Beautiful, clean hotel with the most friendliest and helpful staff. 100/100 recommend! We will definitely make this our go to when in MN!

Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and grateful for how the staff handled the situation.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was not great.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. It’s a great option for staying the night before an early flight and being able to leave your car there while gone. And the warm cookies were an unexpected bonus! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Maybe a 6 minute ride. Park and fly thus hotel is where I would stay.

There is a secret microwave near an ice machine on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings.

It was very clean

Bed was comfortable No empathy for a flight that arrived late so we missed the last shuttle. They knew we were coming too. I understand it may have been impossible to arrange, but we felt a bit like a number. A warm cookie doesn’t fix bored staff.

Toilet made loud noises when flushed, bathtub was very worn, very dirty frame under sides of mattress, poor selection of local tv channels.

Booked two rooms. One bed in one room had a stain on it. In other room there was some sort of bug crawling on top of the bedding. Older property. But convenient if flying out of MSP

We were able to check in early with no problem. Ice machine was broken on our floor but the restaurant happily gave us what we needed. Love the cookies!!!

Easy parking, great location.

I booked a two bed room online but when I got there only single bed rooms were available. However the staff was very nice and brought a roll away bed to the room

Overall, it was pretty clean, but the pillows smelled like they put clean linens on old, overly used pillows. The cleaning staff is too loud and talkative and slams doors before 8:00 AM and woke us up every day. The on-site restaurant is very over-priced, but the waitstaff is very pleasant. We checked out the pool, but didn't see a locker room and many people paraded through the halls wearing their swimsuits, so . . . And what makes it really bad is that the hotel is also a convention center, so you have that activity with people walking by, dripping wet, in swimsuits, wrapped in towels. It was just alright, but we won't stay there again. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.
