The beds were uncomfortable, pillows were small, and the breakfast wasn’t great. Not a lot of options and most of the items were out.

The over night clerk when we checked in the 13th of September was amazing. She had a great personality and was a delight to speak with after hours on the road.

I requested a handicap room or one one 1st floor as my husband can't climb steps. We arrived in Mitchell, SD at 7:05 in the evening and all 1st floor rooms were full and there is no elevator. The lady at the front desk did all she could but we couldn't stay there that night. We went to a different hotel so basically had two rooms. I called on Monday to see if we could be refunded for Saturday night and they said not through them. If you can help with this problem I would appreciate it.

Americinn always has a delicious breakfast...today was scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy plus all the other items. The room was clean. Only thing that was a little off was the light switch for the bathroom was outside the door, behind the bathroom door and the lighting in the room was dim.

Super nice room and we got upgraded to the king suite! Friendly staff at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!!
