Baymont by Wyndham Mobile/Tillmans Corner

The room had a spider web and spider 🕷️ in it. Bathroom door hinges are badly rusted. Has hot water...The bath towels are rags, only good for washing your feet. At breakfast, the Staff, a tall Asian man (maybe from India)was very rude especially when my husband asked to use one of the plastic bags that lying on the counter located by the biscuit, the tall Asian guy said no, and my husband trying to carry the food had dropped some of his breakfast on the floor, and a another customer helped my husband clean it up.

Cleanliness and comfortable bed The rooms felt damp when we arrived as well as the linens. It improved somewhat when we turned the AC from Hi down to medium. The TV setup was difficult to figure out - our friend traveling with us was never was able to even figure out how to turn her TV on (which she uses as soft noise when she sleeps). We managed to figure out how to turn the TV on in our room, but could not change to a different channel. The shower gel container was completely empty, but the desk lady thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was adequate and met our needs.

The woman at check in sets the tone that you know you are in a good place! The only downside of the whole experience would the breakfast menu was limited compared to other locations.

Everything was very clean. The sheets were fresh and clean, and the entire place was spotless. The person at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Excellent customer service! I give this place a 100 out of 100. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Close to where our needs Hard bed. Too much paint on bathroom door, wouldn’t close

The front desk was really sweet. Got to the room it was dirty. Went back to desk and she gave us a new room. Walked in there carpet was wet from shampooing floor and smelled like wet dog. And room was hot. I woke up at 8 am sweating. Ac on 68 and not blowing.

Only problem was parking not good at all , I was even threatened by staff that I should have been towed for parking in the spot I had parked in, definitely don’t recommend this place ! That threat was unnecessary and unacceptable all they had to do was knock on my door and politely ask me to move ! I would have gladly complied!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, they are very helpful and friendly.

Refrigerator in the room would old cool drinks off never get cold. The air-conditioning took almost the whole night to cool the room and the shampoo and soap was already used .

I booked 4 rooms for my my crew while doing some work in the area. At midnight the hotel night manager banged on one of my guys room waking him up and told him he had to move to another room because the manager needed that room. My guy had to threaten to call the cops before the manager went away. Really shady.
