LivAway Suites- Missoula

One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the kitchen. I travel for work and prefer not to eat out. The kitchen had no kitchenware to use. It stated kitchenware was for sale at the front desk, when I went to buy them, they didn't have any available. I have traveled for work for 30 years and have never encountered a hotel that supplied a kitchen with no kitchenware. They did not supply a coffee maker, no ironing board or iron, no toiletries and no soap. Did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to travelers.

Staff was very friendly in the room was clean.

Affordable place to stay. Convenient because we were on a road trip and packed our own food. Just make sure to bring your own pots, pans and cooking supplies. Many construction workers use this facility as a place to stay. Very nice and clean and great price vs other hotels in Missoula!

Clean room.

I was surprised at the disrepair of the place. My shower had a constant leak, the sink did not the plunger would not come up so it just filled with water the whole time. Very noisy with all the stuff around. The AC would cut on for 10 minutes then off for 15 then back on for 10 minutes. The guy check-in was very nice. But the rest of the day was not very good. I probably won’t stay here again.

Great parking, clean, floors not carpet, room size and kitchenette Gym was weak. No weights or even a bench.

Nice staff We didn’t get to check into our room until 2:00 am, and when we did it only had one bed. Even though we booked a room with two beds. Still got charged full price

The man working at the desk tried to make things right. The hotel overbooked and we were told we didn't have a room we booked over 3 months ago. Thirty minutes later he said he had a room but the cleaning crews were still working. Upon getting a room card we opened our room door to find a filthy sticky floor and a filthy room. Needless to say there were many people in the parting lot sleeping in their car.

I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. There was no cup, coffee maker, or anything else useful to assist you in the kitchen…and a shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was the only hygiene provided. Bring everything you need or you will be frustrated. I would choose another location for my next stay in Missoula.

Definitely an economy motel, no Kleenex, no coffee maker in the room and the one in the lobby was out of order. Kinda noisy.

The location was nice. The room was big but the lamp just wasn't enough and the overhead lights were overly bright, there was no happy medium. The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was nice, the door wouldn't stay open but that's constructions fault, not the hotel's. We would stay there again. The room smelled of cat pee but when informed, staff gave us a spray to offset the smell.

Could have used a room cleaning mid week of my stay for fresh towels and linens. The coffee machine went out of service on day 2 of my stay..disappointing. Next time I will want a room away from the front hotel parking lot and preferably on 2nd or 3rd floor. Too loud on the first floor and too bright early in the morning. Needs curtains in the room to help with bright early morning sun.

Nothing Any of the problems we had could have been taken care of with good or any customer service.

NO COFFEE!!! AC didn’t work in the room, told the about it but did nothing. Loud trains.

Good hotel stay. For those that are used to a breakfast, this one doesn’t have one. You do have a kitchen in your room so plan to bring what you need. The only thing I missed having was a luggage stand.

The location is good as it’s a quick drive to the heart of Missoula. It’s also nice that there is a kitchen in the room and laundry facilities in the building. Since we were in town for a music festival, we called ahead to make sure we could check in past midnight and we were told that would not be a problem. When we arrived, there were no clean rooms. We had to wait until after 2 AM for a clean room when we should have been able to check in at 3 PM. When we got to the room, it was covered in dust, the shower was gross, and there was food in the sink. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

When we arrived after check in time, we were told that our 2nd room wasn't ready yet but that it would be once we returned home from our night activity. When we arrived at 1130 pm, and found a line of people still trying to check in and being told their rooms weren't ready, our hearts sank. The 2nd of the 2 rooms we reserved was not ready....and wouldn't be apparently for at least 2 hrs. Part of our group of 5 slept in our car that night. That our reservation wasn't ready for us. That the manager didn't show up to help his front desk and cleaning crew when they were all clearly out of their depth.

Check in was a nightmare. The after hours kiosk did not work at all. We called the number on the iPad and it went to voicemail. After we finally got ahold of somebody, they were not apologetic. We had to pay double for our room because the payment we made through booking.com hadn’t hit their system. They did not apologize for this or ask to contact booking on our behalf as of writing, it is still not resolved. The room was all solid surfaces and we could hear everything through the walls including the people above us who seemingly rearranged all the furniture at 2 am. There were not enough towels for the number of people on our reservation, etc etc. Theres no front desk to call! It would have been more comfortable just to camp, honestly.

The staff was very unorganized. There were several people waiting on rooms to be ready.
