This was a super reasonable hotel to stay at during a trip for a sudden funeral. The first night our ac didn't work, but they made sure that we were switched immediately the next morning. Our room was not cleaned daily. I am unsure if we needed to request that or what, but it was only made up once in a 4 day stay. We had to request towels and toilet paper. One washer and one dryer for this size hotel caused a lot of issues of waiting.

Everything was simply okay.. a bit run down, but it was fine for a quick nights sleep on our road trip.

There's a crack in the tub and no tub drain. The sink the stopper was broke off . Room looked clean but had a funky smell to it . Not a clean smell . Pictures are deceiving for sure esp the bathroom one. The tiles were cracked ,bathtub looked grimey .

The staff was very nice and the pool was cool especially for kids. However there was a lot of mold and rust. Hand rails in the pool bathroom were rusted, the clothes hangers and and rod in our room was rusted. The building needs more maintenance and repairs. Our room was very musty.

I left my diamond necklace in the room and called at 7 am. About one hour after we left. They did find it and said they would hold it. I went to pick it up and the diamond pendant was gone. No help no apology nothing
