Hyatt House Mall Of America Msp Airport

Great place to stay with the teens to go to the mall for a day or two. Shuttle is easy and friendly. Clean and the kids liked the pool. Breakfast was standard hotel stuff.

Very good location and very convenient, which is why we decided to stay at this property for the second time. However, I can’t help but mention that the staff were actually quite rude. Unfortunately, this was our second experience. It’s disappointing because the location and convenience of the property are great, but the service really affects the overall experience.

The staff here is wonderful! They are friendly and incredibly helpful! The location of this hotel is really nice, hidden away out of the busy world but so close to everything! I love staying here!

The breakfast was the usual fare and good. I am not sure what the lady’s name was who checked us in, but she worked a lot during our stay. I don’t think I ever didn’t see her. She was super friendly and helpful. She always had a smile on her face and was a great greeting to walk into immediately. Sometimes you walk into a hotel and it is like you are being assisted by a robot. Not with her, she was great. (We stayed here a month before and the results were the same.)

The hotel has a parking lot with plenty of spaces but in order to park at the hotel, even as a guest, you have to pay $17 a night with tax to park there....will not stay there again because of that.

The staff was very friendly. Shuttles are provided for the airport and MOA. The drivers are wonderful. Breakfast variety was good, at times a little cold. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is very loud! It’s next to an airport and a fire station. We had people above us with children and from 8-12pm you could hear every footstep and thud. The shower was awful. First barely any pressure and than no hot water. Another joke is paying 15$ to park outside.

It was nice to have a shuttle bus take us to the Mall of America and back. Check-in was easy except they require you to pay for parking which seems ridiculous since it’s not a parking garage in a downtown.

Overall a good stay… but a sour start by finding out it costs $18 to park even if you’re staying there. Understandable if you’re leaving your vehicle to park and fly, but nope-even if you’re staying. It is in the middle of a wooded area by a fire department well away from the airport and MoA. ZERO reason to charge for parking for those who are staying, and this is not the standard for hotels in the area. We won’t stay there again as a result, even though it’s a nice enough hotel. Hyatt is just straight up being greedy on this.

We were put in the last room towards the exit. The visitors were soooo lound and i saw they played cornhole at around 11pm. We were so tired and it kept me awake. Called front desk for help.

I stayed in room 424 at first glance the room seemed perfect until my child pulled dirty tissues from under the sofa cushions. As the night went on we noticed the room wasn’t as clean as we first thought. The floor was covered in long blonde hair and the bathroom had tiny brown splatters all over the walls. The informational cards were all written on which in itself wouldn’t have been a big deal except we paid over $200 a night to stay there and I would expect them to be unmarked. The pool was out of towels when we went down for a swim so we had to go back to our room dripping water in the elevator and halls. On the positive side the staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful

I was exhausted but the woman at the front desk was so welcoming . My luggage was still en route so she provided essential toiletries . The breakfast was very generous with lots of hot and cold options. All in all I would recommend this hotel very close to the airport in Minneapolis /St Paul.

Breakfast was great, easy access to Mall of America & hiking trails. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was supposed to change sheets every 4 days, on the 4th day, they said they didn't have anymore clean kingsize sheets. They came back at quitting time, we were getting ready to go out & couldn't let them in. They didn't speak very good English & handed my child the sheets. I assumed they would come back the next day. It then took 3 more days to get some in to make the beds.

Clean spacious good gym breakfast was great and outside sitting area was amazing

This property had bedbugs and a large blood stain hidden under the mattress pads in my first room . I was moved to another room on the first floor that was clean . The manager and staff did a great job of trying to make things right . However seeing that made me not want to sleep there that night or even return . Breakfast wasn’t good

The hotel room wasn’t made up at time of arrival and I had to wait. The pillow case es were dirty and there is a centerpiece infestation. I killed at leaset 9 or 10 of them. Staff was not helpful basically ignored my complaint
