Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our shuttle ride to and from the mall of America

The complimentary shuttle for starters, the location, staff and facility was great all the way around.

The staff was wonderful and place is very inviting and clean really liked the fire pit

The staff was amazing. The stall person who. Checked us in was so helpful apparently I booked the hotel twice but she was able to get it cancel and she helped us with the address where to return the rental car. The staff person in morning helped with uber Our experience was great The room was very clean we also took advantage of the fire pit outside. Thank you all

Exceptional

Nice clean rooms with a great breakfast area ... ONLY issue is that it was super busy and hard to find a place for a family to sit... Loved the closeness to Mall of America.. can literally walk a block and you're there... you can see it from the property but they also have a shuttle that drops you right at the door. LOVED the staff so nice and helpful!

Loved the Old School Customer Service.

We can usually count on Hilton properties to have great pillows. Unfortunately, mine was very lumpy. I do believe someone forgot to toss it out!

They charge guests for parking..nickel and dimming us. Breakfast needs more selections, particularly for eggs. Cleaning staff could NOT speak English.

Great facility. It was well maintained and very refreshing. Located next to what seem like a fun play facility also.

The hotel was great! And for the price. You can’t beat it! The breakfast area is a bit unorganized but it could be the guests as well. Overall would definitely stay again! Q

I lost a necklace somewhere on the trip, possibly leaving it behind in the hotel. I realized it on our way home and immediately called. At first I got someone that said they'd transfer me to housekeeping's voicemail, but it disconnected. I called back later that night and the same thing happened again. I immediately called back, got transferred to someone who took my info and said they'd have housekeeping call me. That was Tuesday. I waited until Friday to recall, and they had no record of my call. Again, they took my name and number, and I described exactly where I would have left it. She said she'd call me right back. It's now Monday night, and no response. The necklace wasn't of value, but was the name of my cat who has cancer, so it was special to me. All I wanted was a yes or no if I left it there, but they haven't returned my call. At least acknowledge my call. I will gladly edit this rating if they call me back.
