Close ( walking distance ) to MOA, clean, AC works great, water pressure is strong. Full kitchen. Free Shuttle to and from airport and MOA is a plus plus, drivers are awesome. Breakfast buffet is sufficient (but nothing to rave about).Tea and coffee are available all day. Towels are crisp and new and bright white. TV is easy to navigate. Comfortable bed, soft pillows. Cons: Front staff are unfriendly as if they are being forced to help out. I have never seen any of them smile and I stayed for 6 nights. The front lobby is sometimes left with no attendant. No complimentary bottled water or slippers. The shower floor is slippery so it needs a mat. I always look forward to the amenities like the little pack of sewing kit or shower cap. None of them in this hotel. No restaurant on site. $10 to park overnight. You have to constantly connect to the internet. Need more hangers available to use. No grocery stores you can walk to nearby ( bought bottled water in Walgreens inside MOA, much much cheaper than The hotel.

This may be the only Hotel that I didn’t have to clean bathroom… I love clean things around me. It was comfortable nice older overall there is 10 stars for real.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious.

Actually a pretty good hotel for families. Also good breakfast. My problem had to do with management. I booked the wrong day for our room and didn’t realize it. I showed up a day earlier than my reservation. They got me a room for that night but wouldn’t refund me for the next day’s room. I paid twice. That’s petty and way below Hilton standards.

Overall it was great.

Rooms are great and breakfast was impressive.

I was able to check in early because my room was ready. The staff was exceptionally nice. Breakfast biscuits could be better

Clean and nice rooms and close to Mall The layout for waffles should be separate if possible. People waiting for plates and forks stood in line with people waiting for waffles and they were confused and did not want to PASS them. Kept people bunched up.
