Tru by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America

This is not a place to stay for more than 24 hours with a family of 5

Super convenient to MOA and airport.

Room was clean. There were children's league soccer/softball teams in town which made it a bit noisy with running down the hallways but the facility in and of itself was nice.

Great hotel to stay. Great staff.

Room was practical, clean and smelled fresh. Wi-Fi was good. Staff was friendly enough. Small, light spot on bed cover, but nothing bad. Overall a good, comfortable night.

The coffee and drink bar needs to move closer yo the breakfast serving area.

Room clean, not much storage but was able to manage. Shuttle to mall of america was nice but pool was out of service but they would shuttle to another location for a pool. Didn't feel like shuttling while wet. Breakfast was ok and rooms were pretty quiet

Neighbor had party kids running up and down the hallway. My only dissatisfaction otherwise a nice place

The hotel was close to airport and attractions. The service was top notch!

Front desk staff was amazing, really like the drop-off and pickup to and from the mall. Stayed two nights, was leaving for the mall saw the cleaning staff on our floor cleaning but never cleaned our room. Other than that it was ok.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for our stay, which was not indicated on the website. This was the main reason we chose the property. Steph filled to tell us this at check-in as well so it was a big disappointment to have the kids go down to see the sign saying it was closed for several days .We were shuttled to their sister property which was OK, but not the same as being able to walk down to the pool that you had booked. The sister properties who smelled so strongly of chlorine our eyes were burning. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can definitely hear the planes by the airport. Breakfast was busy and understaffed. Clean, new, but working out the kinks it seems.

First stay at TRU. I was surprised the coffee tea was served at different place than where the breakfast was served. Never in my 60 year travels i have seen this.

Everything was great except the bed was really hard and not much for a comforter. Otherwise it was great
