Clean hotel and good price.

Excellent Customer Service across the board! Everyone from front desk regardless of shift, to the housekeepers, and the breakfast servers were exceptional!

Parking was a problem, the room was just not it

My family and I stayed 6 days at Home 2 Suites Hotel in Tillman’s Corner, Alabama and from the moment we checked in, it truly felt like home. The staff was friendly, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious each morning and the kitchen staff were very efficient. They never let the serving trays go empty for long. I recommend this hotel for anyone who will be staying in the area. It’s truly a home away from home!!

Short but great stay

The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and fully supplied with all the essentials. The location was convenient to major expressways and highways. We enjoyed our time there.

I can’t really comment on the food since it was served behind a curtain, and we apparently missed it by about 10 minutes. As for the room, it wasn’t very clean, although the bed sheets did appear to be freshly washed. Overall, the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Clean room, but not what I paid for. Had to call three people to get a price adjustment on my room because the hotel overbooked and gave my room to someone else.

Property, location and staff was amazing. My only complaint and is nothing to do with the property or Expedia, was the area. That location was very near to scary neighborhood.

The staff was wonderful and the location was convenient!

The team at this location were VERY friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the computers had just gone down. The young lady at the desk was calm as three more arrivals came in. The computers came up and she got everyone taken care of.

Above and beyond to make our stay amazing thank you Therese our front desk staff employee! Nothing it was all great!

Convenient The halls were hot with a lot of fans set up and the molding and wallpaper was polling off. Smelled old And musty.
