Not luxurious, but a great place to stay. Very conveniently located, with all major services nearby. Easy to access with ample parking. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable and QUIET! Good variety of breakfast items. The worst thing I can say about it is that the mattresses were a little softer than I prefer. We will definitely stay there again.

Chair stained, ceiling peeling and bathtub dirty both different days I stayed on trip and pubic hair. I went to store on first day of trip to buy my own cleaner to clean tub so could take a bath and glad I saved cleaner for return trip prepaid stay as needed to clean tub again for bath Washcloths 50% faint brown stains so doesn’t help much to ask for new one. Guessing they use same washcloths for cleaning and causing light brown stains on majority of washcloths. Towels perfectly fine Didn’t eat breakfast either day so not rated Not sure how they got such a high rating still as I have stayed here many time before it got this run down and it used to use cotton sheets. I won’t be staying here anymore because me the final straw was the sheets. I have sensitive skin and need cotton sheets like most other motels have. I might have slept a little when I got to exhausted from itching from cheap 100% polyester sheets making me break out with itching and rash Tried to put pictures of dirty sheets, washcloths, chair stains and lots of peeling paint on bathroom ceiling but it won’t let me

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed with fridge, micro and coffee maker. The pool/ hot tub were great. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was a little louder than I'm use to.

Very clean and king size bed was the best which provided the much needed rest we needed. Loved that Perkins was right next door within walking distance.

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. No weird smells, no bugs, clean stain free bedding and towels, comfortable beds and pillows. Will stay again when in town.
