This hotel was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful and clean. Recommend 10/10

The blankets and sheet smelt like sweat, the hallways smelled horrible and there is no air flow. When I needed to medically switch to a room with a tub they lied told me they didn’t have one available but they did. They never have their service dog policy and procedures right they are always doing things differently and not right at all. Their just lucky I’m nice.

Then I called for the WiFi set up for a gaming console. I use it to watch all my apps. The lady at the counter had no idea told me to call Hilton. I called them and they said it’s all local and I have to call the front desk again. I left to go to Walmart to buy a new computer monitor as I dropped mine moving to the second room. When I returned I spoke to the desk and explained that consoles have a different way to hook up to WiFi. She then called someone and they explained the process and she gave me an IT number to call. After a 20 minute call with them I was hooked up and ready. I stayed 2 more nights after that night. The ac buzzed if the fan wasn’t blowing. Some of the lamps didn’t work so the room was dark. Will never stay there again. Way better hotels for the same price.

I spent 4 nights here. 2 nights in one room and 2 nights in a different room. Both rooms smelled of wet dog. Bothe rooms had wet carpet so you had to keep your shoes on. I had to buy candles to be able to tolerate the funk in this hotel. They need to review why the rooms are wet and smell so bad
