Hotel is older and had stairs, don't think there was an elevator. Breakfast wasn't good.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again if we are passing through.

Staff were very nice and accommodating when we arrived after midnight. Breakfast was great with various options.

The room was exceptionally decorated. I very much liked it. The gentleman of the front desk was kind and moved my room upon request. Very sweet man. The housekeeper was also quite helpful. I just asked a quick question and she answered it for me the morning I was departing. What a delightful property. And the staff is just exceptional. Thank you.

This property was very clean and well maintained. My family and I would stay here again!

The breakfast was good. The staff/front desk people were friendly and helpful and accommodating. I liked the lobby and lounging area and the swimming pool/pool area. It was nicely decorated. The rooms were nice and clean. My A/C worked well in my room. My water pressure was medium, and I like higher water pressure in the shower to be able to more easily wash out my shampoo and conditioner after I wash and condition my hair. I called the hotel ahead of time before I booked my rooms there and asked the hotel clerk if there was a swimming pool and whirlpool and he said yes, but when we arrived the front desk person said that the whirlpool was out of order, because it was broken and they were waiting for a part to fix it. It looked like it had been broken for quite a while. That was a bummer, because that's what I was looking forward to using there for their amenities. I felt like I was mislead by the hotel clerk. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I would have known ahead of time about their whirlpool being broken.

Fantastic all around

Pleasant staff, clean facility

The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Room was clean. The reason I chose this hotel was for a hot tub. It was out of order!

The dryer didn’t work and neither did the hot tub

Our room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best! The employees were very nice and helpful!! Everything was great!

Very convenient right off the expressway. Staff was very friendly beds were excellent pillows mattress the whole 9 yards was wonderful. The air conditioner was horrid. We walked in the room and it felt like it was a sauna so we had to turn on the air and it made loud loud noises on and off all night long so we got a bad night sleep because of that.
