Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America

The hotel is very clean, our grandchildren loved the swimming pools, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The water in the bathtub did not get hot enough, and there was lots of noise in the hallway with young children until 2 to 3 in the morning.

They dont tell you til you arrive there is a parking fee, was told $10, then our card is charged 12.53, not sure how that adds up. Out of coffee at 8am. Outside need a major cleaning.

This is a great place for kids and families. Close to mall.

They checked someone else into our room that was supposed to be next to my sisters… they couldn’t figure it out and tried scurrying to find us a room, and hide the fact! But I could HEAR THEM WHISPERING BEHIND THE COUNTER! meanwhile there is a burnt up melted vehicle in the lot and every single trash can over piled onto the ground… we canceled and were told Expedia will need to issue refund but they didn’t respond to Expedia when they tried reaching out!!!! AWFUL PLACE. Ghetto as hell.

Easy access to Mall of America, kids enjoy the pool and breakfast is good.

We loved our stay here!

Took a long time to check in late at night. Shower drain was clogged but front staff got the maintenance team on it quick! There was a lot of room updating going on around our room which the staff was apologetic about.

First impression was Yusuf smiling and greeting us! The pool was amazing! The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants and cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. They have made a lover out of me.

I’m from Chicago but I took my son to MOA to celebrate his 7th birthday! We had a blast!!! I seriously couldn’t have picked a better hotel!! Front desk staff was super nice, ALL OF THEM!! Hotel was superrrr clean!! Sheets were clean, pillow cases were clean, towels, etc!! The pool area was sooo nice!!! We had soo much fun!! There’s also a restaurant inside of the hotel, the food was soooo good!! I also ordered a few drinks and drunk them in the pool area, it was such a great time!!!! OMG WAITTT! The best part, they have a shuttle that takes you to MOA (Mall of America), our driver was Jill!! She is such a sweetheart!!! We got there Friday, my son’s bday was Saturday, we seen Jill again Saturday and she wished him a happy bday!! That was sooo nice of her to remember!! We just made it home and I’m watching all of the videos from the weekend and I can’t wait to go back!! I’m for sure staying here again!!! This is not a paid review, it’s my honest experience!! Their customer service and hospitality is on point!!! See you all really soon!!!

Horrible breakfast, not worth it.

Shuttle to Mall of America. Very large. Hard to navigate the hallways. Long wait for the shuttle the night we were arriving there b

Room was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included but you have to scan a QR to pay for parking. Also no complimentary coffee or hot water outside of breakfast. Will visit again

The only thing wrong was we asked to have the garbage changed and they never did.

Enjoyed the pool area, had a clean room. Breakfast has just enough stuff, but could be bigger and more options for how big the hotel is
