Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was great with a full spread, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Walking distance from the Mall of America. The indoor swimming pools were great, especially the kiddy pool area. We have a 4 year old and a two year old, and the kiddy pool was amazing. It was very large with a beach entry, water slide, mushroom spray water fountain and several other water features with the deepest area only being 2 ft. Great for entering the littles and wearing them out safely and without any extra cost.

Nice folks, great pool. Clean room close to the airport and a good spot for the kids to unwind the night before an early morning flight. Very affordable for what you get.

The front desk helped us with everything and made sure we were taken care of.

The pool is obviously a draw when you have kids however, it is very crowded. When we used the pool there were no towels available. The fitness center does not exist currently even though it was advertised. The hot tub was being worked on but they did notify us of that which is as nice. Front desk staff was quiet and flat. The room was pretty dirty. We had gum wrappers on our floor and we do not chew gum. Toliet and bathroom was not clean. We stayed for one night and it was fine but I am sure there are better accommodations. Pool was cool for the kids. Breakfast was good.

As our kid says this is a “happy place,” and wants to come back next year for his birthday.

The pool was nice and big the hot tub was down at the time. But because the pool was so big everybody still had a great time. The pool stayed open late which was a plus and opened early. My little ones enjoyed a morning swim after a free breakfast 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great spot for our family. We enjoyed the big pool and walked over to the mall. (Hot tub was closed when we were there.) King studio was perfect for the three of us and the kiddo reported that the sofa bed was comfortable. There was an also a friendly bar scene in the evening. It’s a big place, and there is a $10 parking charge, and breakfast ends at 9, but nothing that would deter us from choosing this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful. The shuttle to some places was great. The breakfast was better on last day. The lighting in bathroom was not to good . The pool was way to humid to even set in for people with breathing problems. Should be a little cooler to set in to watch your kids. A out setting place would be nice at the end of Motal.

Limited items for breakfast, but the Starbucks coffee was nice.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel pending they get it up par again from a cleanliness standpoint.

The stay was overall pretty good. Beds were very comfortable, room was nice. Bath tub was backed up. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
