I’m always comfortable at Baymont

The night desk worker was an older gentleman and was very harassing to me… I couldn’t step out the room without him running up on me like he was trying to catch me doing what? Trying to enjoy my stay? very insulting and made my stay horrifying… me and my wife will never stay there again…

We booked a smoking room and foe it to be a smoking room it ddnt smell smoky it was clean the air worked! Got it for a cheap price

The breakfast orange juice and apple juice machine was broken. The breakfast was not good. I called about the TV not coming on and they said they would come and fix it. I waited 2 hours nobody showed. The pool was clouded. It was just a horrible experience.

Checking was easy

This was our second stay in past two years. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable and the room was very accessible from the car. Staff is very polite and professional and make you feel very at ease. Make no mistake, this is an older hotel that is showing its age but is a very comfortable stop and a great bargain for the price!

The location was perfect for the areas we were visiting. Breakfast was great! Room was suppose to be ready for 2pm and it was not. We had to wait 20 to 40 minutes.

Apenas entré al cuarto y olía súper feo, la cama tenía pulgas, pelos tirados en la alfombra, me saltó una pulga o insecto a mi pierna, rápido salí de ese cuarto y me fui con mi familia

Friendly & helpful front desk

Parking was easy, close to the room. Clean room, good enough to spend the night. Hotel close to other hotels and fast food places. Pool was on service, but not clean enough. Few Breakfast options, but OK if you are looking just for coffee, waffles, some fruit and bread.

Nice staff

It was a quick over night stay while my family was on a road trip. The room was clean, but old. Checking in was easy. We literally checked in, got to our room, went to bed. Got up showered and checked out.

Very clean room Negative points. The manager tried to change our room. Told us we booked a one bed and not 2 queens. Even after I showed him the booking on my phone had 2 beds. He said no, he saw one bed on his computer. Then complained about booking with booking.com and the rates were too cheap. He wanted up to pay more to actually get the room we booked. After telling him I would not pay more, he ended up transferring us to the right room and in the back of the hotel The breakfast or lack thereof breakfast was only waffles and a few muffins. Along with coffee or juice. The other 3 items were out. I like that they were letting the homeless eat breakfast. But many people will not like it. Shady and homeless people hanging out in the back parking lot felt uneasy. Overall, I will now recommend or book there again Shady people hanging out in the back parking lot. Tried not to give up the room we booked. Management did not like that we booked with booking .com
