lobby. Makeup mirror in the room would be nice.

It was a great place to stay. Convenient to the airport and the mall of America. A fresh hotel!

Perfect place to stay for mall of america.

Issues with the parking process. Pay on an app not with the room and still got a ticket the next day.

Breakfast was GROSS

Superb

How close it was to the Mall. Amazing hotels

The shuttle service to and from the mall and airport was excellent- the drivers were very pleasant and efficient.Breakfast was adequate not great and there was no housekeeping during the 3 days of our stay.

Nice overall. Clean rooms. Courteous staff.

Breakfast, Kitchen, staff are great! Rooms are clean. Little difficulty with the microwave but receptionist resolved the issue. Television was the most disappointing, couldn't get my phone connected but it's okay

Really good

were closed for something. But that didn't affect the Continental breakfast. The 24 hour shuttle to and from mall of America was awesome. Really awesome driver. Definitely would stay there again just got the shuttle.

Very easy check in with very friendly staff. A bit overwhelming with two tour buses of young hockey players in a tournament who took over the lobby, however, they were polite...just made for crowded lobby and breakfast. Good price, comfortable beds, just wish there were no carpets. Breakfast was very good.

Clean spacious room, staff pleasant.

Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. Decent breakfast

I booked my room weeks in advance and when arriving at the hotel I was directed to another hotel due to air-conditioning out. They advised me that my room was paid for by Hyatt but they actually charged me for the room 290.00and the hotel I was sent to also charged me 590.00. Was not impressed with this hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay, from the driver, who gave excellent recommendations on where to eat and visit, to the staff, who were eager to assist and make sure I felt comfortable.
