Only complaint is more waffle makers for breakfast😂 it's always a long line and wait if you want some.

Well my experience was not good not bad I booked some specific days from my husband B-day when we arrived my days change automatically there was not able to find me ect…but the worst part was that they didn’t have any more rooms available and we’re already there with our kids.

The room had a urine smell

The weight room cable machine is worn down, 1 side of the cable was broken, so you could only use 1 side, there wasn't any wipes to wipe down the equipment after use and there was no internet connection until later on at night, then the internet went off again the next morning.

Nice rooms close to the mall. Very expensive for a basic room.

The breakfast was good, but there weren't many choices.

While we were there the pool pump went out and they made an arrangement with the hotel across the street to allow the guests to get shuttled to their pool which saved us from some very upset kiddos! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to the area!

Maybe more fruit at the breakfast buffet. (Bananas?)

The hotel was clean and very close to the mall of America. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was ok, lots of options but none that were yummy. The pool is smaller than pictured of course and was cloudy, but had plenty of towels, a shower, and a door to the patio which is cool. The room was really nice, spacious and loved the kitchen, but bedding was nothing special and we made friends with a really big spider in our bathroom. Staff were the highlight, everyone was so friendly and accommodating! Thanks for being an amazing team!

I enjoyed my stay here however my only complaint is I was charged $10 a night for parking, I didn't read this when I booked the hotel. I may have looked elsewhere

The location and amenities were great. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location was great too. The only downfall was the breakfast, as it was all processed and had no taste. Items were always out. The choices were not good.

Stayed for a week, great experience, spotty WiFi, free laundry, spacious lobby, amazing, helpful staff, loved the transportation to MOA

I’ve heard good things about Home2 suites so I wanted to try it out. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had an early flight in the morning, it was nice to know they had bagels, muffins, coffee, and fruit for those that wouldn’t be able to stay for breakfast.

Great staff

The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We will always stay here when in town.
