The property is beautiful. It’s in the middle of a large scenic resort. The towers we stayed in did not have their own kitchen or store included in the building.

Balcony door was hard to open and shut and the coffee maker was messed up. We were able to make coffee but had to hold it down while brewing. Was not aware that there would not be maid service. Other than that it was fine.

Absolutely a great experience ready to go back a soon as possible and be sure to enjoy even better things but every day was a different experience nice hotels nice pools and places to relax

Having Shuttle inside the property is a plus, you can keep your car parked and relax, few amenities need to fix and clean, but overall was ok, for the price.

A lot of these reviews raise concerns about cleanliness. While I understand that beach weather is harsh on properties and you can’t update everything on an older building, improving cleaning standards seems like a good place to focus efforts towards improving guest satisfaction. The floors in our unit were slippery and grimey with chips and debris in the grout lines. The carpeted rooms had balls of black curly hair everywhere. I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the unit without socks on. The mirrors had smudges and handprints everywhere and there were Cheeto hand prints on just about every light and door handle. It didn’t provide a lot of confidence in how clean the couches and decorative pillows were. Our unit was outdated and honestly some paint, replaced outlet covers, new outdoor chairs and light fixtures would go a long way. Beaches and pools were too crowded despite many schools in the SE being back in session. Sadly the pretty views didn’t make up for the crowds and filth in my opinion. The grounds were manicured and pretty. I’d rather see some of their flower budget go to hiring more cleaning staff with higher cleanliness standards. Will not be back.

- Musty smell, like an old wet carpet. - Ants running along the walls - we asked for help - not really helped - Room is OUTDATED - Bathroom door didn't close tightly - No shampoo or shower gel dispensers — something even budget hotels have, only tiny tester size shampoo and conditioner - The room looked nothing like the photos on the website — much more outdated - The air conditioner is on the same wall as the balcony, making the balcony almost impossible to use. Location: Not within walking distance of the beach. This wasn't clearly stated when booking A shuttle runs to Miramar Beach about every 30+ minutes — this helps, but you should know in advance that the hotel isn't right on the beach Pros: Miramar Beach is beautiful. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extremely expensive so bring yours or buy in the Walmart (14 min ride). Bottom line: For $250 a night, the room quality and service don't match the price. You can find a much better option for the same money elsewhere. Attaching photos of the room.
