Very close to MOA. Rates were good during the week

Poor Price Location Breakfast Pay for parking Dirty room( clothes from previous guests under bed) A/c in room was weak and wouldn’t go below 72 degrees Bathroom shower curtain was to small and was ripped Bathroom door needs adjusting( have to slam it) No where for extra garbage No dirty laundry bag No tv guide for channels Patio door lock bar bracket broke

The pool area was great! The only issue I had was the strong smell of chlorine. The water temp was warm in the big pool. Our room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was phenomenal. Lots to choose from.

Excellent location for those wanting to be close to the MSP airport or Mall of America. The staff was friendly, the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious but the best amenities provided was the shuttle service to/from MSP, Mall of America, and the light rail transit center nearby. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Where do i even start! I arrived at midnight with my 3 year old . I have made it very clear 3 times before arrival to not have carpets and not be near the pool for noise and sure enough i get a room pool view and carpets and the smell a sewage and mildew . To the point i have to put sheets on the carpet to walk on my whole stay and buy some scents so i could bare the smell. When i called the front desk the night i walked in . The girl was beyond rude! Told me if i didnt like it to sign out and go else where! And when i said excuse me she replied with .. i said what i said and hung up. With being exhausted and shocked we slept the night away. And tried calling motels the next morning. Everything unfortunately was booked. I could go on and on . However i will never book here again

Nice place to stay with family . A little old but a bang for its buck. Also provides shuttles to the mall but the walk to the mall is about 5-10 mins

extremely close to airport, Mall of America, interstate and light rail. Couple of restaurants with in walking distance.

Great hotel for kids the pool is really nice. They also have a pretty good breakfast selection. I took a star off because the rooms are not as clean as I would’ve wanted them. There was a little bit of mold in the showers but other than that, it was a fun time.

I enjoyed the pool area, that is also close to Mall of America.

The property is in a good location next to the Mall of America so it was convenient you could actually walk to it.The staff was very friendly we will stay there again.

I liked the location My room was dirty. Stains on wall, dust in vents, tv was dusty, tv only had 3 cable channels and no ability to hook up phone, no vent fan in the bathroom and hotel staff did not inform us that we had to pay for parking. This information was on Booking.com but the wording is VERY confusing. Also, I could hear the people below us. Every night. For 4 nights

Close to the Mall, clean rooms, awesome pool. Must pay for parking.

We absolutely love the twin cities and the room was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The hot tub was perfect to unwind and the location was wonderful!

Wanted a place close to Mall Of America. This place was a short walk and had a bridge for pedestrians only to cross over the main street

Breakfast was good My pillowcases were dirty I didn't get extra towels for the next day and the trash wasn't taking care of like I asked
