Clean good location sparse amenities Garbage guy came at 5:30 in the morning on a Saturday and was so loud banging the dumpster right outside our window

The hotel is newer and super clean, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. There are no staff after 11pm, a gentleman was trying to check himself in and was unable to get any assistance through the phone in lobby. This is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You can hear guests below and next door to you as well as all the near by traffic. House keeping was at my door at 9 am asking if I was ready to check out…

Modern, clean, and the location was great, I loved having the kitchenette, but there weren't any mugs or a coffee maker in the room since coffee was only in the lobby. Also after hours, check-in and out was self-serve, and it wasn't clear where to return the key cards, which was a bit of hassele. Overall, comfortable stay, but the communication around atfer-hours could be improved.

The front service for guest check in the young man was awesome. He helped us with multiple things. The laundry area was so great and the room excellent.

We were stuck not having a room in Missoula. Another hotel recommended this place. It was very minimal but that was ok with us. The bed was comfortable and it had a full size fridge. There was no breakfast but did have coffee. It was under $100 for a bed. That was exactly what we were looking for. It is conveniently located.

Simple, clean and a good value. Good location. Pet friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

There isn’t anyone at the front desk after 11pm. I left a key for someone in my party arriving later and she was unable to get into her room that night. No one to call, no recourse.

The property and room was clean. There was dirty dishes from the people before us left in the dishwasher

The room was a simple well organized place to stay. The clean dishes are found in the dishwasher. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

For an extended stay hotel, the amenities were sparse. They did not give us enough dishes, or pans to cook in or a coffee maker. Several times we were awakened by loud parties in the parking lot and heavy pot smoking right outside our outside door. The police had to be called twice as well as the EMS for someone passed out beside our exit door. In addition, we had to deal with a broken elevator. My wife is unable to climb stairs without pain.

There was no coffee or coffee pot in the room. Also no Holy Bible readily available. The bed was comfortable however was noisy. But on the plus side the room n property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind.

Our weekend stay was great!
