Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mobile West I-10 by IHG

Buena ubicación y servicio, pero la habitacion tenía un olor como si hubiera estado cerrada por mucho tiempo o humeda. No era un olor agradable

Friendly staff, clean room, clean hotel. Breakfast was great, even better that there was still plenty to choose from 30mins before breakfast ended. It was nice that the pool was still open.

Nothing. Everything was great

Exceptional

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

The room felt damp and smelled musty. . The beds were old and the pillows were awful. The bathroom floor was dirty and I checked out a day early. I asked for better pillows and they never showed up. Drove 8 hours home to sleep in my own bed!

No problems. It was everything. It was clean, staff was great, and not to mention the food was like my grandmother had cooked that breakfast. When we called, they answered. Excellent!!!

Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Wxcellent breakfast. Adding to my favorites list!

Nothing she was rude and cancelled my reservation because she wanted me to do it threw online so I did what she asked, then she starts pressing me saying hury up she has 2 rooms left. Then as I'm doing it someone walks in and she literally gave them the room I was in the middle of booking so as I'm doing it online it clears my booking and it says sorry no rooms left! I was shocked I stood there so confused and upset out of state midnight a grandma with 2 3 yr old twin boys who are tired and hungry and just wanted to relax and after 45 mins of trying to get our room she took it from us! So I had to get 2 screaming little kids back in a car and find another room! The customer service was horrible disrespectful, shouldn't be allowed to work with the public! Made a grandmother and 2 twins toddlers find another hotel because you cancelled my booking as we are standing there drove 15 hrs heading to fl. And you book the room to another customer right in front of us!! I'm still dumbfounded that, that actually happened!

Great stop over on my drive to Tx. Good location and nice all around

Nice

One of the nicer Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in. And the area was great.

I LOVED feeling like a had all the amenities, a lil fridge, microwave and couch/chair. Definitely my go to hotel when I travel, unless I find something cheaper.

Clean rooms

Very clean but a bit close to the interstate

Muy lindo apartamento, limpio y bien equipado, a metros de la playa. Volveríamos!!👍

Very nice staff

Clean hotel in a safe location! Breakfast was included. Close to Bayou Labatre and to Mobile proper. I would stay here again.

Other than road noise everything is good. Maybe there's a quieter side of the hotel to request. Clean.

room was not as clean as it usually is and the remote for tv was't working properly .
